To monitor and manage the core business of an enterprise, data of each party needs to be obtained and organized in time. Therefore, each department worker needs to send the first core service data group to the department manager for verification and transmission after each month.
In the transmission, each department staff member transmits through each department service terminal with a specific identification code, that is, the first user in this step refers to a user who transmits data through each department service terminal with a specific identification code. Specific identification codes are configured on each department service terminal and the administrator terminal, so that each department service terminal and the administrator terminal can be timely and conveniently tracked when abnormal information occurs, a multi-level and all-around monitoring system can be actively established aiming at core data information such as indexes, services, economic conditions and the like generated in enterprise operation management, and therefore, full-coverage online monitoring on a plurality of core service ranges is achieved.
After receiving a first core service data group sent by a first user, in order to enable complex and disordered data to be combed into a framework for facilitating multilevel and all-dimensional monitoring indexing, the received first core service data group is further analyzed, summarized and collected according to a preset data analysis method, so that a second core service data group is obtained to be directly used for subsequent monitoring management.
And S2, judging whether an abnormity early warning is needed or not according to a preset abnormity monitoring method and the second core service data group, and sending early warning information to a second user corresponding to the abnormity early warning when the abnormity early warning is judged to be needed.
The second core service data group can be monitored and managed after being acquired, and before monitoring and management, a monitoring period, a target value of monthly index data, a monthly target value early warning threshold range, a target value of annual index data generated according to monthly upload information and an annual target value early warning threshold range need to be preset by a system manager, and early warning information processing time limit is set.
In the monitoring management process, data in the second core service data group needs to be correspondingly compared and judged with each preset target value or target threshold range, so that whether abnormal early warning needs to be performed or not is determined according to whether each data in the second core service data group exceeds an early warning threshold or not.
When the abnormal early warning is needed, a second user corresponding to the abnormal data needing the abnormal early warning is judged, then the early warning information is generated according to the abnormal data and sent to the second user, so that the second user is informed of the abnormal condition of the abnormal data, and is reminded to check and process the abnormal data in time, and the management and processing efficiency of the abnormal data is improved.
And S3, monitoring and judging whether the second user carries out corresponding exception handling according to the early warning information in a preset time period in real time.
After the early warning is performed, the second user may process the abnormal data in time, but may forget to process the abnormal data or perform overtime processing, so that in order to ensure that the abnormal data can be processed on time, the embodiment of the present invention performs real-time monitoring on the processing condition of the second user after receiving the early warning information, so as to determine whether the second user performs corresponding processing on the abnormal data according to the early warning information within a preset time period. The preset time period can be set by default or manually, so that a proper processing time window can be estimated for abnormal processing according to actual conditions.
The step of monitoring the time and personnel spent by the second user in processing the abnormal data in real time, and judging the processing condition of the second user on the abnormal data, thereby further monitoring whether the abnormal data is processed in time on the basis of monitoring the abnormal data.

A2, judging whether an abnormity early warning is needed according to a preset abnormity monitoring method and the second core service data group, and sending early warning information to a second user corresponding to the abnormity early warning when the abnormity early warning is judged to be needed.
