the first step, when in use, the first flashboard (7) can be controlled to be connected with the second flashboard (8) and the third flashboard (9) by rotating the threaded connecting rod (10), the winding wheel (5) is driven to rotate when the speed reduction stepping motor (4) of the switching-off mechanism works, the winding wheel (5) winds the steel wire rope (6) at the moment, the first flashboard (7) is lifted up as the bottom end of the steel wire rope (6) is fixedly connected with the top end of the first flashboard (7), if the threaded connecting rod (10) penetrates through a threaded through hole of the first flashboard (7) to be connected with the second flashboard (8) or the third flashboard (9), the first flashboard (7) only needs to be lifted up by the threaded connecting rod (10), the water level after switching-off and water drainage is higher, and the water flow emergency situation can be reduced after switching-off, when the first gate plate (7) and the second gate plate (8) are lifted, after the gate is opened and water is discharged, the water level is low, the water flow at the bottom of the river is intercepted under the action of the third gate plate (9), the occurrence of the situation that the river bed is washed by the underflow can be effectively reduced, the first gate plate (7), the second gate plate (8) and the third gate plate (9) are lifted, the whole gate opening assembly is lifted, and the purpose of rapid flood discharge can be achieved;
