The thickening agent adopts water-based polyamide wax, the water-based polyamide wax is an amide salt thickening agent, compared with acrylic ester and polyurethane thickening agents, the thixotropic index is high, the transparency and the gloss of a paint film are not influenced, meanwhile, the thickening agent has good effects of anti-settling and arrangement orientation on water-based silver powder paint and water-based wood paint (water-based matt powder paint), and the thickening agent is widely used for preparing the water-based silver powder paint and the water-based wood paint, so the water-based polyamide wax is used as the thickening agent of the seam beautifying agent, the rheological property of the seam beautifying agent can be increased under the condition of not influencing the transparency and the gloss of the seam beautifying agent, the pseudo plasticity of the seam beautifying agent is favorably improved, when a high shearing rate is used, the seam beautifying agent can be thinned easily, when the shearing is stopped or the shearing force is low, the seam beautifying agent can be thickened, and therefore, on one hand, the storage stability of the seam beautifying agent can be improved, the settlement of the pigment filler in the crack sealer is avoided, meanwhile, the atomization of the water-based crack sealer is facilitated in the spraying process, and on the other hand, the crack sealer can be prevented from sagging in the construction process, so that the crack sealer is ensured to have good construction performance.
The pigment adopts mineral dye mixed by inorganic metal salt and metal oxide, the mineral dye is a mixture of various inorganic metal salts and metal oxide, the mixture mainly has brownish red, light green, yellow and white, more than 20 chromatograms can be obtained after crushing and mixing, the pigment has broader chromatograms compared with plant dye, and the pigment can be matched with colors of different floor tiles for splicing after blending, so that the crack sealer has wider application range.
The filler is high-purity glass powder or ceramic powder, the grain size of the high-purity glass powder or ceramic powder is 10-25 microns, the glass powder or ceramic powder is added, and the glass powder or ceramic powder is adopted, so that the glass powder or ceramic powder is anti-scratching high-transparency powder, has small grain size, good dispersibility, high transparency and good anti-settling effect, has good affinity and strong steric hindrance capability after surface improvement, can be conveniently dispersed in the crack sealer, can increase the fullness of the crack sealer after film forming, not only keeps clear transparency, but also provides good scratch resistance and prolongs the service life of the crack sealer.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: during construction, impurities or dust existing in gaps among the laid tiles are cleaned by a brush or a dust collector, if the residual dust in the gap is not treated completely, the gap is wiped clean by a wet towel, then a seam beautifying agent with the color matched with the ceramic tiles is selected, the seam beautifying agent is filled into a glue gun, the seal of the seam beautifying agent is opened, the seam beautifying agent is uniformly injected into the gap between the ceramic tiles, because the crack beautifying agent contains the propylene waterproof glue, the crack beautifying agent can be applied to a wet surface or a cold construction environment, after the crack beautifying agent is injected into a gap of a ceramic tile, after waiting for 20 minutes, leveling the redundant seam beautifying agent on two sides of the seam between two adjacent ceramic tiles by using a scraper, then wiping off the residual seam beautifying agent on the tiles at the two sides of the gaps of the tiles by using a wet towel, after 2 hours of construction, the crack beautifying agent is cured, and after the curing is finished for 24 hours, the constructed tile surface can be normally used.

The environment-friendly waterproof antifouling crack sealer is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20-40% of epoxy resin, 8-15% of oleate, 3-5% of curing agent, 2-6% of antibacterial agent, 5-14% of dispersing agent, 6-10% of toughening agent, 20-40% of waterproof agent, 3-10% of thickening agent, 2-5% of pigment and 3-6% of filler.

The environment-friendly waterproof antifouling crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein: the paint comprises 20% of epoxy resin, 8% of oleate, 3% of curing agent, 2% of antibacterial agent, 5% of dispersing agent, 6% of toughening agent, 20% of waterproof agent, 3% of thickening agent, 2% of pigment and 3% of filler.

The environment-friendly waterproof antifouling crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein: comprises 30 percent of epoxy resin, 10 percent of oleate, 4 percent of curing agent, 2.5 percent of antibacterial agent, 6.5 percent of dispersing agent, 8 percent of toughening agent, 25 percent of waterproof agent, 5 percent of thickening agent, 3 percent of pigment and 4 percent of filler.

The environment-friendly waterproof antifouling crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein: the paint comprises 40% of epoxy resin, 15% of oleate, 5% of curing agent, 6% of antibacterial agent, 14% of dispersing agent, 10% of toughening agent, 40% of waterproof agent, 10% of thickening agent, 5% of pigment and 6% of filler.
5. The environment-friendly waterproof antifouling crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein: the toughening agent adopts aluminum oxide powder, and the particle size of the powder is 8-20 microns.
6. The environment-friendly waterproof antifouling crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein: the waterproof agent is acrylic waterproof glue.
7. The environment-friendly waterproof antifouling crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein: the thickening agent adopts water-based polyamide wax.
8. The environment-friendly waterproof antifouling crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein: the pigment adopts mineral dye mixed by inorganic metal salt and metal oxide.
