Claims (9)

1. A wide-view forklift cab with a simple structure is characterized by comprising a front frame (1), a rear frame (2), a top frame (11), a tail gas filter head (16) and a rear window (18), wherein the rear side of the front frame (1) is provided with the rear frame (2), the front frame (1) is arranged into two groups which are bilaterally symmetrical, the rear frame (2) is arranged into two groups which are bilaterally symmetrical, the two groups of the front frame (1) and the two groups of the rear frame (2) are bilaterally symmetrical, a front window (3) is arranged between the two groups of the front frame (1), a front windscreen wiper (4) is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the front window (3), a rear view mirror (5) is arranged on the front side of the front frame (1), the rear view mirror (5) is installed on the front frame (1) through a first installation frame (6), and a second handle (7) is arranged on the front side of the front frame (1); a vehicle door (8) and a side window (10) are arranged between the front frame (1) and the rear frame (2); the roof rack (11) is arranged at the top ends of the front rack (1) and the rear rack (2), the roof rack (11) is of a rectangular structure, a ceiling (12) and a perspective ceiling (13) are arranged in a frame of the roof rack (11), and the perspective ceiling (13) is arranged on the front side of the ceiling (12); the rear side of the rear frame (2) is provided with an installation sleeve (14), the rear side of the installation sleeve (14) is provided with a tail gas filtering head (16) through a bending pipe (15), a second installation frame (17) is arranged between the two groups of rear frames (2), the second installation frame (17) is transversely arranged, a window frame (171) is arranged between the rear side of the second installation frame (17) and the top frame (11) and between the two groups of rear frames (2), and a rear window (18) is arranged in the window frame (171).

The wide-field forklift cab with a simple structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rear side of the side window (10) is fixed on the front side of the rear frame (2), the side window (10) comprises an upper group of flat glass windows and a lower group of flat glass windows, the front side of the side window (10) is provided with the vehicle door (8) through a plurality of groups of hinges, a door handle (9) is arranged in the middle of the vehicle door (8), the lower half of the vehicle door (8) is provided with the flat glass windows, and the upper half of the vehicle door (8) is provided with a push-pull glass combination window.

The wide-view forklift cab with a simple structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein two sets of support rods (131) are arranged below the front and rear sides of the see-through ceiling (13), a plurality of sets of bridging frames (132) are arranged between the two sets of support rods (131), the front and rear ends of the bridging frames (132) are fixed on the inner sides of the support rods (131) through angle irons and bolts, and the tops of the bridging frames (132) are fixedly connected with the lower surface of the see-through ceiling (13) through angle irons and glass cement.

The wide-view forklift cab with a simple structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rear wiper (19) is arranged on the outer side of the rear window (18), a driving mechanism (191) is arranged on the inner side of the rear window (18), and the driving mechanism (191) is rotatably connected with the root of the rear wiper (19); the top end of the rear window (18) is arranged on the window frame (171) through a plurality of groups of hinges, a second handle (181) is arranged at the top of the rear side of the rear window (18), a buckle (182) is arranged on the window frame (171), and the second handle (181) and the second buckle (182) are matched for use; the rear window is characterized in that an installation rod (21) is arranged on the rear side of the rear window (18), the left end and the right end of the installation rod (21) are installed at the top of a second installation frame (202), the second installation frame (202) is of a U-shaped frame structure, the second installation frame (202) is arranged on the inner side of the rear window (18) through glass cement bonding, telescopic rods (20) are installed at the two ends of the installation rod (21), and the bottom ends of the telescopic rods (20) are arranged on a window frame (171) through installation heads (201).

The wide-view forklift cab with the simple structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first sealing strip (172) is clamped on the inner side of the window frame (171), a circle of first mounting frame (183) is arranged on the outer side of the rear window (18), a second sealing strip (184) is arranged on the outer side of the first mounting frame (183), and the second sealing strip (184) is matched with the first sealing strip (172) for use.

The wide-view forklift cab with a simple structure according to claim 4, wherein the mounting rod (21) comprises an outer sleeve (211), a rotating rod (214) and a sliding sleeve (216), the outer sleeve (211) is provided with two bilaterally symmetrical outer sleeves, the outer ends of the two outer sleeves (211) are provided with mounting plates (212), the outer sleeves (211) are fixedly mounted on the second mounting frame (202) through the mounting plates (212), and a plurality of guide bars (213) are arranged on the outer cylindrical surface of each outer sleeve (211); the outer sleeve (211) is internally provided with a rotating rod (214) in an inserting manner, a circle of first clamping block (215) is arranged at a position, close to the middle, on the cylindrical surface of the rotating rod (214), a sliding sleeve (216) is sleeved on the outer side of the mounting rod (21), limiting grooves (217) are formed in positions, on two sides of the inner cylindrical surface of the sliding sleeve (216), and are matched with guide strips (213), and a second clamping block (218) is arranged at a position, close to the middle, of the inner cylindrical surface of the sliding sleeve (216).
7. The wide-field forklift cab with a simple structure as claimed in claim 6, wherein the two ends of the rotating rod (214) are provided with square mounting holes, and one side of the top end of the telescopic rod (20) is provided with a square mounting block.

The wide-field forklift cab with a simple structure as claimed in claim 8, wherein a plurality of air vents are formed in the cylindrical surface of the inner sleeve (163), a filter plate (168) is arranged on the outer side of the inner sleeve (163), and the filter plate (168) is spirally wound on the outer side of the inner sleeve (163).
