Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of metal plastic forming process and equipment, and provides a device and a method for replacing a mold by a roller mill, wherein the device comprises a mold, a mandrel, a mold pull ring and a push-pull unit; the push-pull unit comprises a push rod, a push rod nut, a pull rod and a pull rod nut; the die is sleeved on the mandrel, the mandrel is fixed on a main shaft of the rolling mill through a mandrel fixing seat, and the die pull ring is fixed on the die; the die completes the installation from the mandrel to the main shaft of the rolling mill and the disassembly from the main shaft of the rolling mill to the mandrel through the die pull ring and the push-pull unit. The invention has simple structure and easy manufacture, greatly saves the time for replacing the die, saves labor, obviously improves the production efficiency and has wide application prospect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metal plastic forming processes and equipment, in particular to a device and a method for replacing a mold of a roller mill in an auxiliary mode.
Background
The cross wedge rolling technology is an important component of an advanced near-net forming manufacturing technology, and is widely applied to the field of shaft part forming. The method has the advantages of high material utilization rate, low production cost, high production efficiency and the like, is suitable for mass production of rotary parts, and obtains good economic benefit.
With the development and popularization of the cross wedge rolling process, the updating and upgrading of cross wedge rolling equipment become more important. The traditional cross wedge rolling mill has high difficulty in replacing rollers and low efficiency, so that a split die is mostly adopted, and the forming precision is poor. The manual replacement of the roller mill die at the present stage wastes time and labor, and the production efficiency is influenced. Therefore, an auxiliary die replacing device is urgently needed to improve the integral die replacing efficiency and further improve the production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome at least one of the defects of the prior art, and provides a device and a method for replacing a mold of a roller mill in an auxiliary manner.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
on one hand, the device for assisting in replacing the die of the rolling mill is characterized by comprising a die, a mandrel, a die pull ring and a push-pull unit;
the die is sleeved on the mandrel, the mandrel is fixed on a main shaft of the rolling mill through a mandrel fixing seat, and the die pull ring is fixed on the die; the die completes the installation from the mandrel to the main shaft of the rolling mill and the disassembly from the main shaft of the rolling mill to the mandrel through the die pull ring and the push-pull unit.
In any of the above possible implementation manners, there is further provided an implementation manner, where the mold pull ring is a sheet-shaped annular structure, and the mold pull ring is provided with an upper counter bore, a lower counter bore, and a left mounting hole and a right mounting hole; the die pull ring is detachably mounted on one end face of the die through the two first mounting holes by the die pull ring fixing bolt;
the mandrel fixing seat is provided with a mandrel mounting hole and a second counter bore; the mandrel fixing seat is installed on the main shaft through a main shaft fixing bolt.
In any of the above possible implementations, there is further provided an implementation in which the push-pull unit includes a push rod, a push rod nut, a pull rod, and a pull rod nut;
when a die is installed, the push rod nut sinks into the second counter bore and is fixed with the mandrel fixing seat, the push rod penetrates through the second counter bore and the push rod nut, and the head of the push rod is in contact with the die;
when the die is disassembled, the head of the pull rod is sunk into the first counter bore, and the pull rod penetrates through the second counter bore; the pull rod nut is sleeved on the pull rod and contacts the outer side of the mandrel fixing seat.
In any of the above possible implementation manners, there is further provided an implementation manner that the push rod and the pull rod share the same through hole disposed on the mandrel fixing seat; the diameter of the push rod is larger than that of the pull rod, and the diameter of the push rod nut is larger than that of the pull rod nut.
There is further provided in accordance with any of the possible implementations described above an implementation in which the tie rod head cross-section is a non-circular section.
In any of the above possible implementations, there is further provided an implementation that the tie rod head has a cross section in a shape of a rectangle, a square, an ellipse, or a regular polygon with more than four sides.
In any of the above possible implementations, there is further provided an implementation that the mandrel and the die contact surface, and the mandrel and the rolling mill spindle contact surface are partially contacted, so as to avoid excessive resistance during die replacement.
Any of the above possible implementations further provides an implementation that the end portion of the outer circular surface of the mandrel and the end portion of the inner circular surface of the mandrel are provided with guide taper angles, so as to facilitate coaxial installation.
Any one of the above possible implementation manners further provides an implementation manner, and the mandrel fixing seat are connected by welding or threads.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides a method for auxiliary die replacement of a rolling mill, which uses the above-mentioned auxiliary die replacement device for a rolling mill, and the method includes:

disassembling the die: fixing a die pull ring provided with a pull rod on a die, and fixing a mandrel on a main shaft of a rolling mill through a mandrel fixing seat; the head of the pull rod is sunk into a first counter bore of the pull ring of the die, and the pull rod penetrates through a second counter bore and a pull rod nut; the pull rod nut is sleeved on the pull rod and contacts the outer side of the mandrel fixing seat; and rotating the pull rod nut to drive the pull rod to pull the die onto the mandrel from the main shaft of the rolling mill, and then taking the die off from the mandrel to finish die disassembly.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the die has the advantages of simple structure, easiness in manufacturing, great saving in die replacement time, labor saving, improvement on production efficiency and wide application prospect.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that technical features or combinations of technical features described in the following embodiments should not be considered as being isolated, and they may be combined with each other to achieve better technical effects. In the drawings of the embodiments described below, the same reference numerals appearing in the respective drawings denote the same features or components, and may be applied to different embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the auxiliary die replacement device for the rolling mill in the embodiment of the invention adopts a mandrel 2, a die pull ring 3 and a push-pull unit to assist in installing a die 1, so as to realize integral and quick die replacement 1. The device comprises a die 1, a mandrel 2, a die pull ring 3 and a push-pull unit; the die 1 is sleeved on the mandrel 2, the mandrel 2 is fixed on a main shaft 7 of a rolling mill through a mandrel fixing seat 11, and the die pull ring 3 is fixed on the die 1; the die 1 completes the installation from the mandrel 2 to the rolling mill spindle 7 and the disassembly from the rolling mill spindle 7 to the mandrel 2 through the die tab 3 and the push-pull unit.
In a specific embodiment, the mandrel fixing seat 11 and the mandrel 2 may adopt a welding scheme, a threaded connection scheme and the like according to the factors of size, cost and the like.
As shown in fig. 4, in a specific embodiment, the mold tab 3 is a sheet-shaped ring structure, and the mold tab 3 has upper and lower first counter bores C, left and right first mounting holes; the die pull ring fixing bolt 8 detachably installs the die pull ring 3 on one end surface of the die 1 through the two first installation holes; the mandrel fixing seat 11 is provided with a mandrel mounting hole and a second counter bore (push rod nut) B; the mandrel fixing seat 11 is installed on a rolling mill spindle 7 through a spindle fixing bolt 6.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the push-pull unit includes a push rod T4, a push rod nut T5, a pull rod L9, a pull rod nut L10; when the die 1 is installed, the push rod nut T5 sinks into the second counterbore B and is fixed with the mandrel fixing seat 11, the push rod T4 penetrates through the second counterbore B and the push rod nut T5, and the head of the push rod T4 contacts the die 1; when the die 1 is disassembled, the head of the pull rod L9 sinks into the first counter bore C, and the pull rod L9 penetrates through the second counter bore B; the pull rod nut L10 is sleeved on the pull rod L9, and the pull rod nut L10 contacts the outer side of the mandrel fixing seat 11.
The push rod T4 and the pull rod L9 may be disposed at different positions of the mandrel fixing seat 11, or may be disposed at the same position. In a preferred embodiment, the push rod T4 and the pull rod L9 share the same through hole arranged on the mandrel fixing seat 11; the push rod T4 diameter is larger than the pull rod L9 diameter, the push rod nut T5 diameter is larger than the pull rod nut L10 diameter.
The cross-section of the head of the tension rod L9 can take various forms, and preferably, a non-circular cross-section can be used, such as a rectangle, a square, an ellipse, a regular polygon with more than four sides, and the like.
Preferably, the contact surfaces of the mandrel 2 and the die 1 and the contact surfaces of the mandrel 2 and the rolling mill spindle 7 are partially contacted, so that excessive resistance is avoided when the die 1 is replaced.
Preferably, the end part of the mandrel 2, which is in contact with the outer circular surface of the die 1, and the end part of the mandrel 2, which is in contact with the inner circular surface of the rolling mill spindle 7, are provided with guide taper angles, so that the coaxial installation is facilitated.
The working principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
installing a die 1: sleeving a die 1 on a mandrel 2, and fixedly connecting the mandrel 2 to a main shaft 7 of a rolling mill through a mandrel fixing seat 11; the push rod nut T5 sinks into the second counter bore B of the mandrel fixing seat 11, and the push rod nut T5 is fixed with the mandrel fixing seat 11; a pushrod T4 passes through the second counterbore B and the pushrod nut T5, and the pushrod T4 head contacts the mold 1; rotating a push rod T4 to push the die 1 to the designated position of a main shaft 7 of the rolling mill, and finishing the installation of the die 1;
disassembling the die 1: fixing a die pull ring 3 provided with a pull rod L9 on a die 1, and then fixedly connecting a mandrel 2 on a rolling mill spindle 7 through a mandrel fixing seat 11; the head of the pull rod L9 sinks into the first counterbore C of the die pull ring 3, and the pull rod L9 penetrates through the second counterbore B and the pull rod nut L10; a pull rod nut L10 is sleeved on the pull rod L9 and contacts the outer side of the mandrel fixing seat 11; the pull rod nut L10 is turned (e.g., by a wrench) to drive the pull rod L9 to pull the die 1 from the mill spindle 7 onto the mandrel 2, and the die 1 is removed from the mandrel 2 to complete the disassembly of the die 1.

Claims (10)

1. The device for assisting in replacing the die of the rolling mill is characterized by comprising a die, a mandrel, a die pull ring and a push-pull unit;
the die is sleeved on the mandrel, the mandrel is fixed on a main shaft of the rolling mill through a mandrel fixing seat, and the die pull ring is fixed on the die; the die completes the installation from the mandrel to the main shaft of the rolling mill and the disassembly from the main shaft of the rolling mill to the mandrel through the die pull ring and the push-pull unit.

The auxiliary die changing device for a roller mill according to claim 1, wherein the die tab is a sheet-shaped ring structure, and the die tab has upper and lower first counter bores, left and right first mounting holes; the die pull ring is detachably mounted on one end face of the die through the two first mounting holes by the die pull ring fixing bolt;
the mandrel fixing seat is provided with a mandrel mounting hole and a second counter bore; the mandrel fixing seat is installed on the main shaft through a main shaft fixing bolt.

6. The auxiliary mold changing device for a roller mill according to claim 5, wherein the tie rod head has a rectangular, square, oval or regular polygon cross-section with a number of sides greater than four.
7. A roller mill auxiliary die change apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said mandrel and said die interface, and said mandrel and said mill spindle interface are in partial contact to avoid excessive resistance during die change.
