Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hygienic products, in particular to a preparation method of a hygienic product capable of changing color when wet.
Background
In the current 'fast-paced' living environment, the paper diaper is an absolute baby nursing necessity, and 7-8 sheets are needed by a newborn baby almost every day. As the urine or the excrement of the newborn baby is frequent, the red hip is easy to appear after the paper diaper is covered for a long time, and the diaper needs to be changed frequently in time. How to judge whether the baby should change the diaper? In the early days, most parents feel the urine absorbed by the paper diaper by touching the hands, and sometimes the parents know that the diaper becomes heavy and swollen after the baby urinates for a long time. In order to enable parents of new hands to timely perceive and change the paper diapers for babies, some urine wetness reminding designs are in due course, the bottom layer material used at present of the baby paper diapers (including the pull-up pants) is a breathable and waterproof PE material bottom film, the baby paper diapers do not have the function of reminding after urine wetness, and the industry generally reminds the paper diapers of having urine wetness by printing color-changing ink patterns (the patterns are blue before wetting, the ink is dissolved and is faint after wetting, and the patterns are blurred) or scraping urine display glue (the strip urine display glue is yellow before wetting, the strip urine display glue is blue after wetting, but the strip shape of the urine display glue is unchanged), so that the paper diapers need to be changed. However, whether the color-changing ink is printed or the urine-developing adhesive is applied by scratching, the color-changing ink is generally distributed on one side of the PE film close to the absorbent body in a strip-shaped manner, and because the strip-shaped design area is small, whether the baby has urine or not cannot be clearly and intuitively found, and whether the baby needs to be replaced or not can be judged by touching the baby usually.
Chinese patent application No. 201811451254.X discloses a composite film which changes color according to a pH change and a diaper containing the same, including: a liquid impermeable breathable film layer; and a color-changing layer formed on one side of the liquid-impermeable breathable film layer by using a water-based ink composition which changes color according to the change of pH, wherein the water-based ink composition comprises a water-soluble resin, a rosin compound, a pH indicator, an organic acid, a solvent, a silane compound and an adhesive, and a caretaker can immediately judge whether the user has excrement or urine from the outside by naked eyes by arranging the color-changing layer, but the color-changing layer is combined with the liquid-impermeable basement membrane in a gravure printing mode, so that the air permeability of the liquid-impermeable basement membrane is influenced, the hand feeling is hard, and the air permeability is also reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, aiming at the problems, the invention provides a preparation method of a hygienic product changing color when encountering moisture, and solves the defects of insensitive and airtight color change when encountering moisture of the paper diaper in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a preparation method of a hygienic product changing color when encountering moisture comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer;
(2) preparing an absorber;
(3) preparation of the liquid-impermeable back sheet: a. preparing a color-changing PE film; b. compounding the color-changing PE film prepared in the step a and non-woven fabric on line to obtain a liquid-tight bottom layer; the preparation steps of the color-changing PE film are as follows:
uniformly mixing modified polyethylene master batches, a filler, a main resin, a tackifying resin, a surfactant and a pH indicator, and feeding the mixture into a screw extruder for melting and extruding;
casting, stretching, cooling and shaping to obtain a semi-finished film;
thirdly, heat treatment: drying the semi-finished film by a hot air roller, wherein the temperature of the hot air roller is controlled at 120-130 ℃;
fourthly, drafting: stretching at the speed of 150 plus 180mm/min and the stretching multiplying power of 1.2-1.3, and cooling and shaping at normal temperature to obtain the color-changing PE film;
(4) and (3) compounding the liquid-permeable surface layer, the absorber and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer into a whole on line and slitting to obtain a single product.
The further improvement is that: the modified polyethylene master batch is biodegradable master batch.
The further improvement is that: the biodegradable master batch takes chitosan as a modifier.
The further improvement is that: the dosage ratio of the modified polyethylene master batch, the filler, the main resin, the tackifying resin, the surfactant and the pH indicator is 100: 10-40: 20-30: 2-8: 1-3: 0.3-0.5.
the further improvement is that: the main body resin is SBC and SIS, and the ratio of SBC to SIS is 3: 2 by weight ratio.
The further improvement is that: the tackifying resin is rosin resin, petroleum resin and a mixture of 3: 1 by weight ratio.
The further improvement is that: the surfactant is polyethylene glycol or polyether.
The further improvement is that: the pH indicator is any one of bromophenol blue, bromocresol green, tetrabromophenol sulfonyl phthalein and tetrabromo-m-cresol sulfonyl phthalein.
The further improvement is that: the filler is calcium carbonate.
The further improvement is that: the temperature of the extrusion section of the screw extruder is controlled at 130-220 ℃.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. according to the invention, the color-changeable material and the polyethylene master batch are mixed, melted and cast into a film, and the film is arranged on one side close to the absorber, so that the color can be changed after wetting with urine.
2. The color-changing PE film prepared by the specific preparation method has good ventilation effect; by adding the filler into the film, controlling the stretching ratio and carrying out heat treatment and redrawing treatment, the obtained PE film has better air permeability compared with the traditional PE film.
3. The polyethylene master batch is modified, so that the polyethylene master batch is easy to degrade and is environment-friendly.
4. The modified polyethylene master batch takes chitosan as an improver, and the chitosan has wide raw material source and lower cost.
5. The components used by the color-changing PE film do not contain heavy metals, and are environment-friendly and nontoxic.
