Preferably, the circuit board mounting cavity 5 is provided with at least two circuit board mounting posts 8, the at least two circuit board mounting posts 8 form a circuit board mounting position 5, and the upper frame 2 is provided with isolation ribs 9 in the circumferential direction of the circuit board mounting position 5.
