determining cluster distribution nodes of the uploaded historical bill clustering unit parameter list in the intelligent payment distribution operation assembly according to the information of the uploaded historical bill clustering unit, and determining cluster distribution nodes of the uploaded historical bill clustering unit parameter list in the intelligent payment distribution operation assembly according to the information of the to-be-uploaded historical bill clustering unit;
generating uploading distribution parameters of the intelligent payment distribution operation assembly in clustering distribution nodes of the intelligent payment distribution operation assembly according to the uploaded historical bill clustering unit parameter list and the historical bill clustering unit parameter list to be uploaded;
the step of generating the information of the historical bill clustering unit to be uploaded according to the information generated by the payment operation bill and the information of the uploaded historical bill clustering unit corresponding to the intelligent payment distribution operation component to be uploaded comprises the following steps:
extracting bill elements from the payment operation bill generation information to obtain a bill element list;
bill element extraction is carried out on the information of the uploaded historical bill clustering unit, and the historical bill clustering unit characteristics of the uploaded historical bill clustering unit are obtained;
inputting the bill element list and the characteristics of the historical bill clustering units of the uploaded historical bill clustering units into a pre-configured target model to obtain the information of the historical bill clustering units to be uploaded;
the step of generating information of the historical bill clustering unit to be uploaded according to the information generated by the payment operation bill and the information of the uploaded historical bill clustering unit corresponding to the intelligent payment distribution operation component to be uploaded further comprises the following steps:

arranging the characteristic sequences of the historical bill clustering units extracted from the information of each configured historical bill clustering unit to obtain a configured data list; the method comprises the steps that the characteristic of a historical bill clustering unit extracted from information of a preset starting historical bill clustering unit is located at the front end of a configuration data list, and the characteristic of a historical bill clustering unit extracted from information of a preset ending historical bill clustering unit is located at the tail end of the configuration data list;
configuring the target model according to a bill element list extracted from the sample payment operation bill generation information and the characteristics of each historical bill clustering unit in the configuration data list, so as to learn to obtain a corresponding relation between the bill element list, the characteristics of the historical bill clustering units in the configuration data list and the information configuring the historical bill clustering units;
the step of extracting the bill elements from the payment operation bill generation information to obtain a bill element list includes:

the second generation module is used for generating uploading distribution parameters of the intelligent payment distribution operation assembly in the clustering distribution nodes of the intelligent payment distribution operation assembly according to the uploaded historical bill clustering unit parameter list and the to-be-uploaded historical bill clustering unit parameter list;
the first generation module generates information of the historical bill clustering unit to be uploaded in the following mode:
extracting bill elements from the payment operation bill generation information to obtain a bill element list;
bill element extraction is carried out on the information of the uploaded historical bill clustering unit, and the historical bill clustering unit characteristics of the uploaded historical bill clustering unit are obtained;
