Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of primary batteries, in particular to a method for detecting liquid injection uniformity of a stack battery.
Background
The pile-type battery is formed by superposing and combining a plurality of single elements and positive and negative electrode monopole sheets, and has compact structure and high volume specific energy. The battery body is composed of a plurality of pairs of single elements, redundant connecting pieces are not arranged among the single elements, the single elements are mainly sealed through cementing, and electrolyte is injected into each single element from a common flow channel to activate the battery.
When the electrolyte injection distribution is uneven, the internal resistance of the battery is too large, and the battery cannot be discharged or has abnormal electrical properties under high current density.
After the unit elements are stacked into the body, the liquid injection amount between the unit elements cannot be observed from the outside, the rationality of the flow channel design of the liquid injection system and the electrohydraulic frame cannot be judged, and a special test method is required to be designed for judging the electrolyte of each unit element.
The liquid injection amount is mainly measured by dismantling and weighing each single element, but the electrolyte leakage is easily caused in the dismantling process by the existing structure and method, the test error is large, and the height cannot be displayed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a method for detecting the uniformity of liquid injection of a stack cell.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: a method for detecting the uniformity of liquid injection of a pile-type battery is provided, wherein the pile-type battery for detection is provided with a pile-type battery unit element comprising an electrohydraulic frame and a pole piece, and a liquid chamber is connected in the electrohydraulic frame through a liquid injection channel, and the method comprises the following steps:
selecting a liquid storage device filled with electrolyte, connecting a liquid injection air nozzle at the front end of the liquid storage device, arranging a piston in the liquid storage device near the liquid injection air nozzle side so that the piston can push the electrolyte to move in the liquid storage device, connecting a liquid injection valve consisting of a liquid injection valve body and a liquid injection valve core capable of moving back and forth in the liquid injection valve body at the rear end of the liquid storage device, and arranging a liquid injection joint for connecting a stack cell unit element on the liquid injection valve body, wherein the liquid injection valve is connected with the stack cell unit element through the liquid injection joint;
bonding a pole piece and a color-changing test paper height display strip in a liquid chamber on the electrohydraulic frame, and bonding hydrophilic group polymer material supporting particles on the surface of the pole piece;
connecting a pile-type battery unit element with an injection joint, introducing high-pressure gas into an injection nozzle, when external high-pressure gas enters through the nozzle, pushing a piston to move forwards by the high-pressure gas, so that electrolyte in a liquid reservoir pushes an injection valve core under the action of pressure, after the injection valve core is opened in place, the electrolyte is injected into the pile-type battery unit element through the injection joint, then enters a liquid chamber after passing through an injection runner on an electro-hydraulic frame, and the color of a height display bar is gradually changed along with the rising of the electrolyte, so that the injection height is displayed in real time;
after the electrolyte injection is finished, the supporting particles on the pole piece slowly absorb the electrolyte to form gel state and lock the electrolyte;
after the electrolyte is fully absorbed into gel state by the supporting particles after the electrolyte is placed for a plurality of hours, removing each piece of stacked cell unit elements of the stacked cell piece by piece, measuring and photographing to record the height of a height display strip on each piece of unit elements, namely the liquid injection height of each piece of stacked cell unit elements;
accurately weighing the mass of each pile-type battery unit element by using an electronic balance, wherein the mass difference between the electronic balance and each pile-type battery unit element before liquid injection is the liquid injection amount of each pile-type battery unit element;
by comparing the injection height and the injection amount of each stack cell unit element of the stack cell, the injection uniformity of the whole stack cell can be analyzed.
The height display strip of the method for detecting the uniformity of the liquid injection of the stack battery is PH test paper, water detection test paper, other color-changing test paper and the like.
According to the method for detecting the uniformity of the liquid injection of the stack battery, the supporting particles are water-absorbent resin particles or other hydrophilic group polymer materials.
The invention has the following advantages and positive effects:
according to the invention, the height display strip is added to the liquid chamber on the stacked battery unit element, the electrolyte is changed in color after the height display strip contacts the electrolyte after being injected from the liquid reservoir, and the height of the electrolyte in each unit element can be effectively judged through the height display strip when the stacked battery unit element is removed.
2, the electrolyte is slowly absorbed by the supporting particles on the pole pieces to form gel, so that the electrolyte in the single elements can be effectively locked, the electrolyte leakage during the disassembly of the single elements is avoided, and the liquid injection amount of each stacked cell single element can be accurately weighed after the disassembly.
The method is simple, the injection of the electrolyte between the single elements is not influenced, the electrolyte quantity between the single elements can be effectively judged, and the injection uniformity of the battery pack is analyzed.
