The construction waste disposal and resource utilization method based on the pulverized coal fired boiler comprises the following steps:
the multi-source waste in the material storage system 1 is sent into a pretreatment system 5 through a feeding system 2, the high-temperature flue gas at the temperature of 700 ℃ extracted from a high-temperature flue gas interface 3 is mixed with the hot air at the temperature of 200 ℃ extracted from a hot air interface 4 to form mixed flue gas at the temperature of 500 ℃, wherein the temperature of the mixed flue gas is adjusted according to the physical properties of the multi-source waste by adopting different extraction ratios of the high-temperature flue gas and the hot air, and then the mixed flue gas is sent into the pretreatment system 5 through a flue gas main pipe;
the mixed flue gas is used for carrying out high-temperature pretreatment on the building waste in the pretreatment system 5, completely converting water into gaseous substances and oxidized organic substances, sending solid substances with relatively small sizes into the integrated treatment system 6 for carbonization, crushing and conveying, determining the temperature of a product output by the integrated treatment system 6 according to the physicochemical characteristics of multi-source waste, generally 200-350 ℃, sequentially passing through a fan 7 and a burner 8 through a closed pipeline, then entering a hearth of a pulverized coal boiler 9 for harmless incineration, and efficiently removing pollutants generated by incineration through a pollutant removal system at the tail part of the pulverized coal boiler 9.
The solid product output by the pretreatment system 5 is cooled in a cooling system 10 and then enters a pulverization system 11 for pulverization, and the pulverized product is comprehensively utilized, wherein the particle size is determined according to the comprehensive utilization requirement.
Finally, the invention effectively treats the water in the building waste and the organic matters which easily emit odor by using the economic heat source of the power plant, recovers the heat of the organic matters, carries out harmless incineration on PVC and the like, reduces the weight by about 47.5 percent, and has simple subsequent treatment. In addition, inorganic matters can be completely changed into granular and powdery building materials, so that the granular and powdery building materials can be recycled, can be sold and benefited, realize the harmless treatment of the coal-fired power plant on the building wastes, save land occupation and social investment funds, and play a vital role in the building waste resource recycling industry.
