Abstract
本发明涉及一种满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈的内表面设置有所述轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈的轴向两端开设有轴承外圈凹槽,所述轴承外圈内表面开设有轴承外圈滚道,所述轴承内圈轴向两端开设有轴承内圈凹槽,所述轴承内圈的内表面开设有轴承内圈滚道,所述圆柱滚子的满滚子均布在轴承外圈滚道和轴承内圈滚道之间,所述挡圈内径与所述轴承内圈两端的所述轴承内圈凹槽过盈配合,所述挡圈外径与所述轴承外圈间隙配合,一方面可以限制滚子轴向移动,一方面起到密封的作用,同时保证壁厚,提高耐冲击能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
轴承用于机械的各个的转动的部件当中,现有的满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承在使用的过程中存在一些不足之处,存在以下问题:
首先就是现有的满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承常规自锁满滚子轴承外圈两端有挡边,限制滚子轴向移动,这就导致壁厚较薄,在冲击力作用下容易断裂,其次是现有在高低温情况下变形严重,且一般为开式结构,无法有效防止外界杂质进入轴承内部,为此提供一种满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承内外圈两端开槽,挡圈与内圈凹槽过渡配合,实现密封,具有结构简单,功能性强的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈的内表面设置有所述轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈的轴向两端开设有轴承外圈凹槽,所述轴承外圈内表面开设有轴承外圈滚道,所述轴承内圈轴向两端开设有轴承内圈凹槽,所述轴承内圈的内表面开设有轴承内圈滚道,所述圆柱滚子的满滚子均布在轴承外圈滚道和轴承内圈滚道之间。
进一步地,所述轴承外圈和所述轴承内圈的外表面设置有挡圈。
进一步地,所述挡圈内径与所述轴承内圈两端的所述轴承内圈凹槽过盈配合。
进一步地,所述挡圈外径与所述轴承外圈间隙配合。
进一步地,所述轴承外圈滚道和所述轴承内圈滚道的滚道腔体与所述圆柱滚子间隙配合。
进一步地,所述圆柱滚子的外表面镀有钛合金膜层。
进一步地,所述圆柱滚子的外表面套有保持架。
进一步地,所述挡圈采用合金钢材质。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过轴承外圈的内表面设置有轴承内圈,其特征在于:轴承外圈的轴向两端开设有轴承外圈凹槽,轴承外圈内表面开设有轴承外圈滚道,轴承内圈轴向两端开设有轴承内圈凹槽,轴承内圈的内表面开设有轴承内圈滚道,挡圈内径与轴承内圈两端的轴承内圈凹槽过盈配合,挡圈外径与轴承外圈间隙配合,一方面可以限制滚子轴向移动,一方面起到密封的作用,同时保证壁厚,提高耐冲击能力;
2、通过圆柱滚子的满滚子均布在轴承外圈滚道和轴承内圈滚道之间,圆柱滚子的外表面镀有钛合金膜层可有效提高圆柱滚子耐磨性;
3、通过轴承外圈滚道和轴承内圈滚道的滚道腔体与圆柱滚子间隙配合可有效使得圆柱滚子进行转动。

本发明的满滚子密封圆柱滚子3轴承的实施例1如图1-5所示:一种满滚子密封圆柱滚子3轴承,包括轴承外圈1、轴承内圈2,轴承外圈1的内表面设置有轴承内圈2,通过轴承外圈1的轴向两端开设有轴承外圈凹槽11,轴承外圈1内表面开设有轴承外圈滚道12,轴承内圈2轴向两端开设有轴承内圈凹槽21,轴承内圈2的内表面开设有轴承内圈滚道22,圆柱滚子3的满滚子均布在轴承外圈滚道12和轴承内圈滚道22之间,轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2的外表面设置有挡圈4,轴承外圈滚道12和轴承内圈滚道22的滚道腔体与圆柱滚子3间隙配合可有效使得圆柱滚子3进行转动,通过轴承外圈1的轴向两端开设有轴承外圈凹槽11和轴承内圈2轴向两端开设有轴承内圈凹槽21可有效的保证壁厚。
通过圆柱滚子3的外表面镀有钛合金膜层可有效提高圆柱滚子3耐磨性,通过圆柱滚子3的外表面套有保持架5进行对圆柱滚子3进行固定,通过挡圈4采用合金钢材质有效提高刚度。
本发明的具体实施例2,与本发明实施例1不同的是,具体实施例2,具体包括:包括轴承外圈1、轴承内圈2,轴承外圈1的内表面设置有轴承内圈2,轴承外圈1的轴向两端开设有轴承外圈凹槽11,轴承外圈1内表面开设有轴承外圈滚道12,轴承内圈2轴向两端开设有轴承内圈凹槽21,轴承内圈2的内表面开设有轴承内圈滚道22,圆柱滚子3的满滚子均布在轴承外圈滚道12和轴承内圈滚道22之间,通过挡圈4内径与轴承内圈2两端的轴承内圈凹槽21过盈配合,挡圈4外径与轴承外圈1间隙配合可以限制滚子轴向移动,一方面起到密封的作用。
本发明的工作原理:首先轴承外圈1的轴向两端开设有轴承外圈凹槽11,轴承外圈1内表面开设有轴承外圈滚道12,轴承内圈2轴向两端开设有轴承内圈凹槽21,轴承内圈2的内表面开设有轴承内圈滚道22,圆柱滚子3的满滚子均布在轴承外圈滚道12和轴承内圈滚道22之间,轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2的外表面设置有挡圈4,轴承外圈滚道12和轴承内圈滚道22的滚道腔体与圆柱滚子3间隙配合可有效使得圆柱滚子3进行转动,通过轴承外圈1的轴向两端开设有轴承外圈凹槽11和轴承内圈2轴向两端开设有轴承内圈凹槽21可有效的保证壁厚。

1.一种满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈的内表面设置有所述轴承内圈,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈的轴向两端开设有轴承外圈凹槽,所述轴承外圈内表面开设有轴承外圈滚道,所述轴承内圈轴向两端开设有轴承内圈凹槽,所述轴承内圈的内表面开设有轴承内圈滚道,所述圆柱滚子的满滚子均布在轴承外圈滚道和轴承内圈滚道之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈和所述轴承内圈的外表面设置有挡圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述挡圈内径与所述轴承内圈两端的所述轴承内圈凹槽过盈配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述挡圈外径与所述轴承外圈间隙配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈滚道和所述轴承内圈滚道的滚道腔体与所述圆柱滚子间隙配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述圆柱滚子的外表面镀有钛合金膜层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述圆柱滚子的外表面套有保持架。
8.根据权利要求4所述的满滚子密封圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述挡圈采用合金钢材质。
