The frame 3 is rotatably connected with a fan blade 24, the fan blade 24 is fixedly connected with a fourth belt wheel 2401, the frame 3 is fixedly connected with an outer cover 25, the fan blade 24 is arranged in the outer cover 25, and the inner wall of the outer cover 25 is fixedly connected with a heating sheet 26.
A second bevel gear 22 is rotatably connected to the frame 3, a third belt wheel 23 is fixedly connected to the second bevel gear 22, and the third belt wheel 23 is connected with the fourth belt wheel 2401 through a belt.
