Abstract
本发明提供了一种含有植物免疫活性蛋白和5‑氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物的生物刺激剂,该生物刺激剂包含两种有效成分植物免疫活性蛋白与5‑氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物,两组分之间的重量比为(0.05~15):1。本发明的生物刺激剂中植物免疫活性蛋白与5‑氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物两者之间具有相互的协同提升作用,对作物增产效果、抗病性能和提高作物品质等效果明显。具体表现为:1、两组分可以协同提高作物免疫抗病能力。2、两活性组分作用机理不同,能够显著协同提高作物产量和作物品质。

技术领域
本发明属于生物农业领域,特别是涉及一种具有促进作物协同生长和增产的生物刺激剂组合物,具体地说是涉及一种包含植物免疫活性蛋白和5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物的生物刺激剂组合物。
背景技术
植物免疫活性蛋白主要是从筛选出的真菌或细菌蛋白中提取的一种致病病原蛋白激发子的总称,它是一种来源于真菌微生物的天然蛋白,它基于细胞信号转导途径,作为植物细胞外的一类神奇的特种细胞外信号,它能够通过植物受体(主要是植株叶片细胞膜受体)的信号传导,高效的激发植物整体免疫***和植物快速生长***,使植物快速产生抗病、抗旱和抗冻等抗逆保护机制,快速促进植物产生生长促进因子,提高植物生长量。
5-氨基乙酰丙酸作为一种环境相容性及选择性很高的新型光活化产品,在农业领域应用非常广泛,可调节作物叶绿素的合成;提高叶绿素和捕光***Ⅱ的稳定性;提高光合效率促进光合作用;促进植物组织分化、抑制在黑暗中呼吸、扩大气孔等基础生理活性。因此它并不单纯是一种生物代谢中间产物,还参与植物生长发育的调节过程,具有类似植物激素的生理活性,可以作为植物生长调节剂或新型肥料在农业生产中使用。
目前,农业作物种植过程中,由于长期不合理的肥料、农药使用,比如施用单质高氮、高磷等化学来调节作物生长,提高作物产量,以及长期施用化学含磷农药,使土壤中存在的单一养分浓度过高,不仅造成土壤中物相反应存量过大,而且在土壤中产生有害物质,并且成为造成部分地区土壤板结的主要因素,导致作物产量反而下降,农产品质量降低,违背了土壤生态环境的自然发展规律,因此创制新型生物肥料,合理施用肥料,提高肥料综合利用效率,激活土壤生命,是肥料产业实现可持续发展的重要手段。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种安全环保的能够协同促进植物生长的生物刺激剂组合物。发明人发现,5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物与植物免疫活性蛋白两者之间在促进植物生长,提高作物产量方面具有显著的协同增效作用。
本发明的另一个目的是提供包含植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物的生物刺激剂组合物在农业领域促进植物生长和提高作物产量中的应用。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种生物刺激剂组合物,该生物刺激剂组合物以植物免疫活性蛋白和5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物为主要有效成分,两者的重量比为(0.05~15):1,优选(0.1~15):1。
作为一种优选技术方案,所述5-氨基乙酰丙酸的衍生物选自5-氨基乙酰丙酸酯类衍生物或5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐类衍生物;其中,所述的5-氨基乙酰丙酸酯类衍生物优选为5-氨基乙酰丙酸甲酯、5-氨基乙酰丙酸乙酯5-氨基乙酰丙酸丙酯、5-氨基乙酰丙酸正丁酯或5-氨基乙酰丙酸正己酯;所述的5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐类衍生物优选为5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐、5-氨基乙酰丙酸磷酸盐或5-氨基乙酰丙酸磺酸盐。
作为一种优选技术方案,所述的植物免疫活性蛋白(1)~(3)中的至少一种:
(1)植物免疫活性蛋白为由革兰氏阴性植物病原细菌中分泌或代谢产生的对植物具有促进生长或免疫活性的蛋白质,优选超敏蛋白(Harpin);
(2)由植物隐地疫霉菌分泌或代谢产生的对植物具有促进生长或免疫活性蛋白质,优选隐地蛋白(Cryptogein);
(3)经植物病原真菌中筛选、分离或纯化出的对植物具有促进生长或免疫活性的蛋白质;优选激活蛋白(Activator),进一步优选极细链格孢激活蛋白、大丽花轮枝孢激活蛋白、灰葡萄孢菌激活蛋白、青霉菌激活蛋白、交链孢菌激活蛋白、稻瘟菌激活蛋白中的至少一种,更进一步优选极细链格孢激活蛋白和大丽花轮枝孢激活蛋白中的至少一种。
作为一种优选技术方案,该生物刺激剂组合物包含有效成分和农药助剂,由有效成分和农药助剂制成农药上允许的剂型。
为方便使用和提高使用效果,该生物刺激剂组合物还可与其它肥料尤其是水溶肥添加共同施用,可复合添加腐植酸、氨基酸中的至少一种。所述的腐植酸优选黄腐酸钾,其含量占组合物总含量的2~20%(w/w)。
本发明中除5-氨基乙酰丙酸外,还可以添加其它氨基酸,所述的其它氨基酸主要包含苏氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸、组氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、脯氨酸、蛋氨酸、苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、丝氨酸、酪氨酸、缬氨酸等氨基酸中一种或几种的混合物,优选动物源氨基酸,氨基酸含量占组合物总含量的2~18%(w/w)。
在本发明的一种技术方案中,为进一步提高本刺激剂组合物的效果,本发明中可添加一种微生物菌剂或一种以上已知的微生物菌混合物。合适的微生物包含但不限于选择枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、苏云金芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、侧孢芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌、根瘤菌或淡紫拟青霉中的一种或一种以上的混合微生物菌种。本发明中,有效活菌数总量大于0.2亿/克,为进一步提高使用效果,优选微生物菌有效活菌数总量大于2亿/克,进一步优选微生物菌有效活菌数总量大于10亿/克。
进一步,在含有5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物与植物免疫活性蛋白复合生物制剂中还含有有机质。有机质含量大于8%(w/w),优选高于20%。合适的有机质包括但不限于纤维素、半纤维素、蛋白质、类脂物质、沥青质、树脂和树胶、单宁、甾类、维生素、萜类和腐殖质等物质中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物。
适合本发明的剂型选择固体剂型或液体剂型。固体剂型优选粉末状或颗粒状固体剂型。液体剂型优选可溶液剂剂型或悬浮剂型。
上述活性成分制剂所涉及的助剂包含但不限制粘合剂、润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、渗透剂、防腐剂、防冻剂、填料、载体,着色剂、消泡剂、蒸发抑制剂、及pH和粘度调节剂,这些试剂各自均为常规的。
合适的表面活性剂(渗透剂)包含但不限定于脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙基聚氧丙基醚、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯等公知的乳化剂中的一种或几种。增稠剂为黄原胶、羧甲(乙)基纤维素钠、甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮一种或几种。防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇的一种或几种。
合适的分散剂包含但不限定于香族磺酸盐、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、马来酸酐共聚物钠盐、聚合羧酸钠盐类、苯乙烯烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、三苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚类和衍生物酯类、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐磷酸盐、苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、高分子疏型的支装共聚物、聚合羧酸盐类中的一种或几种的组合使用。
合适的填料包含但不限定于改性水溶淀粉、纤维素醚及其衍生物、硅酸镁铝、高龄土、硅藻土、凹凸棒土、葡萄糖、轻质碳酸钙、白炭黑、无机盐中的一种。
合适的润湿剂包含但不限定于十二烷基硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐磷酸盐、苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、烷基丁二酸酯磺酸盐、土温中的一种或者两种以上的组合使用。
合适的辅助剂包含但不限定于粘结剂、崩解剂、pH调节剂、杀菌防腐剂、消泡剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂中的一种或几种的组合;其中:所述的粘结剂包含但不限定于聚乙烯醇、明胶、***胶、黄原胶、聚丙烯酸钠、淀粉、纤维素及其衍生物,优选纤维素及其纤维素衍生物的一种;崩解剂选包含但不限定于硅酸镁铝、聚乙二醇、改性淀粉、无机盐、白碳黑、硅胶的一种;所述的pH酸碱调节剂包含但不限定于冰醋酸、盐酸、氨水、乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种;所述的杀菌防腐剂包含但不限定于山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、甲醛、异噻唑啉酮类中的一种;所述消泡剂包含但不限定于天然油脂、聚醚类消泡剂、高碳醇、有机硅消泡剂的一种。所述抗冻剂包含但不限定于丙二醇或乙二醇;所述增稠剂包含但不限定于黄原胶、卡拉胶、果胶、琼脂、海藻胶或羧甲基纤维素钠。
进一步,固体剂型根据施用对象不同,可加工成颗粒状、片状、微粒状或粉末状形态,优选颗粒状和粉末状。
在本发明其中一种加工技术方案中,包括如下步骤:1)按照植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物(0.05~15):1重量比混匀;2)将搅拌均匀后的混合物粉碎至20-70目筛,3)定量包装,得粉末状制剂。
上述第2步加工步骤中,完成粉碎后可造粒烘干冷却,制得颗粒状制剂。
上述固体制剂加工方案中,也可以将外购或培养的一种或一种以上的微生物菌剂混合均匀,将微生物菌剂与本发明的组分混合搅拌均匀,使最终每克肥料中有效活菌数不低于0.2亿个(优选每克肥料中不低于2亿个),制得粉末状或颗粒状复合微生物制剂。
为进一步提高效果,上述加工技术方案中,也可加入一定重量的有机质一起粉碎。有机质含量高于8%,有机质优选纤维素、半纤维素、蛋白质。
上述固体制剂加工方案中,也可根据实际土壤结构和不同作物生长需要,可加入适量的腐植酸、氨基酸或微量元素。将所需元素与本发明的组分按照重量比混匀、粉碎。也可以将所需元素与含有微生物菌剂或有机质的本发明组分按照重量比混匀、粉碎。最终制备成粉末或颗粒状等固体制剂。
上述的生物刺激剂组合物在促进作物生长和提高作物产量中的应用。
本发明的组合物中植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物两者之间具有相互的协同提升作用,具体表现为:1、两组分可以协同提高作物免疫抗病能力。2、两活性组分作用机理不同,能够显著协同提高作物产量和作物品质。

以下实施例所有配方中百分比均为重量百分比。本发明组合物各种制剂的加工工艺均为现有技术,根据不同情况可以有所变化。
一、剂型制备实施例
(一)将植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其盐,与助剂和填料按配方的比例混合均匀,经气流粉碎,即得粉剂剂型产品。
实施例1:3.2%隐地蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐粉剂
隐地蛋白3%,5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐0.2%,脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐5%,有机硅0.8%,烷基苯磺酸钙3%,动物源氨基酸8%,硅藻土补足至100%。
实施例2:4.2%隐地蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸甲酯粉剂
隐地蛋白4%,5-氨基乙酰丙酸甲酯0.2%,皂角粉2%,有机硅0.9%,黄腐酸钾10.5%,硅酸镁铝3%,白炭黑补足至100%。
实施例3:10.5%超敏蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸磷酸盐粉剂
超敏蛋白0.5%,5-氨基乙酰丙酸磷酸盐10%,纤维素10%,谷氨酸26.25%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%,白炭黑补足至100%。
实施例4:3%超敏蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸磺酸盐粉剂
超敏蛋白1.5%,5-氨基乙酰丙酸磺酸盐1.5%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4%,缬氨酸7.5%,烷基芳基磺酸盐3%,膨润土3%,白炭黑补足至100%。

隐地蛋白0.3%,5-氨基乙酰丙酸正丁酯3%,十二烷基硫酸钠3%,腐植酸8.25%,聚合羧酸钠盐7.5%,烷基丁二酸酯磺酸盐3.6%,白炭黑补足至100%。
实施例6:2.1%隐地蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸乙酯可湿性粉剂
隐地蛋白0.1%,5-氨基乙酰丙酸乙酯2%,皂角粉0.8%,解淀粉芽孢杆菌(20亿孢子/克)5.25%,草木灰20%,木质素磺酸盐7.2%,有机硅0.5%,硅藻土补足至100%。
(二)颗粒剂
将植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其盐与助剂和填料按配方的比例混合均匀,经气流粉碎,完成粉碎后通过造粒机械烘干后自动冷却,制得颗粒状制剂。
实施例7:4%极细链格孢激活蛋白·5-氨基乙酰盐酸盐颗粒剂
极细链格孢激活蛋白2%,5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐2%,甲醛缩合物磺酸盐6.2%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯甲醛缩合物硫酸盐5.4%,腐植酸10%,凹凸棒土补足至100%。
实施例8:3.2%极细链格孢激活蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸乙酯颗粒剂

实施例15:3%隐地蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐可湿性粉剂
隐地蛋白1%,5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐2%,黄原胶3%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐3%,黄腐酸钾7.5%,碳酸氢钠2%,高岭土补足至100%。
二、药效验证试验
试验设在江苏省盐城市大丰区现代农业科技园示范基地内进行,2019年11月18号播种,2020年5月采收。供试土壤的主要养分如下:有机质58.31g/kg,全氮4.19g/kg,全钾5.34g/kg,有效磷629mg/kg,速效钾573mg/kg,pH为8.2。供试燕麦品种为甜燕二号。播前将所施肥料1次均匀施入小区后,深翻、耙平。小区面积2m*5m,种植7行,播量120kg/hm2,行距25cm,条播,播深3~4cm。田间管理同大田生产,进行正常的除杂等常规管理措施;试验地有灌溉条件,在播种后与拔节期各灌水一次,每个小区分别灌溉,小区土壤表层有1cm积水时停止灌水。
2020年3月13号、3月21号各叶面喷雾施药一次。试验设16个处理,即CK(对照,等量清水)、实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、实施例6、实施例7、实施例8、实施例9、实施例10、实施例11、实施例12、实施例13、实施例14、实施例15。每个处理设3次重复。所用对照药剂与各实施的加工方法和配方例保持一致。
2020年4月11日进行田间取样,测定燕麦叶片叶斑病发生情况。2020年5月28日采收并进行取样,每个小区随机取20株作为样品。测定各个实施例对作物生长的影响,包括对燕麦子的产量、β-葡聚糖含量等情况等进行综合评价(采用刚果红分光光度法测定其β-葡聚糖含量)。本试验中产量、β-葡聚糖及叶斑病发病指数等指标均为各处理的平均值。
分级标准:
0级:无病斑;
1级:叶片病斑少于5个,长度小于1cm;
3级:叶片病斑6-10个,部分病斑长度大于1cm;
5级:叶片病斑11-25个,部分病斑连成片,病斑面积占叶面积的10-25%;
7级:叶片病斑26个以上,病斑连成片,病斑面积占叶面积的26-50%;
9级:病斑连成片,病斑面积占叶面积的50%以上或全叶枯死。
亩产提高率=(处理后的亩产量-清水对照的亩产量)/清水对照的亩产量*100%

表1.植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸复配对燕麦生长调节综合试验情况汇总表
本试验看出,植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸之间对燕麦生长具有很好的协同促进作用,主要表现在两者组合在(0.05~15):1之间对燕麦的叶斑病的预防效果显著,其中以实施例7(4%大丽花轮枝孢激活蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐颗粒剂,配比2:2)、实施例4(3%超敏蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸磺酸盐粉剂,配比1.5:1.5)和实施例15(3%隐地蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸正丁酯可湿性粉剂,配比1:2)增效效果最为显著,而在植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸配比(0.05~15):1配比之外的防治效果不明显,如实施例14(13%极细链格孢激活蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸磺酸盐颗粒剂,配比1:25)、实施例10(2.1%超敏蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸磷酸盐颗粒剂,配比20:1)和实施例2(3.8%隐地蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸甲酯粉剂,配比20:1)等三个实施例仅为相加作用。通过测产发现,植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸配比(0.05~15):1之间,两者组合对燕麦子产量提高作用显著,其中以实施例4(3%超敏蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸磺酸盐粉剂,配比1.5:1.5)、实施例7(4%大丽花轮枝孢激活蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐颗粒剂,配比2:2)和实施例15(3%隐地蛋白·5-氨基乙酰丙酸正丁酯可湿性粉剂,配比1:2)增产效果最为明显,增产提高率分别达到27.96%、26.93%和26.48%。通过对燕麦品质关键指标β-葡聚糖的测定,两组分在(0.05~15):1之间,两者能显著协同提高β-葡聚糖的含量。因此从以上对燕麦抗病性、单位产量和品质等综合试验可以看出,植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物在(0.05~15):1之间对作物具有显著的协同促进作用。
Claims (9)
1.一种生物刺激剂组合物,其特征在于:该生物刺激剂组合物以植物免疫活性蛋白和5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物为主要有效成分,所述植物免疫活性蛋白和5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物两者的重量比为(0.05~15):1;优选的,植物免疫活性蛋白与5-氨基乙酰丙酸或其衍生物的重量比为(0.1~15):1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物刺激剂组合物,其特征在于:所述5-氨基乙酰丙酸的衍生物选自5-氨基乙酰丙酸酯类衍生物或5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐类衍生物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生物刺激剂,其特征在于:所述的5-氨基乙酰丙酸酯类衍生物优选为5-氨基乙酰丙酸甲酯、5-氨基乙酰丙酸乙酯5-氨基乙酰丙酸丙酯、5-氨基乙酰丙酸正丁酯或5-氨基乙酰丙酸正己酯;所述的5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐类衍生物优选为5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐、5-氨基乙酰丙酸磷酸盐或5-氨基乙酰丙酸磺酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物刺激剂组合物,其特征在于:所述的植物免疫活性蛋白为以下(1)~(3)中的至少一种:
(1)由革兰氏阴性植物病原细菌中分泌或代谢产生的对植物具有促进生长或免疫活性的蛋白质;
(2)经植物病原真菌中筛选、分离或纯化出的对植物具有促进生长或免疫活性的蛋白质;
(3)由植物隐地疫霉菌分泌或代谢产生的对植物具有促进生长或免疫活性的蛋白质。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的生物刺激剂组合物,其特征在于:所述的植物免疫活性蛋白为超敏蛋白、隐地蛋白或激活蛋白。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生物刺激剂组合物,其特征在于:所述的激活蛋白选自极细链格孢激活蛋白、大丽花轮枝孢激活蛋白、灰葡萄孢菌激活蛋白、青霉菌激活蛋白、交链孢菌激活蛋白或稻瘟菌激活蛋白;优选为极细链格孢激活蛋白或大丽花轮枝孢激活蛋白。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一所述的生物刺激剂组合物,其特征在于:该生物刺激剂组合物包含有效成分和农药助剂,由有效成分和农药助剂制成农药上允许的剂型。
8.根据权利要求7所述的生物刺激剂组合物,其特征在于:该生物刺激剂组合物还包含肥料成分;所述的肥料成分包含水溶肥、腐植酸、氨基酸、有机质或微生物菌剂中的至少一种成分;所述腐植酸含量占所述生物刺激剂组合物总量的2~20%;所述氨基酸的含量占所述生物刺激剂组合物总量的2~18%;所述的有机质在所述生物刺激剂组合物中的含量大于8%;所述的微生物菌在生物刺激剂组合物中的数量大于等于0.2亿/克。
9.权利要求1~8所述的生物刺激剂组合物在促进作物生长和提高作物产量中的应用。
