s3: selecting reinforcing plates 21 with different shapes according to the shape of the positions of the reinforcing plates to be patched, simultaneously installing reinforcing plate positioning buckles 22 between the connecting positions of the reinforcing plates 21, simultaneously enabling the inner part of one side of each reinforcing plate 21 to penetrate through each reinforcing plate sealing reinforcing rod 23, driving one side of each reinforcing plate sealing reinforcing rod 23 to penetrate through the reinforcing plates 21 and the inner parts of the reinforcing plate positioning buckles 22, and driving the positions of the reinforcing plates 21 to be positioned and limited;
s4: placing the reinforcing plate 21 on the inner side of the reinforcing plate side extrusion positioning plate 16, and simultaneously rotating a positioning nut arranged on the outer side of the side threaded rod 14 to drive the reinforcing plate side extrusion positioning plate 16 to extrude and limit the outer side of the reinforcing plate 21;
s5: the position of the transverse moving rod 9 on the upper part of the side supporting frame 8 is regulated, and meanwhile, the movable sleeve 10 is driven to be positioned in the transverse moving rod 9, namely, the position of the reinforcing plate 21 is driven to move, the reinforcing plate 21 is driven to move to the position of the reinforcing plate positioned on the upper part of the FPC board 7, and the FPC board 7 and the reinforcing plate 21 are driven to be aligned and attached;
s6: the first telescopic rod 11 is driven to move downwards, the reinforcing plate 21 is driven to contact with the upper portion of the FPC board 7, the second telescopic rod 19 is pushed downwards simultaneously, the sizing plate 17 is pushed to move downwards, and splicing between the reinforcing plate 21 and the FPC board 7 is pushed simultaneously, so that the reinforcing plate is driven to perform alignment, lamination and installation.
