determining vacancy rate information according to the total parking space vacancy number and the charging parking space vacancy number, wherein the vacancy rate information comprises at least one of a total parking space vacancy rate and a charging parking space vacancy rate;
determining a target charging standard according to the vacancy rate information, wherein the target charging standard comprises at least one of a charging standard and a parking charging standard;
and storing the target charging standard information and the vehicle parking information in a correlation manner so as to determine corresponding charging standard information according to the vehicle parking information to perform charging operation.
2. The parking charging method as set forth in claim 1, wherein the step of determining a target charging standard according to the vacancy rate information includes:
if the total parking space vacancy rate is in a first preset value range and/or the charging parking space vacancy rate is in a second preset value range, reducing the current charging standard to obtain the target charging standard;
and if the total parking space vacancy rate is in a third preset value range and/or the charging parking space vacancy rate is in a fourth preset value range, improving the current charging standard to obtain the target charging standard.

The parking charging method as set forth in claim 1, wherein the parking charging criteria includes charging parking charging criteria and general parking charging criteria, and the step of storing the target charging criteria information in association with the vehicle parking information includes:
determining vehicle parking information and a parking space type corresponding to a vehicle according to vehicle identification equipment, wherein the vehicle parking information comprises license plate number information of the vehicle and time information of the vehicle parking on the parking space, and the time information of the vehicle parking on the parking space comprises at least one of charging time and parking time;
when the parking space type is a charging parking space and a charging signal is not received, storing the charging and parking charging standard information and the vehicle parking information in a correlation manner;
when the parking space type is a common parking space, storing the common parking charging standard information and the vehicle parking information in a correlation manner;
and when a charging signal sent by the charging equipment is received, storing the charging and parking charging standard information and the vehicle parking information in a correlation mode.
4. The parking charging method as set forth in claim 1, wherein the step of storing the target charging standard information in association with vehicle parking information includes:
and when the target charging standard is different from the current charging standard, the current time is taken as the ending time of the current charging standard to be stored in association with the vehicle parking information, and the current time is taken as the starting time of the target charging standard to be stored in association with the vehicle parking information.
5. The parking charging method as set forth in claim 1, wherein the step of determining vacancy rate information based on the total number of vacant parking spaces and the number of vacant parking spaces includes:
determining the total parking space vacancy rate according to the total parking space vacancy number and the total parking space number; and/or

6. The parking charging method as set forth in claim 1, wherein the step of storing the target charging standard information in association with the vehicle parking information is followed by further comprising:
when a payment request is received or the vehicle is detected to be out of the field, the parking information of the target vehicle is acquired;
acquiring charging standard information corresponding to the parking information of the target vehicle;
and determining parking fee according to the charging standard information and the target vehicle parking information, and charging according to the parking fee.
7. The parking charging method as set forth in claim 6, wherein the step of determining the parking fee based on the charging standard information and the target vehicle parking information comprises:
when at least two pieces of charging standard information exist, determining the starting time and the ending time corresponding to the charging standard information;
determining the charging time and/or the parking time corresponding to the charging standard information according to the starting time and the ending time corresponding to the charging standard information;
and determining the parking fee according to the charging standard information and the corresponding charging time and/or parking time.
8. The parking charging method according to claim 6, wherein the step of obtaining parking information of the target vehicle when the payment request is received or when the vehicle is detected to be out of the park is preceded by:
acquiring charging information sent by charging equipment, and acquiring corresponding vehicle parking information;
