Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Aiming at the problem that the air conditioning effect is poor due to drift in the aging of the existing carbon dioxide sensor, the embodiment of the invention provides a calibration method and a calibration device for the carbon dioxide sensor and an air conditioner.
To facilitate understanding of the present embodiment, a detailed description will be given below of a calibration method for a carbon dioxide sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention. The air conditioner comprises an indoor unit 1 and an outdoor unit 2 which are connected, wherein the indoor unit 1 comprises a controller 10, and a carbon dioxide sensor 20, a fresh air module 30, a display module 40 and a communication module 50 which are in communication connection with the controller 10, and the specific installation modes of the controller 10, the carbon dioxide sensor 20, the fresh air module 30, the display module 40 and the communication module 50 can be set according to actual conditions, which is not limited in the embodiment of the invention.
In practical applications, the controller 10 can not only control the operating status of the carbon dioxide sensor 20 by communication, such as whether to detect or perform calibration; the working state of the fresh air module 30 can be controlled, wherein the fresh air module 30 comprises a valve and a fan, and the controller 10 can control the valve to be opened or closed so as to control whether fresh air flows into the air conditioner or not, thereby regulating the indoor air.
In addition, the control module can also display the working state of the air conditioner through the display module 40, for example, when the air conditioner works, the display module 40 represents the working state through an indicator light (such as a green light), displays the temperature information set by the user through the air conditioner remote controller, and the like, and can be specifically set according to the actual situation. And, the controller 10 can also communicate with an external device through the communication module 50, where the communication module 50 includes but is not limited to wireless communication technology WIFI communication, and the external device includes but is not limited to a mobile device, such as a mobile phone, a palm computer, etc., so that a user can control the operation of the air conditioner through a mobile phone APP (Application, mobile phone software), such as controlling the state of the air conditioner, setting the temperature, etc., thereby satisfying the user's various control mode requirements and improving the user experience.
Based on the air conditioner, an embodiment of the present invention provides a calibration method for a carbon dioxide sensor, where an execution main body is a controller, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step S202, judging whether a fresh air module is started or not;
specifically, the back is gone up to the controller of indoor set, judges whether work is opened to the new trend module in real time, and wherein, the new trend module includes valve and fan, and the controller can judge whether the new trend module is opened through the valve state, also can judge whether the new trend module begins through the rotational speed of fan etc. specifically can set up according to actual conditions.
Step S204, if yes, after the fresh air module operates for a first time interval, acquiring a first carbon dioxide standard value and a first carbon dioxide concentration value sent by a carbon dioxide sensor at the current moment; the first carbon dioxide reference value is a carbon dioxide reference concentration value issued by a meteorological department at the current moment of the position of the air conditioner;
when the controller judges the new trend module when beginning, all open like valve and fan, make statistics of the running duration of new trend module, when the running duration is first time interval, first time interval satisfies here: 20 min-60 min, which can be set according to the actual situation; the controller obtains a first carbon dioxide concentration value sent by the carbon dioxide sensor at the current moment, and obtains a first carbon dioxide reference value, wherein the first carbon dioxide reference value is a carbon dioxide reference concentration value issued by a meteorological department at the current moment, and the carbon dioxide reference concentration values issued by the meteorological department may be the same or different with the different moments.
It should be noted that, the controller may also determine the location of the air conditioner through the communication module, for example, perform positioning through wifi and a network server, and obtain the location of the air conditioner, and further obtain the carbon dioxide reference concentration value issued by the meteorological department where the air conditioner is located, so as to calibrate the carbon dioxide sensor according to the carbon dioxide reference concentration value issued by the meteorological department where each air conditioner is located, and further ensure the accuracy of calibration of the carbon dioxide sensor of each air conditioner.
And S206, calibrating the carbon dioxide sensor based on the first carbon dioxide reference value and the first carbon dioxide concentration value, and operating according to the calibrated carbon dioxide sensor.
The carbon dioxide sensor comprises a reference value and a deviation value, and after the carbon dioxide concentration value acquired by the carbon dioxide sensor is the reference value and the deviation value, the carbon dioxide concentration values at different moments are different, namely the deviation value at each moment is different, so that the reference value of the carbon dioxide sensor is mainly verified in the calibration process.
One possible way of checking is as follows: calculating an error value of the first carbon dioxide reference value and the first carbon dioxide concentration value; and calibrating the reference value based on the error value to obtain the calibrated carbon dioxide sensor. For convenience of understanding, it is illustrated here that if the first carbon dioxide reference value is greater than the first carbon dioxide concentration value, the error value is positive, which indicates that the carbon dioxide concentration collected by the carbon dioxide sensor is lower than the actual value, and the error value is added on the basis of the reference value to obtain a calibrated reference value; and if the first carbon dioxide reference value is smaller than the first carbon dioxide concentration value, the error value is negative, and the carbon dioxide concentration acquired by the carbon dioxide sensor is higher than the actual value, so that the error value is added on the basis of the reference value (at the moment, the error value is negative) to obtain a calibrated reference value, and the calibrated reference value is used as the reference value of the calibrated carbon dioxide sensor.
It should be noted that, in a part of the scenarios, the offset value may also be calibrated, for example, the offset value is calibrated through an error value, and the like, and the setting may be specifically performed according to an actual situation, and details are not described here in the embodiment of the present invention.
According to the carbon dioxide sensor calibration method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the carbon dioxide sensor is calibrated based on the state of the fresh air module, and the acquisition precision of the carbon dioxide sensor is improved, so that the air conditioning effect of the air conditioner and the comfort level of a user are improved, and the carbon dioxide sensor calibration method has better practical value
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: if the fresh air module is not started, triggering the fresh air module to be started, and acquiring a second carbon dioxide reference value and a second carbon dioxide concentration value sent by the carbon dioxide sensor at the current moment after the fresh air module runs for a second time interval; the second carbon dioxide reference value is a carbon dioxide reference concentration value issued by a meteorological department at the current moment of the position of the air conditioner; and calibrating the carbon dioxide sensor based on the second carbon dioxide reference value and the second carbon dioxide concentration value to obtain the calibrated carbon dioxide sensor.
Specifically, in the calibration process, if the new trend module does not open, then the controller triggers the new trend module to open, if control valve opens to after the new trend module operation second time interval, this second time interval satisfies: 60 min-120 min, which can be set according to the actual situation; calibrating the carbon dioxide sensor based on the second carbon dioxide reference value and the second carbon dioxide concentration value, and closing the valve after the calibration is finished; for a specific calibration process, reference may be made to the foregoing embodiments, and details of the embodiments of the present invention are not described herein.
In addition, the controller can trigger the fresh air module to be started in each checking process, and can also determine according to the unopened time threshold, if the fresh air module is judged to be unopened within the time length exceeding the unopened time threshold, the fresh air module is triggered to be started; when the fresh air module is not started within a time length not exceeding the non-opening time threshold, the fresh air module is not triggered to be started, if the non-opening time threshold is 120min, if the non-opening time of the fresh air module is less than 120min during calibration, the fresh air module is not triggered to be started, a second carbon dioxide reference value corresponding to the time and a second carbon dioxide concentration value sent by the carbon dioxide sensor are obtained, the carbon dioxide sensor is calibrated based on the second carbon dioxide reference value and the second carbon dioxide concentration value, and the calibrated carbon dioxide sensor is obtained.
In another possible embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring a third carbon dioxide reference value and a third carbon dioxide concentration value sent by a carbon dioxide sensor; the third carbon dioxide reference value is a reference value set by a user; and calibrating the carbon dioxide sensor based on the third carbon dioxide reference value and the third carbon dioxide concentration value to obtain the calibrated carbon dioxide sensor. Specifically, the controller may obtain a third carbon dioxide concentration value sent by the carbon dioxide sensor at a preset third time interval; here, the third time interval satisfies: 1 s-60 s, and when receiving a third carbon dioxide reference value set by a user, calibrating the carbon dioxide sensor according to the third carbon dioxide concentration value received at the moment. It should be noted that, for the manual calibration mode that the user sets the third carbon dioxide reference value, after the controller receives the third carbon dioxide reference value, the controller forcibly controls to calibrate the carbon dioxide sensor without judging the state of the fresh air module, so that various calibration control modes are satisfied, and the user experience is improved.
In summary, the calibration method for the carbon dioxide sensor provided by the embodiment of the invention controls the carbon dioxide sensor to perform calibration through the controller, in the automatic calibration process, the calibration performed by the carbon dioxide sensor is related to the state of the fresh air module, and only the valve is controlled to be opened when the fresh air module is not opened, so as to verify the carbon dioxide sensor, and the carbon dioxide reference value in the verification process is the carbon dioxide reference concentration value issued by the meteorological department at the position of the air conditioner, so that the calibration accuracy of the carbon dioxide sensor of each air conditioner is ensured; in addition, still be provided with manual calibration mode, satisfied multiple calibration control mode, improved user's experience degree and comfort level, have better practical value.
On the basis of fig. 2, another calibration method for a carbon dioxide sensor is further provided in the embodiments of the present invention, which mainly describes a process of calibrating a carbon dioxide sensor in a manual calibration mode and an automatic calibration mode during an operation process of an air conditioner, and the specific calibration process is as follows:
(1) after a controller of the indoor unit is electrified, triggering a carbon dioxide sensor to work, and reading a carbon dioxide concentration value acquired by the carbon dioxide sensor every a (1 & lt a & lt 60) seconds through communication by the controller;
(2) manual calibration mode: a user inputs a carbon dioxide reference value through external equipment such as a mobile phone, the controller compares the carbon dioxide reference value with the acquired carbon dioxide concentration value after receiving the carbon dioxide reference value, and the carbon dioxide sensor is immediately and forcibly calibrated according to a comparison result; it should be noted that, the carbon dioxide concentration in the calibration process is the latest carbon dioxide concentration value sent by the carbon dioxide sensor, which is obtained by the controller at preset intervals; the carbon dioxide reference value input by the user can be the latest indoor carbon dioxide concentration value measured by the user through other standard carbon dioxide detection equipment;
(3) automatic calibration mode: the controller judges whether a fresh air mode starts, if so, the controller controls the valve to be opened and the fan to operate, and when the fresh air module works for b (b is more than 20 and less than 60) minutes, the controller acquires a first carbon dioxide concentration value sent by the carbon dioxide sensor at the current moment, acquires a carbon dioxide reference concentration value issued by a meteorological department where the air conditioner is located at the current moment, namely a first carbon dioxide reference value, and finally calibrates the carbon dioxide sensor based on the first carbon dioxide reference value and the first carbon dioxide concentration value; if not, then trigger the new trend module and open, controller control valve opens promptly, and after new trend module work c (60 < b < 120) minutes, the controller acquires the second carbon dioxide concentration value that carbon dioxide sensor sent at the present moment, and acquire the carbon dioxide benchmark concentration value that the meteorological department of the position of air conditioner was published at the present moment through communication module, second carbon dioxide benchmark promptly, finally based on second carbon dioxide benchmark value and second carbon dioxide concentration value, calibrate carbon dioxide sensor, and close the valve after the calibration is finished, thereby calibrate carbon dioxide sensor according to the state of new trend module, the collection precision of carbon dioxide sensor has been improved, and then the air conditioning effect of air conditioner and user's comfort level have better practical value.
In practical applications, it is preferable that the carbon dioxide sensor is calibrated in an automatic calibration mode, and during the calibration process, a user may forcibly calibrate the carbon dioxide sensor according to a carbon dioxide reference value input by the user through a manual calibration mode, or only calibrate the carbon dioxide sensor through the manual calibration mode, and the like, and the calibration may be specifically set according to actual situations.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides a carbon dioxide sensor calibration device, which is applied to a controller of an air conditioner; the air conditioner further comprises a fresh air module and a carbon dioxide sensor which are in communication connection with the controller, and as shown in fig. 3, the device comprises a judging module 31, an obtaining module 32 and a calibrating module 33 which are sequentially connected; the functions of each module are as follows:
