Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the air conditioning purification system provided by the present invention, a filter 14, a preheater 15 and a current equalizer 16 are sequentially disposed in a fresh air pipe section 1; the air outlet 12 is arranged at one end of the fresh air pipe section 1 close to the flow equalizer 16, outside fresh air passes through the fresh air regulating valve 13 and then enters the fresh air pipe section 1, impurities such as particles and dust are filtered out through the filter 14, the temperature of the fresh air is changed through the preheater 15, and the fresh air is suitable for indoor temperature; finally, the fresh air flows uniformly and stably in the fresh air pipe section 1 through the flow equalizer 16, so that the quality of the fresh air and the stability of the added fresh air are improved.
Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the air conditioning purification system provided by the present invention, a surface air cooler 23 is disposed in the air supply pipe section 2, the surface air cooler 23 is disposed on a side of the air supply 21 close to the air return/exhaust pipe section 3, and the surface air cooler 23 is disposed in the air supply pipe section 2, so that the surface air cooler 23 removes moisture in the air after the air such as fresh air enters the air supply pipe section 2, thereby reducing the humidity of the fresh air and also reducing the temperature of the fresh air. The surface air cooler 23 is arranged on one side of the blower 21 close to the air return/exhaust pipe section 3, namely, the surface air cooler 23 is contacted with the fresh air before the fresh air passes through the blower 21 and is dehumidified and cooled, so that the influence of the fresh air on the blower 21 is prevented, and the stable and efficient work of the blower 21 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the air conditioning purification system provided by the present invention, the fresh air pipe section 1, the air supply pipe section 2, and the air return/exhaust pipe section 3 are all provided with access doors 17, so that the worker can conveniently and quickly enter the fresh air pipe section 1, the air supply pipe section 2, and the air return/exhaust pipe section 3 through the access doors 17 provided on the fresh air pipe section 1, the air supply pipe section 2, and the air return/exhaust pipe section 3 to perform operations such as replacing parts, maintaining, and the like. After the maintenance work is finished, the corresponding maintenance door 17 is closed, and the fresh air pipe section 1, the air supply pipe section 2 and the air return/exhaust pipe section 3 are closed. And a sealing strip is arranged on the access door 17 to ensure that the fresh air pipe section 1, the air supply pipe section 2 and the air return/exhaust pipe section 3 have good sealing performance.
In the figures, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a return air control method, where the return air control method includes any one of the air conditioning purification systems described above, and further includes closing the air exhaust regulating valve 35, and opening the fresh air regulating valve 13 and the return air regulating valve 32; turning on the blower 21 and the return/exhaust fan 33; fresh air passes through the fresh air pipe section 1 and enters the air supply pipe section 2 from the air outlet 12, return air passes through the return/exhaust pipe section 3 and enters the air supply pipe section 2 from the return air inlet 31, and the fresh air and the return air are mixed in the air supply pipe section 2 and then are sent into a room from the other end of the air supply pipe section 2 to form air circulation flow.
The air return control method provided by the invention comprises the steps of closing the air exhaust regulating valve 35, opening the fresh air regulating valve 13 and the air return regulating valve 32 to enable the air return/exhaust pipe section 3 to be only used for returning air, opening the air return regulating valve 32, communicating the air return/exhaust pipe section 3 with the air supply pipe section 2, and enabling fresh air and return air to enter the air supply pipe section 2 through the fresh air pipe section 1 and the air return/exhaust pipe section 3 respectively to be mixed and then to be discharged into a room to form circulating air flow; through this kind of mode, the operation governing valve 35 of airing exhaust is closed, can realize the use of return air function, and whole air conditioner purification system structure is more compact to whole air conditioner purification system centralization degree is high, and required pipeline is less, and the installation is simple, construction convenience.
The air return control method comprises two working conditions of summer air return and winter air return.
And under the working condition of air return in summer, a small amount of fresh air is sent into an air conditioning purification system to supplement the positive pressure permeation air quantity of the production area. The air treatment process comprises the following steps: fresh air and return air are mixed → the mixed air is cooled and dehumidified to a mechanical dew point through a surface air cooler 23 → the dew point air is sent to a reheating section 2 of an air sending pipe section through an air sending machine 21 → the reheated air is heated to an air sending state point through equal humidity → the air is sent to the indoor along a summer indoor heat-humidity ratio line → the indoor return air returns to an air conditioning purification system → enters the next air flow circulation.

In the figure, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an exhaust control method, where the exhaust control method includes any one of the air conditioning purification systems described above, and further includes closing the return air regulating valve 32, and opening the fresh air regulating valve 13 and the exhaust regulating valve 35; turning on the blower 21 and the return/exhaust fan 33; fresh air passes through the fresh air pipe section 1 and enters the air supply pipe section 2 from the air outlet 12, and the fresh air is driven by the air blower 21 to pass through the air supply pipe section 2 and enter the room; indoor air is introduced into the return/exhaust duct section 3 by the return/exhaust fan 33 and is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust adjusting valve 35 on the return/exhaust duct section 3.
The air exhaust control method provided by the invention comprises the steps of closing a return air regulating valve 32, opening an air exhaust regulating valve 35 and a fresh air regulating valve 13, closing the return air regulating valve 32, enabling a return/exhaust pipe section 3 to be only used for air exhaust, opening the air exhaust regulating valve 35, disconnecting the return/exhaust pipe section 3 from an air supply pipe section 2, enabling fresh air to enter the air supply pipe section 2 through a fresh air pipe section 1, enabling an air supply machine 21 to enter a room, enabling indoor air to enter the return/exhaust pipe section 3 under the action of a return/exhaust fan 33, and enabling the indoor air to pass through an air outlet 34 to be exhausted out of the room, so that circulating air flow between the room and the outside of the room is formed; through this kind of mode, the use of return air function can be realized to operation return air governing valve 32 closing, and whole air conditioner purification system structure is more compact to whole air conditioner purification system centralization degree is high, and required pipeline is less, and the installation is simple, construction convenience.
The air exhaust control method comprises two working conditions of summer air return and winter air return.

Under the working condition of air return in winter, the air treatment process is as follows: fresh air enters the air supply pipe section 2 through the fresh air pipe section 1 and is preheated to 10 ℃ through the preheating section → the preheated fresh air is sent to the reheating section through the air supply machine 21 → the reheated air is subjected to equal-humidity heating to 25 → isothermal humidification to an air supply state point → is sent to the indoor along a winter indoor heat-humidity ratio line → indoor exhaust air is exhausted to the air return/exhaust pipe section 3.
In the figure, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a fresh air ratio adjustable control method, where the fresh air ratio adjustable control method includes any one of the air conditioning purification systems, and further includes opening the fresh air regulating valve 13, the return air regulating valve 32, and the air exhaust regulating valve 35, and adjusting the opening degrees of the fresh air regulating valve 13, the return air regulating valve 32, and the air exhaust regulating valve 35; turning on the blower 21 and the return/exhaust fan 33; the return air respectively passes through the air outlet 34 and the air return opening 31 after entering the return/exhaust pipe section 3, and the return air passing through the air outlet 34 is exhausted out of the room from the exhaust adjusting valve 35; the return air passing through the return air inlet 31 enters the air supply pipe section 2 from the return air regulating valve 32, the fresh air passes through the fresh air pipe section 1 and enters the air supply pipe section 2 from the air outlet 12, the return air passes through the return/exhaust pipe section 3 and enters the air supply pipe section 2 from the return air inlet 31, the fresh air and the return air are mixed in the air supply pipe section 2, and then the mixture is sent into a room from the other end of the air supply pipe section 2 to form air circulation flow.
The fresh air ratio adjustable control method provided by the invention is characterized in that according to the condition of a pharmaceutical process, the fresh air ratio entering a room needs to be controlled, the opening degree of a fresh air adjusting valve 13 and the opening degree of a return air adjusting valve 32 need to be adjusted, the volume ratio of fresh air or return air entering an air supply pipe section 2 is controlled, a certain amount of return air passes through a return air inlet 31 and enters the air supply pipe section 2 at the same time, and similarly, a certain amount of fresh air passes through an air outlet 12 and enters the air supply pipe section 2 at the same time, so that the fresh air and the return air are mixed according to a certain volume ratio, and the process production adjustment is met. By this way, the air exhaust adjusting valve 35 is operated to be closed, the use of the air return function can be realized, and the opening degrees of the air return adjusting valve 32 and the fresh air adjusting valve 13 are controlled, so that the air return operation can be performed by using different fresh air ratios.
The fresh air ratio adjustable control method comprises two working conditions of summer return air and winter return air.
In summer, under different fresh air ratio working conditions, a proper amount of fresh air is fed into the fresh air pipe section 1, return air entering the return/exhaust pipe section 3 partially passes through the return air inlet 31 and enters the air supply pipe section 2, and partially is discharged to the outside. The air treatment process comprises the following steps: fresh air is mixed with return air sent by the return/exhaust fan 33 → the mixed air is cooled and dehumidified to a mechanical dew point through the surface air cooler 23 → the dew point air is sent to a reheating section through the blower 21 → reheated air is heated to a blowing state point through equal humidity → indoor air is sent to the room along a summer indoor heat-humidity ratio line → indoor return air returns to the return/exhaust pipe section 3 → enters the next air flow circulation.
Under the working conditions of different fresh air ratios in winter, proper fresh air is fed into the fresh air pipe section 1 and enters return air of the return/exhaust air pipe section 3, a part of the return air passes through the return air inlet 31 and enters the air supply pipe section 2, and a part of the return air is discharged to the outside. The air treatment process comprises the following steps: fresh air is preheated to 10 ℃ by the preheating section → the preheated fresh air is mixed with return air sent by the return/exhaust fan 33 → mixed air is sent to the reheating section by the blower 21 → reheated air and the like are heated to 25 ℃ → isothermal humidification is carried to the air supply state point → indoor return air is sent to the indoor along the winter indoor heat-humidity ratio line → indoor return air is returned to the return/exhaust pipe section 3 → enters the next air flow circulation.
In the figures, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a disinfection control method, where the disinfection control method includes any one of the above air conditioning purification systems, and further includes closing the fresh air regulating valve 13 and the exhaust air regulating valve 35, and opening the return air regulating valve 32; turning off the return/exhaust fan 33 and turning on the blower 21; the indoor disinfection substance enters the return/exhaust pipe section 3 through the blower 21, passes through the return air regulating valve 32, enters the air supply pipe section 2, then passes through the air supply pipe section 2 and enters the room, and the circulation flow of the disinfection substance is formed; after the disinfection process is finished, the return air regulating valve 32 is closed, and the exhaust air regulating valve 35 is opened; turning on the blower 21 and the return/exhaust fan 33; fresh air passes through the fresh air pipe section 1 and enters the air supply pipe section 2 from the air outlet 12, and the fresh air is driven by the air blower 21 to pass through the air supply pipe section 2 and enter the room; and the indoor sterilizing material is introduced into the return/exhaust duct section 3 through the return/exhaust fan 33 and is discharged to the outside through the exhaust regulating valve 35 of the return/exhaust duct section 3.
According to the disinfection control method provided by the invention, when a room is disinfected, the air conditioning system is used for more uniformly and quickly scattering disinfection substances into the room, when the disinfection control method is used, the fresh air regulating valve 13 and the exhaust air regulating valve 35 are completely closed, the return air regulating valve 32 is opened, and under the action of the blower 21, the indoor disinfection substances are blown into the room after passing through the return/exhaust air pipe section 3 and the air supply pipe section 2, so that a flowing circulation is formed, and the disinfection substances can be more quickly and uniformly scattered into the room; after the disinfection operation is finished, indoor disinfection substances need to be discharged, so that an exhaust adjusting valve 35 and a fresh air adjusting valve 13 are opened, a return air adjusting valve 32 is closed, a return air/exhaust fan 33 is opened, then indoor air is exhausted, the indoor air enters a return air/exhaust pipe section 3 and is discharged to the outside from an exhaust port 34 and the exhaust adjusting valve 35, the fresh air enters an air supply pipe section 2 from a fresh air pipe section 1, an air exhaust function operation is formed when the fresh air enters the room, and the indoor air with the disinfection substances can be quickly and efficiently discharged.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An air conditioning purification system is characterized by comprising a fresh air pipe section, an air supply pipe section, an air return/exhaust pipe section and a support frame, wherein the fresh air pipe section, the air supply pipe section, the air return/exhaust pipe section and the support frame are arranged indoors;
an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the fresh air pipe section; the fresh air pipe section is also provided with a fresh air regulating valve connected with the air inlet;
one end of the air supply pipe section is connected with the air outlet, and the other end of the air supply pipe section is used for being communicated with the indoor space; a blower is arranged in the air supply pipe section;
one end of the air return/exhaust pipe section is provided with an air return inlet connected with one end of the air supply pipe section, and the other end of the air return/exhaust pipe section is communicated with the indoor space; one end of the return/exhaust pipe section is provided with a return air regulating valve; a return/exhaust fan is arranged in the return/exhaust pipe section; the air return/exhaust pipe section is also provided with an air outlet for exhausting air to the outside; the air outlet is positioned between the return air regulating valve and the return/exhaust fan; an air exhaust adjusting valve is arranged on the air outlet;
the support frame is fixedly arranged at the lower ends of the fresh air pipe section, the air supply pipe section and the air return/exhaust pipe section and is used for supporting the fresh air pipe section, the air supply pipe section and the air return/exhaust pipe section; the control devices on the fresh air pipe section, the air supply pipe section and the air return/exhaust pipe section are arranged in the support frame.
2. The air conditioning purification system of claim 1, wherein one end of the air supply pipe section is provided with an air mixing pipe section, and the air outlet and the air return opening are both connected with the air mixing pipe section; the air return/exhaust pipe section, the air mixing pipe section and the air supply pipe section are sequentially installed, and the fresh air pipe section is arranged on the air supply pipe section.
3. The air conditioning purification system of claim 1, wherein the support bracket comprises:
the base plate is internally provided with an accommodating cavity; the upper end surface of the base plate is provided with a plurality of through holes communicated with the containing cavity;
a plurality of supporting upright columns which are fixedly arranged on the base plate; the upper end of the supporting upright post is connected with the lower ends of the fresh air pipe section, the air supply pipe section and the air return/exhaust pipe section; and a plurality of support columns and the base plate form an installation space, and control devices on the fresh air pipe section, the air supply pipe section and the air return/exhaust pipe section are installed in the installation space.
4. The air conditioning purification system of claim 1, wherein the fresh air pipe section is provided with a filter, a preheater and a flow equalizer arranged in sequence; the air outlet is arranged at one end of the fresh air pipe section close to the flow equalizer.
5. An air conditioning purification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a surface air cooler is provided in said supply air duct section, said surface air cooler being provided on a side of said supply air duct section adjacent to said return/exhaust air duct section.
6. The air conditioning purification system of claim 1, wherein access doors are provided on the fresh air duct section, the supply air duct section and the return/exhaust air duct section.
7. A return air control method comprising the air conditioning purification system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
closing the air exhaust adjusting valve, and opening the fresh air adjusting valve and the return air adjusting valve;
turning on the blower and the return/exhaust fan;
fresh air passes through the fresh air pipe section and enters the air supply pipe section from the air outlet, return air passes through the return/exhaust pipe section and enters the air supply pipe section from the air return inlet, the fresh air and the return air are mixed in the air supply pipe section and then are sent into a room from the other end of the air supply pipe section, and air circulation flow is formed.
8. An exhaust air control method, comprising the air conditioning purification system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
closing the return air regulating valve, and opening the fresh air regulating valve and the exhaust air regulating valve;
turning on the blower and the return/exhaust fan;
fresh air passes through the fresh air pipe section and enters the air supply pipe section from the air outlet, and the fresh air is driven by the air blower to pass through the air supply pipe section and enter the room; the air in the room enters the return/exhaust pipe section through the return/exhaust fan, passes through the exhaust regulating valve on the return/exhaust pipe section and is exhausted to the outside.
9. A fresh air ratio adjustable control method, characterized by comprising the air conditioning purification system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, and further comprising:
opening the fresh air adjusting valve, the return air adjusting valve and the exhaust air adjusting valve, and adjusting the opening degrees of the fresh air adjusting valve, the return air adjusting valve and the exhaust air adjusting valve;
turning on the blower and the return/exhaust fan;
the return air respectively passes through the air outlet and the air return inlet after entering the return/exhaust pipe section, and the return air passing through the air outlet is exhausted out of the room from the exhaust regulating valve; the return air passing through the return air inlet enters the air supply pipe section from the return air regulating valve, the fresh air passes through the fresh air pipe section and enters the air supply pipe section from the air outlet, the return air passes through the return/exhaust pipe section and enters the air supply pipe section from the return air inlet, the fresh air and the return air are mixed in the air supply pipe section, and then the mixture is sent into a room from the other end of the air supply pipe section to form air circulation flow.
10. A sterilization control method comprising the air conditioning purification system as recited in any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
closing the fresh air regulating valve and the air exhaust regulating valve, and opening the return air regulating valve;
turning off the air return/exhaust fan and turning on the air blower;
the indoor disinfection substance enters the air return/exhaust pipe section through the air feeder, passes through the air return regulating valve, enters the air supply pipe section, then passes through the air supply pipe section and then enters the room, and the circulation flow of the disinfection substance is formed;
after the disinfection process is finished, closing the return air regulating valve and opening the exhaust air regulating valve;
turning on the blower and the return/exhaust fan;
fresh air passes through the fresh air pipe section and enters the air supply pipe section from the air outlet, and the fresh air is driven by the air blower to pass through the air supply pipe section and enter the room; and the indoor disinfection substance enters the return/exhaust pipe section through the return/exhaust fan and is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust regulating valve on the return/exhaust pipe section.
