Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, in particular to a high-efficiency less-water printing and dyeing process for wide bamboo fibers.
Background
The bamboo fiber is used as a novel fiber, has excellent colorability and bright color and good drapability; compared with the common viscose fiber, the rebound resilience and the wear resistance are better, and the viscose fiber has the advantages of strong moisture absorption and permeability, good air permeability, cool wearing and light texture; but the bamboo fiber has the greatest advantages that the bamboo fiber has the functions of resisting ultraviolet rays, resisting natural bacteria, inhibiting bacteria, preventing odor and mildew and the like which other fibers do not have; belongs to green environment-friendly fiber.
The conventional bamboo fiber printing and dyeing process comprises pretreatment, dyeing and post-treatment of bamboo fibers, wherein the pretreatment comprises singeing, desizing, oxygen bleaching, water washing, PH regulation and cylinder discharge of bamboo fiber cloth, the dyeing is carried out on the bamboo fiber cloth by using a dyeing agent after the pretreatment is finished, and then dehydration and drying are carried out; and (3) carrying out treatments such as washing, color fixation and the like on the dyed bamboo fiber cloth, and further obtaining a target product.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventors consider that when dyeing a bamboo fiber fabric, the bamboo fiber fabric needs to be scoured and bleached, and a large amount of water is used in the scouring or bleaching process of the bamboo fiber fabric, which results in a large water consumption.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce water consumption, the application provides a wide bamboo fiber efficient little-water printing and dyeing process.
In a first aspect, the application provides a wide bamboo fiber efficient few-water printing and dyeing process, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preprocessing, namely, singeing the bamboo fiber cloth, rolling and stacking the singed bamboo fiber cloth, and washing with water for the first time;
steaming and stacking the bamboo fiber cloth after primary water washing, washing the bamboo fiber cloth again after the steaming and stacking, and finally drying;
s2, dyeing;
s3, tentering, namely, putting the dyed bamboo fiber cloth in a tentering machine for tentering, and simultaneously adding a softening agent into the tentering machine;
s4, pre-shrinking, namely placing the tentered bamboo fiber cloth in a pre-shrinking machine for pre-shrinking;
s5, cloth inspection;
and S6, rolling.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the bamboo fiber cloth is pretreated, the bamboo fiber cloth is piled after singeing, fluffiness of the bamboo fiber cloth is realized in the piling process, initial cleaning is facilitated, the steaming piling also has the effect of improving the fluffiness of the bamboo fiber cloth, and further the subsequent treatment of the bamboo fiber cloth is facilitated, and meanwhile, the piling of the bamboo fiber cloth reduces water consumption in desizing and oxygen bleaching processes of the bamboo fiber cloth, so that the effect of reducing the water consumption is achieved; meanwhile, the deformation of the bamboo fiber cloth in the subsequent use process is reduced through tentering and preshrinking; meanwhile, the water consumption in the production process is reduced by adopting the mode of rolling material stacking and then washing; the effect of reducing water consumption is achieved.
Preferably, in step S1, the bamboo fiber cloth is washed again and then mercerized in a mercerizing machine.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the bamboo fiber cloth gloss after the mercerization improves, and adsorption capacity and chemical reaction ability reinforcing simultaneously, when dyeing the bamboo fiber cloth after the pretreatment, the adsorptivity of bamboo fiber cloth is better, and it is more stable to color.
Preferably, in step S2, the bamboo fiber cloth is pre-dried by infrared after being dipped in the reactive dye solution, and then dried.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when using the infrared ray to carry out the prebaking to bamboo fibre cloth, infrared ray shines the fabric surface to pierce through the fabric surface, make radiant energy change into heat energy from bamboo fibre cloth is inside, realize the drying for the fabric along with the improvement of temperature, adopt infrared ray prebaking can prevent to take place the migration phenomenon at the bamboo fibre that the drying process has pricked the dyestuff not expecting, and then guaranteed the quality of printing and dyeing.
Preferably, after the bamboo fiber cloth is dyed and dried, the bamboo fiber cloth is dipped in the dye solution fixing solution and then is steamed, washed and dried.
By adopting the technical scheme, after the bamboo fiber cloth is impregnated by the color fixing solution, the color fixing solution reacts with the dye to form insoluble color lake, and the dye is stained on the bamboo fiber cloth and is not dissolved in water any more; meanwhile, the color fixing agent has the characteristic of film formation, and a layer of covering film is formed on the surface of the bamboo fiber cloth, so that the color fastness of the dyed bamboo fiber cloth is improved.
Preferably, in step S1, a singeing machine is selected for singeing, the speed of the singeing machine is 60m/min, and singeing is performed on the bamboo fiber fabric through two positive and two negative fire ports.
By adopting the technical scheme, the bamboo fiber cloth is in an open width state and rapidly passes through the flame of the singeing machine, so that the fluff on the surface of the bamboo fiber cloth is removed, the singeing speed of the bamboo fiber cloth is ensured, and the singeing quality of the bamboo fiber cloth is ensured by the two positive and negative fire-return ports.
Preferably, in step S1, water is added to the last groove of the production line during both the primary washing and the secondary washing, and the bamboo fiber fabric is washed back from groove to groove.
By adopting the technical scheme, the mode that water is added into the last groove and flows back from groove to groove is adopted, so that the cleanliness of the bamboo fiber cloth is improved, the utilization rate of the water is improved, and the water-saving effect is achieved.
In summary, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:
1. the pretreatment process comprises the steps of respectively carrying out primary washing and secondary washing on the bamboo fiber cloth after rolling material stacking and rolling material steaming stacking, and simultaneously carrying out washing on the bamboo fiber cloth in a way of adding water into the last groove and flowing backwards from groove to groove, so that the effect of reducing water resource consumption is achieved;
2. the color fastness of the bamboo fiber dye cloth is improved by the infrared pre-drying and the color fixing liquid, and the color and luster degree and the smoothness degree of the bamboo fiber cloth are improved by the arrangement of the mercerizing machine;
3. due to the arrangement of the singeing machine, fluff on the surface of the bamboo fiber cloth can be removed, and the processing speed of the bamboo fiber cloth is ensured.
