Abstract
The invention relates to a lower protective plate of a radiator and a mounting structure thereof, wherein the lower protective plate of the radiator comprises a plate body, the left edge and the right edge of the plate body are respectively provided with an upward-turned support lug, the upper ends of the two support lugs are respectively provided with a connecting flanging which is turned outwards, the plate body comprises a front plate which is inclined downwards from front to back and a rear plate which extends backwards from the lower edge of the front plate, the rear edge of the rear plate is provided with a plurality of first connecting holes, and the front edge of the front plate is provided with a first upward-turned front flanging. According to the invention, the lower protective plate of the radiator is reasonably arranged to effectively protect the radiator, and meanwhile, the lower protective plate of the radiator also has the advantages of stable structure, light weight and easiness in processing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile part, in particular to a lower protective plate of a radiator and a mounting structure thereof.
Background
The existing non-bearing pick-up truck has good trafficability and off-road performance, and is often driven on muddy or sand and stone roads, and soil blocks or stones can splash during the driving process.
As shown in fig. 1, an upper vehicle body 1, a frame 3, a front bumper 2, a radiator lower beam assembly 4, a radiator assembly 5, and an engine lower guard 6 are provided at the front of a non-load pickup truck, a connecting beam is provided at the front of the frame 3, the front edge of the engine lower guard 6 is connected to the connecting beam by a bolt, and a splash zone 7 is formed between the engine lower guard 6 and the front bumper 2. Although the lower part of the radiator is shielded by the supporting plate, the radiator has a certain protection effect, and the splash area 7 is formed between the engine lower protective plate 6 and the front bumper 2, so that stones or soil blocks are splashed to the splash area 7 and then easily splashed to the radiator blade area from the side, and the blades rotating at high speed are damaged or damaged.

Example one
As shown in fig. 2, the radiator bottom protective plate includes a plate body, where a left edge and a right edge of the plate body are both provided with support lugs 93 turned upwards, upper ends of the two support lugs 93 are both provided with connection flanges 94 turned outwards, the plate body includes a front plate 91 inclined downwards from front to back and a rear plate 92 extending backwards from a lower edge of the front plate 91, a plurality of first connection holes 96 are provided at a rear edge of the rear plate 92, and a first front flange 910 turned upwards is provided at a front edge of the front plate 91.
As an improved scheme, the front edges of the two support lugs 93 are respectively provided with a second front flanging which is turned inwards, and the lower ends of the two second front flanging are respectively connected with the two ends of the first front flanging 910.
As a modification, the two connecting flanges 94 are provided with second connecting holes 95.

In the embodiment, the rear edge of the rear plate 92 and the front edge of the engine under-cover 6 are superposed on and supported by the connecting cross member 12, and the rear edge of the rear plate 92 and the front edge of the engine under-cover 6 are fixedly connected to the connecting cross member 12 by a plurality of first bolts 10 respectively engaged with the plurality of first connecting holes 96.
In a specific implementation, the frame 3 includes two longitudinal beams 8, and the two connecting flanges 94 are respectively and fixedly connected to the two longitudinal beams 8 through two second bolts respectively matched with the two second connecting holes.

After the radiator lower protection plate 9 is assembled, the rear edge of the radiator lower protection plate 9 is connected with the front edge of the engine lower protection plate 6, the left part and the right part of the radiator lower protection plate 9 are both connected with the frame 3, the front bumper 2 is connected with the upper vehicle body 1, the pickup truck is a non-bearing vehicle body, the upper vehicle body 1 is in flexible connection with the frame 3, the upper vehicle body 1 and the frame 3 can move relatively in the driving process of the pickup truck, and the radiator lower protection plate 9 is assembled on the frame 3 and can move relatively to the front bumper 2, so that the radiator lower protection plate 9 and the front bumper 2 are prevented from colliding in the relative movement process, the front bumper is prevented from being damaged, a movement gap is considered to be reserved between the radiator lower protection plate 9 and the front bumper 2 in the design process, the radiator at the upper side can be effectively protected, and the radiator is enabled to form a full-wrapping form. In practical application, the width of the movement gap is preferably not less than 10mm and not more than 20 mm.
