Abstract
The invention relates to a slewing machine of a railway converter, which is characterized in that the whole machine consists of a support frame, a lifting device, a slewing device, a positioning device, a slewing guide frame and a control system; the supporting frames are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the foundation ground to play a role in supporting a workpiece in a rotating process, and lifting devices are arranged on the supporting frames to realize the lifting action of the rotating devices arranged on the supporting frames; the other end of the rotating device is provided with a rotating guide frame to realize the rotating action of the workpiece; the rotary guide frame is provided with a positioning device, and the workpiece is clamped and positioned through a guide roller and the positioning device on the rotary guide frame; the control system completes operation control of lifting, rotating and clamping actions of the rotating machine of the converter, and is provided with a lower emergency stop button to realize emergency stop operation in the running process; the invention relates to an ideal device for railway converter rotation.

Preferably, the lifting device (2) consists of a servo motor 1(21), a rectangular lead screw (22), a linear guide rail (23), a supporting wheel (24) and a lateral supporting wheel (25); the output end of the servo motor 1(21) is connected with the rectangular lead screw (22), and the servo motor 1(21) drives the rectangular lead screw (22) to rotate in a rotating way, so that the lifting mechanism (2) is driven to linearly move in the vertical direction of the linear guide rail (23); the supporting wheel (24) is mainly used for ensuring that the workpiece can freely move up and down under the condition of generating overturning force when the spatial position of the workpiece in the up-down direction changes in the lifting process; the lateral supporting wheel (25) mainly ensures that the workpiece freely moves up and down under the condition of generating lateral overturning force when the spatial position of the workpiece changes in the rotation process.
Preferably, the rotating device (3) consists of a servo motor 2(31), a speed reducer (32) and a rotating positioning bearing (33), can bear axial force, radial force and overturning force at the same time, and has a self-locking maintaining function; the servo motor 2, the servo motor 31 and the speed reducer 32 ensure the synchronous operation of the rotation process, and prevent the workpiece from being damaged by torsion in the rotation process.
Preferably, the positioning device (4) consists of a positioning roller (41), a positioning U-shaped fixture block (42), a positioning cylinder (43) and a positioning sleeve (44); the positioning rollers (41) are 8 groups of nylon materials, play a role in flexible supporting and positioning, effectively protect the outer surface of the workpiece from being damaged, and simultaneously realize initial positioning of the workpiece; the positioning U-shaped fixture block (42) can realize fine positioning after initial positioning, and then the positioning cylinder (43) acts to drive the positioning sleeve (44) to act so as to realize positioning and clamping before the rotation of the workpiece.
