The invention relates to a horizontal propelling butt joint device for a steel structure tank, which comprises a base and a bracket, wherein the base is provided with a plurality of horizontal propelling arms; the two groups of bases are horizontally paved on the upper end surface of the earth surface, a support is vertically inserted into the upper end surface of the bases, a bearing seat is installed at the top of the support, a screw rod and a guide air supply shaft are respectively sleeved in bearings at the upper end part and the lower end part of the bearing seat, a horizontal butt joint roller set is sleeved on the outer end surface of the screw rod and the guide air supply shaft through a meshing sleeve, and the screw rod and the guide air supply shaft are respectively butted with a servo motor and an air supply port along butt joint ends. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the air delivery end of the guiding air supply shaft 10 is communicated with the air chambers arranged in the sub-roller 9 and the main roller 11, and an air expansion key 12 is arranged in the air valve arranged at the output port of the air chamber. The guide air supply shaft 10 pushes an air expansion key 12 externally connected with an air valve through air pressure input from the air supply port 2, the air expansion key 12 is in ejection contact with the steel structure tank body due to ejection, and meanwhile, workers can arrange lugs in advance in the steel structure tank body so as to complete a more effective positioning process by matching with the air expansion key 12.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the air expansion key 12 comprises a main supporting section 12-1 and an auxiliary supporting section 12-3, the main supporting section 12-1 is of an arc structure, two sides of the main supporting section 12-1 are connected with the auxiliary supporting section 12-3 through a movable joint 12-2, and the bottom end faces of the main supporting section 12-1 and the auxiliary supporting section 12-3 are in butt joint with an air valve installed at an air cavity output port through an air pushing piece 12-4. The main supporting section 12-1 is used as a direct convex structure, and the auxiliary supporting sections 12-3 movably mounted on two sides are matched with steel structure tank bodies with inner walls with different radians to complete the wall-adhering fixing process.
