step S3: selecting an automatic mode, wherein the system self-checks the liquid level state of the allocation tank, if the liquid level state is empty or low, the automatic allocation is started, and if the liquid level state is not empty or low, the automatic allocation is waited;
step S4: opening an electromagnetic valve between the preparation tank and the desalted water pipe, and adding desalted water;
step S5: after the desalted water is added, automatically closing an electromagnetic valve between the blending tank and the desalted water tank, automatically opening a stirring mechanism in the blending tank for stirring, and introducing steam into the blending tank for heating to a set temperature;
step S6: automatically conveying metered first crude oil from a first crude oil tank to a blending tank through a feed pump;
step S7: after the stirring in the step S6 is finished, automatically conveying the metered second crude oil from the second crude oil tank to the blending tank through the feed pump, and continuing stirring; the first crude oil and the second crude oil are two common oil agents, such as HC19 crude oil and TD18 crude oil.
Step S8: after the stirring in the step S7 is finished, detecting whether the liquid level state of the dilution tank is empty or low, and whether the electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the dilution tank is in a closed state, if the liquid level state of the dilution tank is empty or low, automatically opening the electromagnetic valve between the blending tank and the dilution tank after the air inlet valve is automatically closed, and adding the material in the blending tank into the dilution tank;
step S9: after the material adding process in the step S8 is finished, automatically closing the electromagnetic valve between the blending tank and the diluting tank;
step S10: after the electromagnetic valve between the blending tank and the diluting tank is closed, automatically adding metered desalted water into the diluting tank, starting the stirring mechanism automatically, and waiting after stirring is finished;
if the dilution tank is a low concentration dilution tank, the process proceeds to step S11; if the dilution tank is a high concentration dilution tank, the process proceeds to step S12;
step S11: detecting whether the liquid level state of the head tank is a low alarm;
if the liquid level state of the high-level tank is in a low alarm state, continuously detecting whether the liquid level state in the oil return tank reaches a high alarm state, if the liquid level state in the oil return tank is in a high alarm state, entering step S111, and if the liquid level state in the oil return tank is not in a high alarm state, entering step S112;
if the liquid level state of the high-level tank is not low, continuing waiting;
step S111: the method comprises the following steps of automatically starting an electromagnetic valve at the bottom of an oil return tank and an electromagnetic valve at the top of a high-level tank, adding materials in the oil return tank into the high-level tank through a feeding pump, and closing the feeding pump, the electromagnetic valve at the bottom of a low-concentration dilution tank and the electromagnetic valve at the top of the high-level tank when the liquid level state of the oil return tank is low alarm or the liquid level state of the high-level tank is high alarm;
step S112: starting an electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the low-concentration dilution tank and an electromagnetic valve at the top of the high-level tank, adding the material in the low-concentration dilution tank into the high-level tank through a feeding pump, and closing the feeding pump, the electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the low-concentration dilution tank and the electromagnetic valve at the top of the high-level tank when the liquid level state of the low-concentration dilution tank is in a low alarm state or the liquid level state of the high-level tank is in a high alarm state;
step S12: detecting whether the liquid level state of the post-spinning high-concentration storage tank is a low alarm; if the liquid level state of the post-spinning high-concentration storage tank is in a low state, opening an electromagnetic valve on a connecting pipeline between the bottom of the high-concentration dilution tank and the post-spinning high-concentration storage tank, and adding the material of the high-concentration dilution tank into the post-spinning high-concentration storage tank through a feeding pump;
and if the liquid level state of the post-spinning high-concentration storage tank is not low, continuing to wait.

a high-level tank (41) and a post-spun high-consistency storage tank (42), the first height being less than the second height;
a control device;
the first crude oil tank (21) is respectively communicated with the tops of a low-concentration blending tank (31) and a high-concentration blending tank (32) through a first crude oil pipeline, the second crude oil tank (22) is respectively communicated with the tops of the low-concentration blending tank (31) and the high-concentration blending tank (32) through a second crude oil pipeline, the bottom of the low-concentration blending tank (31) is communicated with the top of a low-concentration dilution tank (11), the bottom of the high-concentration blending tank (32) is communicated with the top of a high-concentration dilution tank (12), the blending tank and the dilution tank are both communicated with a desalted water pipe (5), the bottom of the low-concentration dilution tank (11) is communicated with a high-level tank (41), and the bottom of the high-concentration dilution tank (12) is communicated with a post-spinning high-concentration storage tank (42);
the crude oil tank and the blending tank are respectively provided with an air inlet valve, the crude oil tank, the blending tank and the dilution tank are respectively internally provided with a stirring mechanism (111), the first crude oil pipeline and the second crude oil pipeline are respectively provided with a feed pump (112), the first crude oil pipeline leading to the low-concentration blending tank (31) and the second crude oil pipeline leading to the high-concentration blending tank (32) are respectively provided with a flowmeter (114) and an electromagnetic valve (113), the desalted water pipe (5) leading to the blending tank and the dilution tank is respectively provided with a flowmeter (114) and an electromagnetic valve (113), the blending tank and the dilution tank are respectively provided with an electromagnetic valve (113) and a feed pump (112), and the control device is respectively provided with the stirring mechanism (111), the electromagnetic valve (113) and the feed pump (112), and the mixing mechanism (111), the electromagnetic valve (113), The flow meter (114) is electrically connected with the feeding pump (112), the capacity of the blending tank is more than 6 tons, and the capacity of the diluting tank is more than 12 tons.

The automatic blending system of a short fiber finish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the blending system comprises a post-spinning free strength storage tank (43), the blending tank comprises a free strength blending tank (33), and the dilution tank comprises a free strength dilution tank (13);
the free concentration blending tank (33) is communicated with a first crude oil pipeline leading to the low concentration blending tank (31) and the high concentration blending tank (32) respectively, the free concentration blending tank (33) is communicated with a second crude oil pipeline leading to the low concentration blending tank (31) and the high concentration blending tank (32) respectively, the bottom of the free concentration blending tank (33) is communicated with the top of the free concentration dilution tank (13), a flow meter (114) and an electromagnetic valve (113) are arranged on a connecting pipeline of the free concentration blending tank (33) and the free concentration dilution tank (13), the bottom of the free concentration dilution tank (13) is communicated with the top of the post-spinning free concentration storage tank (43), and a feeding pump (112) and an electromagnetic valve (113) are arranged on a connecting pipeline of the bottom of the free concentration dilution tank (13) and the post-spinning free concentration storage tank (43).

The automatic blending system of a short fiber finish according to claim 3, characterized in that: the number of the post-spinning free concentration storage tanks (43) is 2, and two connecting pipelines of the post-spinning free concentration storage tanks (43) and the free concentration dilution tank (13) are respectively provided with an electromagnetic valve (113).

The automatic blending system of a short fiber finish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the blending tank is respectively provided with an electromagnetic valve (113) on the connecting pipeline with the desalted water pipe (5), the first crude oil pipeline and the second crude oil pipeline, and the electromagnetic valve (113) is arranged on the connecting pipeline between the diluting tank and the desalted water pipe (5).

step S8: after the stirring in the step S7 is finished, detecting whether the liquid level state of the dilution tank is empty or low, and whether an electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the dilution tank is in a closed state, if the liquid level state and the electromagnetic valve are in the closed state, automatically opening the electromagnetic valve between the blending tank and the dilution tank after automatically closing an air inlet valve, and adding the material in the blending tank into the dilution tank;
step S9: after the material adding process in the step S8 is finished, automatically closing the electromagnetic valve between the blending tank and the diluting tank;
step S10: after the electromagnetic valve between the blending tank and the diluting tank is closed, automatically adding metered desalted water into the diluting tank, starting the stirring mechanism automatically, and waiting after stirring is finished;
if the dilution tank is a low concentration dilution tank, the process proceeds to step S11; if the dilution tank is a high concentration dilution tank, the process proceeds to step S12;
step S11: detecting whether the liquid level state of the head tank is a low alarm;
if the liquid level state of the high-level tank is in a low alarm state, continuously detecting whether the liquid level state in the oil return tank reaches a high alarm state, if the liquid level state in the oil return tank is in a high alarm state, entering step S111, and if the liquid level state in the oil return tank is not in a high alarm state, entering step S112;
if the liquid level state of the high-level tank is not low, continuing waiting;

step S112: starting an electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the low-concentration dilution tank and an electromagnetic valve at the top of the high-level tank, adding the material in the low-concentration dilution tank into the high-level tank through a feeding pump, and closing the feeding pump, the electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the low-concentration dilution tank and the electromagnetic valve at the top of the high-level tank when the liquid level state of the low-concentration dilution tank is in a low alarm state or the liquid level state of the high-level tank is in a high alarm state;
step S12: detecting whether the liquid level state of the post-spinning high-concentration storage tank is a low alarm; if the liquid level state of the post-spinning high-concentration storage tank is in a low state, opening an electromagnetic valve on a connecting pipeline between the bottom of the high-concentration dilution tank and the post-spinning high-concentration storage tank, and adding the material of the high-concentration dilution tank into the post-spinning high-concentration storage tank through a feeding pump;
