the upper parts of the second rotating shafts (126) and the upper parts of the two third brackets (123) are respectively and rotatably provided with the second rotating shafts (126);
the first conical tooth group (127) is connected between the inner sides of the two second rotating shafts (126) and the top of the rotating block (125);
a first reel (128), wherein the first reel (128) is rotatably arranged on the upper parts of the two second brackets (121);
a second reel (129), wherein the outer sides of the two second rotating shafts (126) are respectively provided with the second reel (129);
the first pull rope (1210) is connected between the second reel (129) on the same side and the fixing block (122) on the same side, and the first pull rope (1210) on the same side bypasses the first reel (128) on the same side;
the upper part of the rotating block (125) is provided with a wedge block (1211) in a sliding way;
and a fourth spring (1212) is connected between the wedge block (1211) and the rotating block (125), and the wedge block (1211) is matched with the first rotating shaft (113).
