the designer module is used for acquiring design authority and task input data; the evaluation module is used for acquiring evaluation permission and task results of the design tasks; the basic design module is used for a designer to develop a design task based on the design permission and the task input data so as to generate the task result of the design task, and for a reviewer to review the corresponding design task based on the review permission and the task result so as to generate first evaluation information; the bid and bid management module is used for acquiring task requirements and generating bid-winning information, bid information and bid-winning information; the design process management module is used for acquiring task information and the first evaluation information, and issuing task progress and the first evaluation information; the crowdsourcing statistics module is used for acquiring and issuing the task information and the first evaluation information, and acquiring the design task and the middle mark information.
