By matching the sensitive keywords with the text to be checked and the check text, the situation that in the insurance sale process, an insurance agent uses sensitive language for the user to induce the user to purchase insurance and cause disputes after the fact so that the insurance cannot be settled is avoided. By matching the misleading keywords of the text to be checked and the check text, the situation that the insurance agent misunderstands the relevant terms of the insurance for the user due to misleading language of the user in the insurance selling process, and the insurance is bought under the condition of unreal will, and disputes are caused after the fact, so that the claim can not be settled, is avoided.
It should be noted that, when performing data verification operation on the audio data, if all the must-read keywords are matched, it is determined that the must-read keywords are successfully matched, and the verification result of the audio data is qualified. And if the unmatched must-read keywords exist, performing near-synonym keyword matching on the unmatched must-read keywords. If all the similar meaning words to be identified are matched, confirming that the keywords of the similar meaning words are successfully matched and confirming that the audio data inspection result is qualified, and if the similar meaning words to be identified which are not matched exist, confirming that the keywords of the similar meaning words are unsuccessfully matched and confirming that the audio data inspection result is unqualified.
And/or if all the misleading keywords are not matched, confirming that the misleading keywords are successfully matched and confirming that the verification result of the audio data is qualified. And if the matched misleading keywords exist, confirming that the misleading keywords are failed to be matched, and confirming that the detection result of the audio data is unqualified.
And/or if all the sensitive keywords are not matched, confirming that the sensitive keywords are successfully matched and confirming that the verification result of the audio data is qualified. And if the matched sensitive keywords exist, confirming that the sensitive keywords fail to be matched, and confirming that the detection result of the audio data is unqualified.
In any of the above technical solutions, the step of matching the text to be checked with the keyword of the check sample further includes: acquiring unmatched must-read keywords in a text to be checked to generate a near meaning word to be recognized; and performing near meaning word keyword matching on the near meaning words to be recognized and the test samples.
In the technical scheme, after the text to be detected is matched with the test sample for the keywords which must be read, the unmatched keywords are used as the near meaning words to be identified, so that the near meaning words to be identified are matched for the keywords of the near meaning words, and the accuracy of audio data detection is further improved. In one embodiment, a word bank of the near-sense words may be generated based on the test samples, and the near-sense words to be recognized may be matched with the word bank of the near-sense words sample, and if the matching is successful, the matching of the must-read keyword may be successful.
Further, in the above embodiment, the step of obtaining a face image according to the first video data specifically includes: intercepting a video picture in the video message data to acquire facial image information; preprocessing the face image information to generate a face image, wherein the preprocessing comprises: one or more of image sharpening, background removal, geometric normalization, and grayscale normalization.
In this embodiment, in the embodiment, the preprocessing of the video data includes performing face positioning on a video picture, and performing cropping according to a positioning result, so as to obtain a face image for obtaining the identity information data of the user and/or the insurance agent, and further performing verification on the identity information data of the user and/or the insurance agent, so as to avoid sending illegal operations, for example, reimbursement purchase and/or insurance sales work in the identity of other people.
