Background
Buildings such as houses are usually decorated with tiles such as glazed tiles and vitrified tiles. However, the water absorption of the ceramic tiles is low, and the capillary porosity of the tile surface is low, so that the common cement is difficult to penetrate into the capillary pores to form mechanical anchoring force, and the tiles fall off due to low bonding force.
Currently, tile backsizes are commonly used to enhance the interfacial bond strength between cement and tile. The ceramic tile back glue is high molecular polymer emulsion, wherein long chain molecules contained in the ceramic tile back glue can permeate pores of a ceramic tile base layer to form tension; and the tile gum has good elasticity, can resist the vibration generated by temperature change and miniature deformation of a building, and improves the bonding force of the tile.
However, the tile back glue is an organic water-based polymer emulsion, has poor affinity with inorganic cement, and is easy to age and damage after a long time. Although the prior art improves the alkali return resistance of the primer, the base material is reinforced, and the bonding strength between the base material and the primer is improved. However, the product in the prior art has low solid content, large shrinkage degree of a paint film, unsuitability for bonding between interfaces, thin viscosity and easy sagging.

2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the silicate solution is a combination of a potassium silicate solution and a sodium silicate solution; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the solid contents of the potassium silicate solution and the sodium silicate solution are respectively and independently 24-36 wt%, and the modulus of the potassium silicate solution and the sodium silicate solution is respectively and independently 2.8-3.3.
3. The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the filler has an average particle size of 15-40 μ ι η; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the filler is selected from at least one of calcined kaolin and ground calcium carbonate; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the average particle size of the quartz sand is 150-180 mu m.
4. The composition of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the thickener is selected from at least one of low viscosity cellulose ethers, polycarboxylic acid alkali swelling thickeners; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the preservative is at least one selected from isothiazolinone preservatives; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the defoaming agent is at least one of mineral oil defoaming agent and silicone defoaming agent; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the inorganic color paste is selected from at least one of iron-based color pastes with strong alkali resistance.
5. A method for producing a waterproof coating material, characterized by comprising mixing the components of the waterproof coating material composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4; the step of mixing the components comprises:
(1) dispersing the polymer emulsion to obtain polymer emulsion I;
(2) carrying out first mixing on the polymer emulsion I and the component A to obtain a first mixture; the component A contains water, a thickening agent, a defoaming agent and a preservative;
(3) carrying out second mixing on the first mixture and the component B to obtain a second mixture; the component B contains filler and quartz sand;
(4) thirdly mixing the second mixture with the component C to obtain a third mixture; the component C contains silicate solution, the pH value of the silicate solution is 12.0-13.0, and the solid content is 24-36 wt%;
(5) carrying out fourth mixing on the third mixture and a component D to obtain the waterproof coating; the component D contains inorganic color paste.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein in step (1), the condition of the dispersion treatment at least satisfies: stirring is carried out at the rotating speed of 600-800rpm for 2-3min and the temperature of 20-25 ℃; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in step (2), the first mixing condition at least satisfies: stirring is carried out at the rotation speed of 1000-1200rpm for 3-5min at the temperature of 20-25 ℃.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein, in step (3), the second mixing at least satisfies: stirring is carried out at the rotating speed of 1500-1700rpm for 20-25min at the temperature of 20-25 ℃; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in step (4), the third mixing condition at least satisfies: stirring is carried out at the rotation speed of 1200-1300rpm for 5-15min at the temperature of 20-25 ℃.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein in step (5), the fourth mixing condition at least satisfies: stirring is carried out at the rotation speed of 1200-1300rpm for 3-4min at the temperature of 20-25 ℃.
9. A water-repellent paint prepared by the method according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
10. Use of the water-repellent coating according to claim 9 in tile backsize.
