Further, in order to solve the technical problem of how to further drive the spray head 7 to spray the medical instrument, as shown in fig. 12 to 15, the following technical solutions are provided:
a horizontal reciprocating mechanism for driving the two water conveying pipes 32 to move back and forth repeatedly is further arranged at the upper end of the inner cavity of the cleaning bin 1, and comprises:

Further, in order to solve the technical problem of how to rotate all the carriers 5, as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the following technical solutions are provided:
a sheave mechanism 41 is arranged at one side of the cleaning bin 1, the working end of the sheave mechanism 41 is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft of one of the rotating discs 4, a second driving motor 42 is arranged at one side of the sheave mechanism 41, the output end of the second driving motor 42 is in transmission connection with the central shaft of the sheave mechanism 41 through a transmission belt, and as a preferred embodiment, the second driving motor 42 adopts a low-speed synchronous servo motor and is electrically connected with a control system.
Specifically, when all the material carriers 5 need to be rotated, the second driving motor 42 drives the geneva gear 41 to operate, and the working end of the geneva gear 41 causes one of the rotating discs 4 to rotate in a clearance manner, and each material carrier 5 is moved to a position right below the spray head 7 in a clearance manner.
