It is conceivable to add other filter media layers (such as honeycomb paper, paint mist cotton, non-woven fabric, etc.) capable of more efficiently filtering micro-scale paint mist at the air outlet of the paint mist filters in the embodiments 1 to 4, thereby forming a composite type multi-layer punched corrugated cardboard paint mist filter, so as to ensure higher saturation resistance durability and longer service life, and simultaneously, significantly improve the filtering efficiency of the micro-scale paint mist.
Or at one end of the air outlet of the paint mist filter in the embodiments 1 to 5, other types of paint mist filter standard modules (such as a honeycomb paper paint mist filter module, a paint mist cotton paint mist filter module, a DPA paint mist filter module, and the like) capable of more efficiently filtering the tiny paint mist are jointly installed in series, so that a composite type dry paint spray booth never-dried paint mist filter system is formed, and the advantages of the modules are mutually complemented, so that the whole system not only has higher saturation resistance durability and longer service life, but also the filtering efficiency of the system on the tiny paint mist is remarkably improved, the ventilation energy consumption of the system is remarkably reduced, and the environment-friendly quality of air emission is achieved.
The paint mist filter of the multilayer stamping corrugated board is particularly good at long-time trapping and removing a large amount of large-scale to medium-small-scale undried paint mist contained in an exhaust system of a dry paint spray booth, so that if the paint mist filter is used together with other filters (such as DPA paint mist cotton filters and the like) which are better at filtering the small-scale undried paint mist, the paint mist filter can be used as a primary filter of the latter, the effective service life of the latter can be prolonged exponentially, a finer integral paint mist filtering effect can be achieved, the consumption cost and the maintenance labor of filter materials are greatly reduced, and the shutdown maintenance time and the frequency of a factory production line are reduced. And because the wind resistance is greatly reduced, the energy consumption of the ventilation system of the dry paint spray booth is also obviously saved.

Claims (9)

1. The paint mist filter for the multilayer punched corrugated boards is characterized by comprising a plurality of filter modules, wherein each filter module comprises a corrugated case body, an inner filter element arranged in the case body, an air inlet baffle and an air outlet baffle;
the corrugated carton body is a cubic carton with any two opposite surfaces provided with rectangular holes, and the two rectangular holes are respectively used as an air inlet and an air outlet;
the inner filter element comprises an angle insertion plate, a side insertion plate, an anti-wind pressure insertion plate and a baffle plate;
the baffle plates are provided with a plurality of layers, each baffle plate comprises an air passing channel and a blind plate between the air passing channels, each air passing channel comprises a plurality of rectangular air passing channels symmetrically arranged at the central position and a plurality of trapezoidal air passing channels arranged at the outer sides of the rectangular air passing channels in a surrounding manner, the trapezoidal air passing channels form a rectangular annular trapezoidal air passing channel layer, the air passing channels on the adjacent baffle plates in the plurality of layers of baffle plates are arranged in a staggered manner, so that air flow passing through the air passing channel of the previous layer of baffle plate impacts the blind plate of the next layer of baffle plate, each layer of baffle plate arranged on the inner filter element from the air inlet retracts inwards for the first time in sequence towards the direction of the longer central axis of each rectangle, and meanwhile, the trapezoidal air passing channel layer arranged on the baffle plate in a surrounding manner expands towards the direction of the contraction of the rectangular air passing channels in a stepped manner in sequence, therefore, two large V-shaped stepped air inlet cavity channels which penetrate into the center of the inner filter element assembly and are sequentially reduced in cross section when passing the air are constructed on the inner filter element assembly, the baffle plate is square, slots are formed in four corners of the baffle plate, and V-shaped grooves are formed in four edges of the baffle plate;
the air inlet baffle and the air outlet baffle are respectively clamped between the corrugated case body and the inner filter element at the positions close to the air inlet and the air outlet;
the angle inserting plate is a rectangular plate with a plurality of through grooves formed in one side, the number and the interval of the through grooves correspond to those of the baffle plates, the angle inserting plate is inserted into the inserting grooves through the through grooves, and the plurality of layers of the baffle plates are fixed at intervals;
the wind pressure resistant inserting plate is used for assisting in fixing the multilayer baffle plate;

The paint mist filter of the multi-layer stamped corrugated board of claim 2, wherein: the first baffle plate comprises two rectangular air passing channels and one trapezoidal air passing channel layer, the second baffle plate comprises four rectangular air passing channels and one trapezoidal air passing channel layer, the third baffle plate comprises five rectangular air passing channels and two trapezoidal air passing channel layers, the fourth baffle plate comprises four rectangular air passing channels and two trapezoidal air passing channel layers, the fifth baffle plate comprises five rectangular air passing channels and three trapezoidal air passing channel layers, the fifth baffle plate comprises four rectangular air passing channels and three trapezoidal air passing channel layers, the fifth baffle plate comprises five rectangular air passing channels and four trapezoidal air passing channel layers, the sixth baffle plate comprises four rectangular air passing channels and four trapezoidal air passing channel layers, the sixth baffle plate comprises two rectangular air passing channels and five trapezoidal air passing channel layers, and the sixth baffle plate comprises two rectangular air passing channels and five trapezoidal air passing channel layers.

The paint mist filter of the multi-layer stamped corrugated board of claim 3, wherein: the 10 th baffle plate, the 11 th baffle plate, the 12 th baffle plate, the 13 th baffle plate, the 14 th baffle plate, the 15 th baffle plate, the 16 th baffle plate and the 17 th baffle plate are respectively and sequentially arranged with the 8 th baffle plate, the 7 th baffle plate, the 6 th baffle plate, the 5 th baffle plate, the 4 th baffle plate, the 3 rd baffle plate, the 2 nd baffle plate and the 1 st baffle plate in the same shape and rotated by 90 degrees.
