Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to lavender fragrance spray.
Background
Mites are microorganisms of the order Acarina of the order Arabia of the phylum Arthropoda that are difficult to see to the naked eye, and trace of mites can be found almost in every corner of life. The cloth sofa and the Simmons and the like become warm beds for making mite nests; carpets, quilts, mattresses, pillows and the like with skin being familiar at night and day are all ideal places for mites to fall; the towel is also popular with mites due to the continuous humidity, and is also a shortcut for transferring mites to the human body; ordinary life small actions such as holding plush toys and parent pet puppies can also become a new way for mite propagation.
The types of mites found at present are more than fifty thousand, among which chiggers, scabies, demodex, powder mites and dust mites are common, and different mites can cause different damages to human bodies. The harm to human body caused by mite infection is mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1. after the mites contact the surface of the skin, the mites can cause damage phenomena such as inflammation and the like to the skin, and the symptoms of allergic dermatitis are easily caused; 2. when the mites enter the skin, the mites can absorb secretion of the skin, so that the skin is stimulated to produce inflammation, and the phenomena of hair follicle blockage and excessive sebum secretion are caused; 3. mites enter respiratory tract through nasal cavity to generate allergy in organism, and the diseases are allergic rhinitis, asthma and the like.
As microorganisms harmful to human bodies, mites attract high attention, the mite control awareness of the public is getting stronger, and the mite-killing products with full-looking enamels, such as mite-killing laundry detergent, mite-killing instruments, mite-killing bags, disinfectant, anti-mite fabrics and the like, appear on the market. Whatever the mite killing mode, the purpose of controlling the mite damage can be summarized as the following three: reducing the total amount of live mites; reducing the level of mite allergen; reducing human exposure to mites. The most commonly used control measures at present include chemical control methods and physical control methods as follows. The chemical control method comprises an acaricidal method and a repelling method, wherein the acaricidal method adopts different acaricides and can effectively control mites; the repelling method uses some substances with smell and taste for repelling mites, etc. as the repellent, and the substances are made into different dosage forms, and the repellent is sprayed on the exposed part of the human body surface to repel and kill the mites for individual protection. The main measures of the physical prevention and control method are as follows: the people have a bath, a clothes change and a bed clothes washing; drying and ventilating to reduce indoor relative humidity; replacing carpets, curtains, home decoration, etc.
The physical prevention and treatment method is simple, convenient and economical, does not need much investment, but cannot obviously reduce the number of live mites and cannot remove deeply-stored allergens. The chemical prevention and control method can quickly and effectively kill the mites and thoroughly solve the harm of the mites to human beings, but most of acaricides and repellents in the market at present are substances with unpleasant odor (such as dibutyl phthalate (DBP), N-diethyl-m-toluamide (DETA), R-301 and the like), have high irritation, and can cause harm to human bodies while killing the mites. Based on the analysis, the mode capable of effectively killing mites at present is a chemical control method, but the acaricides and repellents on the market at present can stimulate the human body and cause certain damage to the human body while effectively killing mites. Therefore, there is a need in the art to provide an effective mite-killing product that is harmless to human body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide lavender aromatherapy spray which adopts plant components, is high in safety, has aromatic odor and is easy to accept in smell; can also effectively remove mites, sterilize and eliminate the harm of the mites to human bodies.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:
the lavender aromatherapy spray comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15-26 parts of water;
3-8 parts of butanediol;
2-7 parts of PEG-40 castor oil;
1-5 parts of lavender extract;
2-4.5 parts of a geranium extract;
0.5-3.8 parts of cinnamon extract;
1-4.2 parts of melaleuca alternifolia extract;
2-5 parts of patchouli extract;
0.5-6 parts of artemisia rupestris L extract;
and 0.3-5 parts of verbena oil.
Further, the water is deionized water.
In the above raw materials, water, butylene glycol and PEG-40 castor oil are used as solvents. Among them, butanediol is a kind of polyhydric alcohol, is generally used as a humectant and a solvent, is a polyhydric alcohol with mild texture, and can increase the smoothness of a product. On one hand, butanediol belongs to one of polyols, the polyol with smaller molecular particles has the function of easily evaporating water, but the butanediol with larger molecular particles can absorb more water, so that the butanediol skin-care lotion has low toxicity and irritation to skin and has no sticky feeling after being used; the principle is the tuberculosis of water molecules and hydrogen molecules, which not only can provide more water, but also can prevent the skin from drying, and can eliminate fine wrinkles of the skin in a timely manner. On the other hand, many chemical substances in the mite-killing spray are easy to crystallize or not easy to dissolve in water, but the natural butanediol extract can effectively control other elements, and the butanediol is used in plant extracts and perfume dissolving agents and also has the effects of relieving the volatility of raw materials and keeping fragrance. In addition, butanediol also has a bacteriostatic action because butanediol is a polyol having an antimicrobial growth action and also having an action of retaining the original form.
PEG-40 castor oil is commonly used as an emulsifier, a surfactant and a solubilizer in cosmetics, is a modified castor oil product which is easy to decompose and does not have residue, and can uniformly disperse oily substances such as essence oil and the like into water to form a stable and transparent solution.
The deionized water is water obtained by removing cations of elements such as sodium, calcium, iron, copper and the like and anions of elements such as chlorine, bromine and the like from natural water. The existence of a large amount of ions in water can not only cause the spray solution to generate the caking phenomenon, but also cause the skin aging after contacting with human bodies, so deionized water is used as a solvent in the mite removing spray.
The solvent in the invention adopts deionized water, butanediol and PEG-40 castor oil with a certain proportion to combine with other raw materials in the better dispersion spray, so that the spray solution is more uniformly mixed and has good stability.

Mite repelling and killing experiment
According to the invention, the acarus killing components with scientific proportions are researched and developed, and the detection standard refers to an NY/T1151.2-2006 acarus expelling experiment through a detection report of a microbiological analysis detection center in Guangdong province.
Test mite species: dust mites, adult female and male mites and nymphs.
Sample pretreatment: before sampling mites, the sample is shaken and mixed uniformly, then the sample is taken and soaked in the blank cloth piece, and the test is carried out after the blank cloth piece is dried in the air.
Randomly dividing mite samples into 33 groups, wherein the number of mites in each group is more than or equal to 150, and numbering the 33 groups into an experimental group 1-31, a control group and a blank group respectively, wherein the experimental group is cultured by adopting spray prepared from the raw materials in the embodiments 1-31 of the invention; the control group was cultured using the spray prepared from the raw materials in the comparative example; the blank group was cultured with mite feed.
1. Method of producing a composite material
The mites of the experimental group 1-3, the control group and the blank group are respectively placed on the glass slide under the condition that other conditions are not changed, (the experiments can be carried out simultaneously or not, and the experiments need a plurality of persons to carry out operation and observation at the same time), wherein the spray prepared by the raw materials in the embodiments 1-31 of the invention is dripped on the glass slide of the experimental group 1-3 for culture; spraying prepared from the raw materials in the comparative example is dripped on the glass slide of the control group for culture; mite feed was added to the slides of the blank group for culture. Observed under a microscope and counted, and observed every 30 min. The condition of the worm body (active, hidden, and completely motionless) was recorded under a high power microscope. When the body of the insect is completely inactive, the insect is kept and died. The experimental conditions of temperature and humidity must be kept consistent for each observation. The observation is continued after the death of the polypide, and whether the polypide is transparent or not is judged. The fact that each tissue of the polypide is transformed into a metaplasia and the transparency is increased can be observed, which shows that the black tissue in the polypide disappears and disintegrates and is also the most important part of the polypide to be disintegrated. The whole process of the whole insect body ablation, such as breakage, shrinkage, dissolution and disappearance of the structure of the insect body, can be seen in the whole observation process.
2. Results
After the experiment is started, compared with the mite mortality of each group, the mite mortality of each group except the blank group tends to increase along with the prolonging of the dosing time, and all mites die after 90 min.
A comparison of mite mortality for each group is shown in Table 7 below (the values after the decimal point in thousandths were not recorded at the time of statistics):
TABLE 7 comparison of mite mortality in each group
As can be seen from Table 7, the mite-killing spray provided by the invention has a strong killing effect on mites, can improve the death rate of the mites and accelerate the death time of the mites, and other experimental groups except the experimental groups 1-3 reach 100%, so that the lavender sterilizing spray provided by the invention really achieves good mite-repelling and preventing effects.
The above-mentioned embodiments are further described in detail for the purpose of illustrating the invention, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit of the invention should be included in the scope of the invention.
