As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the present embodiment provides an installation and cleaning method of an eye-wash and face-wash nozzle based on flow regulation, comprising the following steps:
installation:
firstly, placing a sealing washer 29 in a mounting groove 25, inserting an inserting table 32 inserted with a buffer piece 30 into the top of an inner cavity of a mounting column 21, and accommodating a buffer disc 31 in an area above a ribbed plate 24;
aligning the flange 16 of the eye-washing head 10 with the mounting groove 25 of the flow guide base 20, aligning the upper internal thread columns 13 with the lower internal thread columns 23 one by one, extending the top ends of the elastic telescopic columns 34 into an area formed by enclosing the bent fastener 14 and the upper internal thread columns 13, extruding the flow guide base 20 downwards by the eye-washing head 10 to enable the flange 16 to be embedded into the mounting groove 25, and buckling the upper buckling piece 17 with the lower buckling piece 26;
thirdly, a plurality of screws 18 penetrate through the bottom of the lower internal thread column 23 and then enter the upper internal thread column 13 to fix the eye-washing and face-washing head 10 and the flow guiding base 20;
step four, the flow regulating assembly 40 is arranged in a cavity of the mounting column 21, the pull ring 61 is sleeved on the outer surface of the mounting column 21, and the mounting column 21 and the adapter tube 28 are fastened through the rotary nut 27;
and step five, inserting the eye-washing dustproof column 63 into the eye-washing opening 11, and clamping the outer edge of the dustproof cover body 62 to the outer edge of the flow guide base 20 to complete the installation of the dustproof cover 60.
Cleaning:
when the eyewash instrument introduces the cleaning liquid into the adapter tube 28, a small part of the cleaning liquid stays in the flow blocking cavity 43 after being blocked and buffered by the flow blocking column 42, and the majority of the cleaning liquid flows into the flow guide base 20 through the flow guide cavity 44, so that the effects of blocking, shunting and adjusting the flow of the cleaning liquid are achieved, the cleaning liquid with the adjusted flow enters the cavity between the flow guide base 20 and the eyewash head 10, and the flow speed is reduced after being buffered and shunted by the buffer hole 33, so that the flow is reduced; the washing liquid is ejected from the eye-washing opening 11 and the face-washing opening 12 in a directional laminar flow to wash the eyes and face of the user.
According to the installation and cleaning method of the eye-washing nozzle based on flow regulation, the connection and fixation between the eye-washing head 10 and the flow guide base 20 are realized through the screws 18, the sealing performance between the eye-washing head 10 and the flow guide base 20 is guaranteed by combining the sealing washer 29 after the flange 16 and the installation groove 25 are assembled, the fastening between the eye-washing head 10 and the flow guide base 20 is realized after the upper buckling piece 17 and the lower buckling piece 26 are matched, and the sealing and pressure resistance performance between the eye-washing head 10 and the flow guide base 20 is guaranteed; the cleaning method has good functions of separating and shunting and adjusting the flow by matching the flow adjusting assembly 40 with the inserted buffer 30, and can safely clean eyes and faces of users with adjustable flow.

Claims (5)

1. Flow regulation-based eyelid washing sprayer, which comprises eyelid washing heads (10) and a flow guide base (20) tightly assembled below the eyelid washing heads (10), and is characterized in that an inserting buffer piece (30) is elastically assembled in a cavity formed between the eyelid washing heads (10) and the flow guide base (20), the bottom of the center of the flow guide base (20) is downwards extended with a mounting column (21), a flow regulation assembly (40) is installed in the cavity of the mounting column (21), and the flow regulation assembly (40) is used for regulating the flow entering the cavity between the eyelid washing heads (10) and the flow guide base (20); two eye washing openings (11) and a plurality of face washing openings (12) which are symmetrically arranged penetrate through the eye and face washing head (10);
the flow regulating assembly (40) comprises a flow guide column body (41), a flow blocking column (42) is arranged at the center of the inside of the flow guide column body (41), a flow blocking cavity (43) is arranged in the flow blocking column (42), and a plurality of flow guide cavities (44) are arranged in the area, outside the flow blocking column (42), of the flow guide column body (41);
the bottom end of the flow blocking column (42) is provided with an uneven shear opening (46), the cross section of the flow guiding cavity (44) is in a trapezoid-like shape and is distributed in an annular array, the wall part of the inner cavity of the flow guiding column body (41) is provided with a plurality of clamping columns (47), and an O-shaped ring (45) is clamped between the clamping columns (47) and the periphery of the flow blocking column (42);
a flow blocking cover (48) is slidably arranged at the bottom of the flow blocking column (42), a buffer spring (49) is arranged between the upper surface of the flow blocking cover (48) and the top of the inner cavity of the flow guide column body (41), the section of the flow guide cavity (44) is a plurality of concentric rings (50), a plurality of slide rails (51) are arranged on the wall part of the inner cavity of the flow guide column body (41), and the flow blocking cover (48) can slide relative to the slide rails (51);
the inner cavity of the flow guide base (20) is communicated with the mounting column (21), a plurality of bosses (22) protruding inwards are arranged on the inner cavity of the flow guide base (20) and located on the periphery of the mounting column (21), lower internal thread columns (23) penetrate through the bosses (22), rib plates (24) are arranged between every two adjacent bosses (22), an installation groove (25) is arranged on the periphery of the flow guide base (20), lower buckling pieces (26) are arranged on the outer edge of the installation groove (25), and a sealing gasket (29) is arranged in the installation groove (25);
the inserting buffer piece (30) comprises a buffer disc (31) and an inserting table (32), the inserting table (32) is located at the bottom of the center of the buffer disc (31), and the buffer disc (31) is accommodated in an area above the rib plate (24); evenly distributed has a plurality of buffering holes (33) on buffer disc (31), and insert platform (32) and insert the inner chamber top of arranging erection column (21) in, a plurality of elastic telescopic column (34) of upper surface evenly distributed of buffer disc (31), the top of elastic telescopic column (34) stretch into buckle fastener (14) and go up in the region that internal thread post (13) enclose and close and form.

3. The eyelid wash nozzle based on flow regulation of claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the mounting post (21) is fitted with an adapter tube (28) by a nut (27), and the adapter tube (28) and the eyelid wash head (10) are provided with dust covers (60).

The eye-washing face sprayer based on flow regulation is characterized in that the dust cover (60) comprises a pull ring (61) and a dust-proof cover body (62), the pull ring (61) is sleeved on the outer surface of the mounting column (21), the outer edge of the dust-proof cover body (62) is matched and clamped with the outer edge of the flow guide base (20), two eye-washing dust-proof columns (63) extending downwards are arranged in the center of the dust-proof cover body (62), the eye-washing dust-proof columns (63) extend into the eye-washing opening (11) to plug the eye-washing opening (11), and a connecting rope (64) is connected between the pull ring (61) and the outer wall of the dust-proof cover body (62).

firstly, placing a sealing gasket (29) in a mounting groove (25), inserting a inserting table (32) inserted with a buffer piece (30) into the top of an inner cavity of a mounting column (21), and accommodating a buffer disc (31) in an area above a ribbed plate (24);
aligning a flange (16) of the eye and face washing head (10) with a mounting groove (25) of a flow guide base (20), aligning upper internal thread columns (13) with lower internal thread columns (23) one by one, extending the top ends of elastic telescopic columns (34) into an area formed by enclosing a bent fastener (14) and the upper internal thread columns (13), extruding the flow guide base (20) downwards by the eye and face washing head (10) to enable the flange (16) to be embedded into the mounting groove (25), and buckling an upper buckling piece (17) with a lower buckling piece (26);
thirdly, a plurality of screws (18) penetrate through the bottom of the lower internal thread column (23) and then enter the upper internal thread column (13) to fix the eye-washing and face-washing head (10) with the flow guide base (20);

after the eye-washing instrument introduces the cleaning liquid into the adapter tube (28), a small part of the cleaning liquid is retained in the flow blocking cavity (43) after being blocked and buffered by the flow blocking column (42), and a large part of the cleaning liquid flows into the flow guide base (20) through the flow guide cavity (44), so that the effects of blocking, shunting and flow regulation on the cleaning liquid are achieved, the cleaning liquid with the regulated flow enters the cavity between the flow guide base (20) and the eye-washing head (10), the flow speed is slowed down after the flow is buffered and shunted by the buffer hole (33), and the flow is reduced; the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the eye washing opening (11) and the face washing opening (12) to clean the eyes and the face of the user;
the installation method comprises the steps that connection and fixation between the eye-washing head (10) and the flow guide base (20) are achieved through the screws (18), the sealing performance between the eye-washing head (10) and the flow guide base (20) is guaranteed by combining the sealing gaskets (29) after the flanges (16) and the installation grooves (25) are assembled, the fastening between the eye-washing head (10) and the flow guide base (20) is achieved after the upper buckling pieces (17) and the lower buckling pieces (26) are matched, and the sealing performance and the pressure resistance of the eye-washing head (10) and the flow guide base (20) are guaranteed; the cleaning method has good functions of separating and shunting and adjusting the flow by matching the flow adjusting assembly (40) with the inserted buffer piece (30), and can safely clean the eyes and the face of a user with adjustable flow.
