Example 2: in this embodiment, the lid 3 is provided with a first heating unit, the first heating unit is a common heating pipe (such as a stainless steel electric heating pipe, a quartz electric heating pipe, a carbon fiber heating pipe, etc.), the first heating pipe generates heat to heat the cooking chamber after being electrified, and the light-emitting unit includes a light-emitting member capable of illuminating the space in the inner container 2 or the space in the heat-insulating cover 11. The luminous piece is also lightened to illuminate the space in the inner container or the space in the heat-preservation cover when the preset time node is reached.
In the predetermined time node, any one of the following embodiments may be adopted:
example 1: when the preset time node is that the pot cover is covered with the pot body, the light-emitting unit is controlled to emit light when a covering signal of the pot cover and the pot body is detected;
at the moment, the user can be timely informed of whether the inner container is placed or not, so that the user can place the inner container in time.
Example 2: the preset time node is that after the cover is covered with the pot body and before the light-emitting unit is started, when a starting signal is detected, the light-emitting unit is controlled to emit light.
At this moment, the problem that the user sends out a warning and the like by detecting the inner container when the cooking function is not started can be avoided, user habits are better met, and user experience is improved.
For another example, besides the light emitting unit, the lid 3 is provided with a viewing window 34 as described below, so that a user can observe the cooking state of the food in the cooking chamber of the cooking appliance through the viewing window 34 to realize visual experience. In such a structural shape, when the inner container 2 is not placed, the light emitted by the light emitting unit can be emitted through the light hole 111, and when the inner container 2 is placed in the heat-insulating cover 11, external natural light still has a possibility of being emitted from the light hole 111 through a fit gap between the inner container 2 and the heat-insulating cover 11. Therefore, in the structural configuration of this embodiment, the light that can be emitted from the light-transmitting hole 111 has two sources — the light-emitting unit and the external natural light that is emitted from the viewing window.
According to the invention, the light emitted from the light hole is detected by the photosensitive sensor so as to detect whether the inner container is placed in the heat preservation cover or not, so that the cooking appliance can perform corresponding normal cooking or protection operation according to the detection result, and the safety of the cooking appliance is improved.
The mode of the present invention in which the light-transmitting hole is blocked is not particularly limited, and any one of the following embodiments may be employed:
the first implementation mode comprises the following steps: in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the inner container 2 is placed in the heat-insulating cover 11, the height of the bottom end surface of the inner container 2 in the heat-insulating cover 11 is lower than the height of the bottom end surface of the light-transmitting hole 111 in the heat-insulating cover 11, and the inner container 2 can directly shield the light-transmitting hole 111, so that the light propagation path is cut off directly by the inner container 2 shielding the light-transmitting hole 111.
It should be noted that, the height of the bottom end surface of the inner container 2 and the position of the light-transmitting hole 111 are not specifically limited, and the inner container may be arranged according to the embodiments shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in other embodiments, according to the sizes of the inner container 2 and the heat-insulating cover 11, when the inner container 2 is placed in the heat-insulating cover 11, the height of the bottom end surface of the inner container 2 in the heat-insulating cover 11 may also be horizontal or higher than the height of the top end surface of the light-transmitting hole 111 in the heat-insulating cover 11, and also when the inner container 2 is placed in the heat-insulating cover 11, the inner container 2 can directly block the light propagation path at the light-transmitting hole 111. Both of the above embodiments fall within the scope of the present invention.
The second embodiment: in this embodiment, the heat insulating cover 11 is provided with a movable stopper 112 capable of blocking the light transmitting hole 111. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the inner container 2 is not placed in the heat-insulating cover 11, the upper end of the blocking piece 112 is higher than the upper edge of the heat-insulating cover 11, and the lower end of the blocking piece 112 is higher than the fixed end face of the light-transmitting hole 111, at this time, light can be emitted through the light-transmitting hole 111 and received by the photosensor 12; as shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the liner 2 is placed in the heat-insulating cover 11, the blocking piece 112 moves downward, so that the lower end of the blocking piece 112 moves to the bottom end surface of the light-transmitting hole 111, so as to shield the light-transmitting hole 111 by the blocking piece 112, the light propagation path at the light-transmitting hole 111 is cut off, and the photosensor 12 cannot receive light without responding, thereby proving that the liner 2 is placed in the heat-insulating cover 11. In this embodiment, when the inner container 2 is disposed in the heat-insulating cover 11, the blocking piece 112 moves to a position capable of blocking the light-transmitting hole 111, so that the light propagation path is blocked, light is prevented from being transmitted, the detection accuracy is improved, and misoperation is avoided. When the inner container 2 is not placed in the heat insulation cover 11, the light transmission hole 111 is not shielded by the inner container 2 and the blocking piece 112, and light emitted by the light emitting unit can be emitted through the light transmission hole 111 and collected by the photosensitive sensor.
For the movement and the triggering mode of the blocking piece 112, the heat preservation cover 11 is provided with an elastic piece for driving the blocking piece 112 to reset, when the liner 2 is placed in the heat preservation cover, the blocking piece 112 can be pressed down to the position for shielding the light transmission hole 111 by the liner 2, and when the liner 2 is taken down from the heat preservation cover 11, the elastic piece resets, so that light can pass through the light transmission hole 111. The purely mechanical driving structure can reduce the arrangement of control elements and the like, reduce the cost and the power consumption and contribute to the miniaturization of the whole machine.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a fan 32 for dissipating heat is further disposed on the upper side of the first heating unit of the pot lid 3, the fan is disposed above the first heating unit, the pot body 1 is further provided with a control unit 13, the control unit 13 is electrically connected to the photosensor 12, the fan and the first heating unit are started at a predetermined time node, so as to ensure that the pot lid can dissipate heat and cool in time when the first heating unit is working, and prevent the parts from being burnt and deformed, when the cooking utensil is not in place, the light passes through the light-transmitting hole 111 and irradiates the photosensor 12, the photosensor 12 detects a light intensity exceeding a predetermined threshold value and then generates an electrical signal to the control unit 13, the control unit 13 controls the first heating unit and the fan to stop running, in some embodiments, the fan 32 disposed on the upper side of the first heating unit still runs, so as to radiate the pot body 1 and protect the safety of the cooking utensil. It should be noted that the setting position of the control unit 13 is not specifically limited in the present invention: in a specific example, the control unit is provided to a display panel on the front side of the cooking appliance; in another specific example, the control unit 13 is provided to a power supply board in the base of the cooking appliance; in another specific example, the control unit 13 is provided as a separate circuit board in the pan body and is electrically connected to the power supply board and/or the display board.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a second heating unit 14 for cooking a cooking utensil is provided in the heat-retaining cover 11, the second heating unit 14 can support the inner container 2 and provide heat to the inner container 2 at the lower side of the inner container 2, the cooking utensil has a cooking function when the second heating unit 14 is operated, and the cooking utensil has an air-frying cooking function when the first heating unit is operated. Meanwhile, the cooking appliance provided by the present invention is not particularly limited to the cooking function of the second heating unit 14. In one example, the second heating unit 14 cooperates with a corresponding lid structure to perform pressure cooking, thereby providing the cooking appliance with dual functions of air-burst pressure integration. In another specific example, the second heating unit 14 performs a general cooking function, which can be realized by both open-cover cooking and general cooking similar to a rice cooker, so that the cooking device has a dual function of an air-fried rice cooker.
Furthermore, the second heating unit 14 and the light hole 111 arranged on the side wall of the heat preservation cover 11 are arranged in a staggered manner in the horizontal direction, so that light can be emitted from the light hole 111 conveniently, and when the liner 2 is not placed on the heat preservation cover 11, the second heating unit 14 cannot shield the light hole 111 and block the transmission path of the light generated by the optical radiation heating tube 31 to the outer side of the heat preservation cover 11, and the detection accuracy is improved.
For the way of the light sensor 12 receiving the light from the air holes, the arrangement position of the light sensor 12 in this embodiment may adopt any one of the following embodiments:
example 1: as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the photosensor 12 is disposed opposite to the light-transmitting hole 111, and the photosensor 12 directly receives the light directly transmitted from the light-transmitting hole 111 to determine whether the inner container 2 is placed in place; specifically, the photosensor 12 can receive the light passing through the light-transmitting hole 111 by the shortest path of light propagation, reduce the loss of light reflection or refraction during the propagation process, and facilitate the collection of the light.
Example 2: compared with the embodiment 1, in the embodiment, the arrangement position of the photosensitive sensor 12 is more flexible, the photosensitive sensor is not required to be arranged right at the light hole 111, but a reflecting piece is arranged in the range of the irradiation area of the light emitted by the light hole 111, the reflecting piece can reflect the light emitted by the light source, and the photosensitive sensor 12 can receive the light reflected by the reflecting piece to judge whether the inner container 2 is placed in place. The light sensor 12 is arranged at the position staggered with the light hole 111 to indirectly receive light, so that when the cooking appliance cooks, a heat dissipation space exists between heat diffused to the outside of the heat preservation cover 11 through the light hole 111 and the light sensor 12, and the service life of the light sensor 12 is prolonged.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pot cover is removably placed on the pot body, and in order to electrically connect the electronic components in the pot cover with the electronic components in the pot body, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the pot cover 3 is provided with an upper coupler 33, the upper coupler 33 is electrically connected with the first heating unit and the fan 32, the pot body 1 is provided with a lower coupler 15, the lower coupler 15 is electrically connected with the control unit 13, the pot cover 3 is separable with respect to the pot body 1, and when the pot cover 3 covers the pot body 1, the upper coupler 33 and the lower coupler 15 are inserted and coupled to realize the power supply and signal transmission between the pot cover 3 and the pot body 1; furthermore, the photosensitive sensor 12, the lower coupler 15 and the control unit 13 are arranged on the same side of the heat-insulating cover 11, so that the internal circuit arrangement of the pot body 1 is facilitated, the position of the control unit 13 is limited on the side part of the pot body 1, the design of a heat-radiating channel and the like at the bottom of the pot body 1 is facilitated, and the heat radiation of the pot body 1 is facilitated.
It should be noted that the connection relationship between the pot cover 3 and the pot body 1 is not specifically limited in the present invention, and the connection relationship may be the split coupling connection described above, or may be the hinged connection, and a wire connecting the pot cover 3 and the pot body 1 is provided at the hinged position, so as to realize the power supply and signal transmission between the pot cover 3 and the pot body 1.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the pot cover 3 is further provided with a visible window 34, the visible window 34 includes an outer window 341 and an inner window 342 located inside the pot cover 3, a visible cavity 343 is formed between the outer window 341 and the inner window 342, the visible cavity 343 can reduce the heat in the pot body 1 from transferring to the outer window 341 of the pot cover 3, and meanwhile, a user can observe the cooking state of the food material inside the cooking cavity of the pot body 1 through the visible cavity 343 and, in addition, cooperate with the light generated by the light radiation heating tube 31, illuminate the cooking cavity inside the pot body 1, thereby enhancing the visual experience.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the heat retaining cover 11 has a side wall, a bottom wall, and a transition portion 113, and the light transmission hole 111 is disposed near the transition portion 113.
