一种控制信息的传输方法、装置及***,包括:第一终端装置在第i时隙向第二终端装置发送第一控制信息(S501),所述i为大于等于0的整数,所述第一控制信息包括资源指示信息和译码信息;在第i+j时隙向所述第二终端装置发送第二控制信息(S502),所述j为大于等于1且小于等于N的整数,所述N为大于等于1的整数,所述第二控制信息包括所述资源指示信息;根据所述第一控制信息和M个所述第二控制信息,在所述第i时隙和第i+1时隙至第1+N时隙向所述第二终端装置发送第一数据(S503),所述M为大于等于1且小于等于N的整数。所述方法降低了发送资源碰撞的概率,提高了***性能,而且可以降低信令开销,提高控制信道译码可靠性。
