In a third aspect, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electronic device, comprising: one or more processors; a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method described in any of the implementations of the first aspect.
In a fourth aspect, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a computer readable medium on which a computer program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method described in any of the implementations of the first aspect.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: the normalization of the item display charting is facilitated by the item display method of some embodiments of the present disclosure, increasing the efficiency of the display charting. In particular, the reasons for the inefficiency of display charting are: the creation of the drawing template is mostly manually built, the drawing template is lack of data guidance, more individual experience drive and the specification consistency of display and drawing are lacked, and a large amount of time is often consumed to create the drawing template before the planning drawing is generated, so that the efficiency of display and drawing is reduced. Based on this, the item display method of some embodiments of the present disclosure first performs value evaluation on each item information to be displayed in at least one item information to be displayed to generate a value score, resulting in at least one value score. The higher value score is used for representing that the circulation of the goods is higher, and data support is provided for subsequent reasonable distribution of the goods shelves. And secondly, performing shelf pre-distribution on the at least one item information to be displayed to generate an item information group set to be displayed based on the at least one value. Goods shelf pre-distribution is carried out by quickly positioning the goods with higher fluidity, so that the efficiency and the rationality of goods shelf distribution are improved, the information of the goods to be displayed with the same goods shelf number is divided into the same group, and the automatic drawing is conveniently carried out on each goods shelf in the follow-up process. Then, each information group of the articles to be displayed in the information group set of the articles to be displayed is automatically displayed to generate article display information, so that an article display information set is obtained. Final item display information is generated by looping sets of item information to be displayed on individual shelves through a genetic algorithm, binning, boxing, and planogram evaluation process. Different business strategies are combined to evaluate the planogram, so that the flexibility of the system is improved. And the automatically determined article display information avoids the drawing difference of different drawing personnel, standardizes the production flow of the article display chart and improves the efficiency of display drawing. And finally, for each item display information in the item display information set, transmitting the item display information to a display screen of a target terminal and controlling an automatic mechanical device to execute related operation, wherein the related operation is used for placing the item corresponding to the determined item display information. Thereby solving the problem of low efficiency of display charting.

With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of some embodiments of an item display method according to the present disclosure is shown. The article display method comprises the following steps:
step 201, evaluating the value of each item information to be displayed in at least one item information to be displayed to generate a value score, and obtaining at least one value score.
In some embodiments, an executing subject of the item display method (e.g., computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) may value each of the at least one item information to be displayed to generate a value score, resulting in at least one value score. The execution subject may perform value evaluation on the information on the article to be displayed to generate a value in response to determining that the information on the article to be displayed satisfies a condition to be displayed. The executing agent may perform value evaluation on the information of the to-be-displayed item through a Data Envelope Analysis (DEA) algorithm to generate a value score. The display condition may be that the article circulation time included in the information on the article to be displayed is within a preset time range. The information on the article to be displayed among the at least one information on the article to be displayed may include: the item identification, the item category, the item designation layer information, the item display direction, the item circulation time (for example, in a month cycle, the sales volume of the item is at least one day), the item circulation volume (for example, the daily average sales volume of the item), the item circulation value (for example, the daily average sales amount of the item), the item acquisition value (for example, the daily average gross interest rate of the item), the price-related information (for example, the daily average sales promotion index of the item, which is artificially determined, the larger the sales degree, the higher the sales promotion index), and the display linear meter (for example, the shelf length of the item in the physical shelf). The display condition may be that the article circulation time included in the information on the article to be displayed is within a preset time range. The predetermined time range may be 7 or more.
And 202, performing shelf pre-distribution on at least one item information to be displayed to generate an item information group set to be displayed based on at least one value.
In some embodiments, the performing agent may perform shelf pre-distribution of the at least one item information to be displayed to generate a set of item information to be displayed based on the at least one value score. The execution main body can firstly sort the at least one item information to be displayed in the order of the value values from large to small to obtain an item information sequence to be displayed. Secondly, grouping the information of each article to be displayed in the information sequence of the articles to be displayed based on the preset quantity of the information in the group to generate an information group set of the articles to be displayed.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the performing agent performs shelf pre-allocation of at least one item information to be displayed to generate a set of item information to be displayed based on at least one value score. May include the steps of:
the method comprises the first step of carrying out shelf pre-allocation on each item information to be displayed in the at least one item information to be displayed to generate item shelf information based on the at least one value to obtain an item shelf information set. Wherein the item shelf information in the item shelf information set may include: item initial face value and shelf information. The shelf information may include: shelf identification information, shelf width, and shelf space. The performing main body shelf-pre-allocates each item information to be displayed in the at least one item information to be displayed to generate item shelf information based on the at least one value, and may include the following sub-steps:
the first substep, sequencing the information of the at least one article to be displayed according to the sequence of the value values from large to small to obtain the information sequence of the article to be displayed.
And a second sub-step of grouping the information sequence of the articles to be displayed to generate a first information group of the articles to be displayed and a second information group of the articles to be displayed.
The first information group of articles to be displayed may be the information of the first fifty percent of articles to be displayed in the information sequence of articles to be displayed. The second information group of the articles to be displayed may be information of the articles to be displayed of the last fifty percent of the information sequence of the articles to be displayed.
And a third substep, in response to determining that the first to-be-displayed item information group and the second to-be-displayed item information group meet a preset constraint condition group, generating an item initial face value corresponding to each to-be-displayed item information in the to-be-displayed item information sequence based on a preset item face value range set and a preset shelf display occupied linear meter, and obtaining an item initial face value set. Wherein, the preset constraint condition set may include: the sum of the value scores in the value score value group corresponding to the first information group of articles to be displayed is twice the sum of the value scores in the value score value group corresponding to the second information group of articles to be displayed, and the sum of linear meters occupied by the display corresponding to the first information group of articles to be displayed is twice the sum of linear meters occupied by the display corresponding to the second information group of articles to be displayed. The execution main body can generate an initial face value of an article corresponding to each article information to be displayed in the article information sequence to be displayed based on a preset article face value range set and a preset extended meter occupied by shelf display by using a linear programming algorithm, so as to obtain an initial face value set of the article.
And a fourth substep of performing item classification on the at least one item information to be displayed to generate a classified item information group set to be displayed. The execution main body may classify the at least one item information to be displayed based on an item category included in the item information to be displayed in the at least one item information to be displayed to generate a classified item information set to be displayed.
And a fifth substep of determining a shelf identification information group corresponding to each classified article information group to be displayed in the classified article information group set to be displayed based on the article initial face value set to obtain a shelf identification information group set.
The executing agent may first determine, based on the classified information group of the items to be displayed and the initial face value set of the items, a required shelf space corresponding to the classified information group of the items to be displayed by using the following formula:
G1×E1+G2×E2+...+Gn×En=P。
wherein n represents a serial number. G1And the display area of the first classified information of the articles to be displayed in the classified information group of the articles to be displayed is represented by linear meters. E1And indicating the initial level value of the article corresponding to the first classified article information to be displayed in the classified article information group to be displayed. G2And the display area of the second classified information of the articles to be displayed in the classified information group of the articles to be displayed is represented by linear meters. E2And the initial face value of the article corresponding to the article information to be displayed after the second classification in the information group of the articles to be displayed after the classification is shown. GnAnd displaying the linear meters included in the nth classified information of the articles to be displayed in the classified information group of the articles to be displayed. EnAnd indicating the initial level value of the article corresponding to the nth sorted information of the article to be displayed in the sorted information group of the article to be displayed. P represents a required shelf space corresponding to the sorted information group of the articles to be displayed.
As an example, the linear meter occupied by the display included in each piece of sorted information on the article to be displayed in the sorted information group on the article to be displayed may be: [2,3,2,2,5]. The initial face position value of the article corresponding to each piece of classified article information to be displayed in the classified article information group to be displayed may be: [3,6,8,5,6]. The required shelf space corresponding to the sorted information group of the articles to be displayed may be: "80 m".
Then, the execution subject may determine, based on a preset shelf information set, initial shelf identification information corresponding to each piece of classified information on the to-be-displayed item in the classified information group on the to-be-displayed item, to obtain an initial shelf identification information group. Wherein, the preset shelf information in the preset shelf information set may include: shelf identification and preset shelf space.
As an example, the preset shelf information set may be: [ "shelf number 1, 70 meters", "shelf number 2, 70 meters" ]. The required shelf space corresponding to the sorted information group of the articles to be displayed may be: "80 m". Since the required shelf space corresponding to the classified information group of the articles to be displayed is larger than the preset shelf space included in the first preset shelf information in the preset shelf information set, the initial shelf identification information group may be: [ shelf 1, shelf 2 ].
Finally, the executing agent may perform shelf adjustment on each piece of initial shelf identification information in the initial shelf identification information group to generate shelf identification information in response to determining that the initial shelf identification information group corresponding to the sorted to-be-displayed item information group satisfies a shelf adjustment condition, so as to obtain a shelf identification information group. The execution agent may first divide the information on the articles to be displayed having the same initial shelf identification information into the same group, and obtain the first sorted information group on the articles to be displayed and the second sorted information group on the articles to be displayed. Then, in response to determining that the ratio of the number of the first sorted information items to be displayed in the first sorted information group of the items to be displayed to the number of the second sorted information items to be displayed in the second sorted information group of the items to be displayed is greater than the distribution threshold and that the first sorted information group of the items to be displayed adjusts the initial rack identification information corresponding to each of the second sorted information items to be displayed in the second sorted information group of the items to be displayed to the initial rack identification information corresponding to the first sorted information items to be displayed.
As an example, the distribution threshold may be 5.
And a sixth substep, determining the shelf width and shelf space corresponding to each shelf identification information in the shelf identification information group set to obtain a shelf width group set and a shelf space group set. The execution subject may determine the shelf width and the shelf space corresponding to the shelf identification information by querying the shelf information correspondence table.
And secondly, grouping the at least one item information to be displayed based on the item shelf information set to generate an item information set to be displayed. The execution main body may select information of an article to be displayed satisfying a combination condition from the at least one information of an article to be displayed to form an information group of an article to be displayed, and obtain the information group set of an article to be displayed, where the combination condition may be: the shelf identification information included in the shelf information of the article corresponding to the information of the article to be displayed is the same.
And step 203, performing automatic display processing on each to-be-displayed article information group in the to-be-displayed article information group to generate article display information, so as to obtain an article display information set.
In some embodiments, the executing agent may perform automatic display processing on each information group of the to-be-displayed items in the information group set of to-be-displayed items through a space planning algorithm in the warehouse management system to generate item display information, so as to obtain an item display information set.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the performing subject performing automatic display processing on each information group of the information groups of the items to be displayed to generate the item display information may include:
firstly, determining the quantity value of the information of the articles to be displayed in the information group of the articles to be displayed.
As an example, the number value of the information on the article to be displayed in the above-mentioned information group on the article to be displayed may be 5.
A second step of randomly generating an initial article configuration information set based on the quantity value, wherein the initial article configuration information in the initial article configuration information set may include: an article display face position information group, an article display mode information group and an article display order information group. Wherein the article display face position information in the article display face position information group may include: item identification information and the number of item display faces. The article display method information in the article display method information group may include: item identification information and item display means. The article display sequence information in the article display sequence information group may include: item identification information and item display order. Each item display face position information in the item display face position information group, each item display mode information in the item display mode information group, and item display sequence information in the item display sequence information group are within a preset range. The preset range may be [0, 1 ].
As an example, the number of pieces of initial article allocation information of the above initial article allocation information set may be 3 pieces. The above numerical value may be 5. The initial article configuration information set may be as shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003277642900000101
Figure BDA0003277642900000111
Thirdly, based on the initial article configuration information set, executing the following generation steps:
a first substep of updating each initial item configuration information in the set of initial item configuration information to generate updated initial item configuration information based on the set of item shelf information, resulting in at least one updated initial item configuration information.
Wherein the execution body may update the item display face position information to generate updated item display face position information for each item display face position information in an item display face position information group included in the initial item arrangement information by:
Figure BDA0003277642900000112
wherein a' represents the number of product display face bits included in the updated product display face bit information. A represents the number of product display face bits included in the product display face bit information. And E represents an initial face value of the article corresponding to the face position information of the article display.
Figure BDA0003277642900000113
Indicating rounding up.
As an example, the above-mentioned item display face position information may include the number of item display faces: 0.3. the initial face position value of the article corresponding to the face position information of the article display may be: 5. the updated item display face position information includes the number of item display face positions: 3.
for each item display mode information in the item display mode information set included in the initial item allocation information, in response to determining that the item display mode information satisfies a preset display condition set, determining the item display mode information as a block display mode. In response to determining that the article display mode information does not satisfy a preset display condition group, determining the article display mode information as a landscape display mode, wherein the preset display condition group may include: the number of product display faces included in the updated product display face position information corresponding to the product display mode information is equal to or greater than a first preset threshold value, and the product display mode included in the product display mode information is greater than a second preset threshold value.
As an example, the first preset threshold may be 4. The second preset threshold may be 0.5.
With regard to the item display order information group included in the initial item arrangement information, first, the execution body may sort each item display order information in the item display order information group in a descending order to generate an item display order information sequence. Next, the execution body may determine the updated article display order information in the order of the article display order information in the article display order information sequence.
As an example, the article display order information group may be: [0.2,0.4,0.1,0.2,0.5]. The item display order information sequence is: [0.5,0.4,0.2,0.2,0.1]. Therefore, the updated article display order information is: [3,2,5,4,1].
And a second substep of performing packaging processing on the information group of the to-be-displayed articles corresponding to each piece of the updated initial article configuration information to generate candidate display information, so as to obtain a candidate display information set. Wherein the shelf information included in the shelf information corresponding to each item information to be displayed in the item information group to be displayed is the same. The shelf information may include: shelf width and shelf space.
The execution subject may first perform binning processing on each item information to be displayed in the item information group to be displayed corresponding to the updated initial item configuration information to generate shelf binning information.
The specific box separation process can be as follows: firstly, determining the total display delay corresponding to the information of the articles to be displayed. Wherein the total extended display is obtained by multiplying the extended display included in the information on the article to be displayed by the number of the article display surface positions included in the updated information on the article display surface positions corresponding to the information on the article to be displayed. Second, in response to the determination that the article display form information corresponding to the article information to be displayed is a block display, the number of display layers corresponding to the article information to be displayed is determined to be 2. And in response to the determination that the article display mode information corresponding to the article information to be displayed is horizontal display, determining the number of display layers corresponding to the article information to be displayed to be 1. Thirdly, in response to the fact that the item specifying layer information included in the information on the items to be displayed is equal to or greater than 1, a layer space corresponding to the item specifying layer information is determined as a specified layer rectangular space. Fourthly, the space to be allocated is determined based on the determined rectangular space of the designated floor and the shelf space corresponding to the information group of the article to be displayed. Fifthly, in response to the fact that the article display direction included by the article information to be displayed is left-right display, the extended length occupied by the total display corresponding to the article information to be displayed is smaller than the shelf width included by the shelf information corresponding to the article information group to be displayed, and the display layer number corresponding to the article information to be displayed is smaller than the shelf layer number included by the shelf information corresponding to the article information group to be displayed, the space to be allocated is subjected to left-right box dividing according to the extended length occupied by the total display corresponding to the article information to be displayed, and left-right box dividing information is obtained. Sixthly, in response to the fact that the information on the articles to be displayed includes the information on the articles to be displayed is displayed in the vertical direction, the total display occupied by the information on the articles to be displayed accounts for more than or equal to 70 percent of the width of the shelf included in the information on the shelf corresponding to the information group of the articles to be displayed, the space to be allocated is divided into upper and lower boxes based on the number of display layers corresponding to the information on the articles to be displayed, and the information on the upper and lower boxes is obtained. Seventhly, in response to the fact that the article display direction included in the article information to be displayed is up and down display, the total display occupied by the article information to be displayed is smaller than 70 percent of the shelf width included in the shelf information corresponding to the article information group to be displayed, the same group of padding is carried out on the article information to be displayed, and the padded article information to be displayed is obtained. And performing box separation operation again by taking the position-supplemented information of the articles to be displayed as the information of the articles to be displayed. And eighthly, combining the left-right binning information and the upper-lower binning information to generate shelf binning information corresponding to the information on the articles to be displayed, wherein the shelf binning information is used for representing a sub-bin division range corresponding to the information on the articles to be displayed.
As an example, a schematic diagram of a specific binning procedure is shown in fig. 3.
Then, the executing agent may perform an article packing process on the information set of the articles to be displayed corresponding to the updated initial article configuration information based on the shelf binning information set and a preset business configuration to generate candidate display information. The execution agent may first specify, for each item information to be displayed in the item information group to be displayed, item position information corresponding to the item information to be displayed in accordance with item display order information included in the updated initial item placement information, and obtain an item position information group. The article position information in the article position information group is used for representing the position information of the article information to be displayed in the corresponding subbox dividing range. Next, the execution body may specify the display information candidate based on the article picture group corresponding to the article position information group. The candidate display information may be used to represent a display scene map of the item group corresponding to the item position information group on the shelf corresponding to the item position information group.
As an example, a display scene diagram of the item group corresponding to the item position information group on the corresponding shelf may be as shown in fig. 4.
And a third sub-step of performing display quality evaluation on each of the candidate display information sets to generate a product display quality score value, resulting in a product display quality score value set. The execution agent may first determine space efficiency information, appearance degree information, and business value information based on the candidate display information. Second, the execution body may perform a weighted sum on the space efficiency information, the beauty information, and the business value information to generate an item display quality score value.
The above space efficiency information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the quantity value of the non-shelving articles, the quantity of half-layer shelves occupied by a single type of articles and the number of shelf layers with lower shelf single-layer utilization rate. The low shelf monolayer utilization can be used to characterize the number of layers in which the display corresponding to the items in the shelf monolayer occupies 70 percent or less of the width of the shelf. The aesthetic information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the difference in linear meter of total display, the number of 1 item display face positions and the degree of shelf item alignment. The difference between the maximum value of the linear meter occupied by the total display and the minimum value of the linear meter occupied by the product display in the whole shelf can be used as the total display linear meter. The degree of alignment of the shelf items can be represented by the difference between the boundaries of two adjacent layers of the same type of items. The service value information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the central aggregation degree of the value articles, the aggregation degree of the articles with the same attribute, the protection degree of the new articles, the value of the articles and the face position number are in direct proportion. The above-described degree of value item center aggregation may be used to characterize the number of higher value items that are not in a center shelf location. The higher value item may be the item corresponding to the top 5 ranked value score in the shelf. The central position of the goods shelf is a golden position of a preset goods shelf. The aggregation degree of the articles with the same attribute can be used for representing the number of the articles with the same attribute separated by one layer or more than one layer. The protection degree of the new product can also be used for representing the number of the new product on the top layer or the bottom layer of the shelf. The degree of the proportional relationship between the item value and the number of the face ranks may be a value obtained by adding the absolute value of the difference between the value score number corresponding to each item in the set of items on the shelf and the number of the face ranks on the item display. And sorting the article sets according to the descending order of the value score values to generate a value score sequence number set. And sorting the article sets according to the descending order of the number of the article display face bits to generate an article display face bit number sequence set.
A fourth substep of selecting, from the set of candidate display information, candidate display information having a smallest corresponding product display quality score as target product display information.
And a fifth substep of determining the target item display information as item display information corresponding to the information set of items to be displayed, in response to determining that the target item display information satisfies a preset condition. Wherein, the preset condition may be: the value of the product display quality score corresponding to the target product display information does not change.
And fourthly, in response to the fact that the target article display information does not meet the preset condition, reproducing and mutating the target article display information to generate an article allocation information set as the initial article allocation information set, and executing the generating step again.
And step 204, transmitting the article display information to a display screen of the target terminal and controlling an automatic mechanical device to execute related operations for each article display information in the article display information set.
In some embodiments, the executing agent may send the article display information to a display screen of the target terminal and control the automatic mechanical device to perform a relevant operation, where the relevant operation is used to place an article corresponding to the determined article display information.
