Through the quality assessment of the hidden project, the responsibility source can be traced when the quality detection problem occurs at the later stage, and the hidden project data is stored, so that a buyer of a house can call the database and inquire the hidden project photos of the house purchased by the buyer, and the subsequent house maintenance and the like are facilitated.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-dimensional assessment and evaluation system for real estate engineering project management is used for an evaluator to assess and evaluate construction units of various construction types, and is characterized by comprising a server, one or more first clients and a plurality of second clients, wherein the server comprises a processor and the following modules electrically connected with the processor:
the engineering project information input module is pre-input with each construction work type, a manager ID of each construction work type, a construction unit name of each construction work type and a construction unit contact ID included in an engineering project, wherein the manager ID of the construction work type is respectively associated with corresponding first clients, and the construction unit responsible ID is respectively associated with corresponding second clients;
the engineering cancellation item information uploading module is used for acquiring construction work type information through the engineering project information input module and uploading cancellation item information through a first client, wherein the cancellation item information comprises construction work type information which does not meet the construction quality requirement and corresponding problem description, and the problem description is in a text form and/or a field picture form;
the engineering cancellation item information issuing module acquires construction work type information and corresponding construction unit contact person IDs through the engineering project information input module, responds to the uploading of the cancellation item information by the engineering cancellation item information uploading module, and at least sends the corresponding problem description to a second client side associated with the corresponding construction unit contact person IDs;
the rectification operation uploading module uploads the rectified and repaired image through the second client, generates a rectification data packet according to the uploaded image and sends the rectification data packet to the first client, wherein the rectification data packet comprises construction work type information, a corresponding construction unit name and the rectified and repaired image uploaded by the second client;
the verification and scoring module responds to the correction operation uploading module to upload the correction data packet, performs verification on the verification of the correction data packet through the first client, and uploads the verification-failed item information again through the project verification item information uploading module if the verification fails; if the rechecking is passed, calculating the sales item rate and/or sales item score of the corresponding construction unit;
and the multidimensional evaluation management module calculates the sales item rate and/or sales item score of the corresponding construction unit according to the sales item review and scoring module and executes corresponding information management on the corresponding construction unit.
2. The assessment evaluation system of claim 1, wherein the multidimensional assessment management module performs corresponding information management on corresponding construction units comprises:
if the sales item rate and/or the sales item score of the construction unit are lower than a preset threshold value, carrying out deduction registration on the corresponding construction unit; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
marking the construction units according to the sales item rate and/or sales item score of each construction unit, wherein the marking result is used as one of the reference indexes for the subsequent construction units to mark.
3. The assessment evaluation system of claim 1, wherein the server further comprises the following modules in electrical connection with the processor:
the construction work type node setting module is used for presetting completion time nodes of each construction work type and sending a setting result to a first client and a second client corresponding to each construction work type;
the node progress scoring module acquires construction work type information and corresponding construction unit names through the engineering project information input module, and uploads progress checking information of corresponding construction work types to a preset completion time node through a first client, wherein the progress checking information comprises the construction unit names corresponding to the construction work types, and picture information and/or score information reflecting construction completion degrees;
and the multidimensional evaluation management module calculates the sales item rate and/or sales item score of the corresponding construction unit according to the progress evaluation information of the construction work type uploaded by the node progress scoring module and/or the sales item review and scoring module, and executes corresponding information management on the corresponding construction unit.
4. The assessment evaluation system of claim 3, wherein the multidimensional assessment management module performs the corresponding information management on the corresponding construction unit comprises:
if the construction completion degree of the progress assessment information is less than 100%, carrying out deduction registration on corresponding construction units; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
marking the construction units according to the progress assessment information of each construction unit, wherein the marking result is used as one reference index for the subsequent marking of the construction units.
5. The assessment evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the project marketing information uploading module uploads marketing information further including a countdown rectification time set for a construction type that does not meet the construction quality requirement;
and the sales item rate of the construction unit is the ratio of the number of sales items passing the sales item rechecking to the total number of sales item information of the construction unit before the countdown rectification time of the construction unit is zero.

The assessment evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the rectified and restored image uploaded by the rectification job uploading module is limited to the image obtained by real-time shooting, and the rectification job uploading module is not provided with an interactive key for uploading a local image.

The assessment evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the engineering project information entry module further pre-enters each first supply material and its corresponding supply time limit, the assessment evaluation system further comprises one or more third clients, and the server further comprises the following modules electrically connected to the processor:
the first material supply information input module uploads material supply information through the third client, the material supply information comprises material supply picture information, and the first material supply information input module stores the uploading time of the material supply information as actual material supply time;
the first supply material supply examination module compares the actual supply time and the supply time period of each first supply material and scores the supply capacity of each first supply material;
and the multidimensional evaluation management module marks the corresponding first supply unit according to the grading result of the first supply evaluation module, and the marking result is used as one reference index for the subsequent first supply unit to perform time marking.
8. The assessment evaluation system of claim 1, wherein the server further comprises the following modules in electrical connection with the processor:
the farmer information input module uploads the identity information of the farmer, corresponding contract information and payroll account opening bank information through the second client, and inputs payment information after paying money to the farmer according to the work type, wherein the payment information comprises the identity information of the farmer, a payroll card and remittance information;
the rural worker salary delinquent evaluation module judges whether the construction unit pays the corresponding rural workers or not according to the rural worker information input module at a preset time limit after the construction unit pays the engineering money and/or judges whether the money paid to the rural workers by the construction unit is insufficient or not;
and the multidimensional evaluation management module marks the corresponding construction unit according to the judgment result of the agricultural and civil wage delinquent evaluation module, and the marking result is used as one of the reference indexes for the subsequent construction unit to mark.
9. The assessment evaluation system of claim 8, wherein the server is further connected with an attendance system, the attendance system performs attendance on the farmer workers through face recognition, and sends attendance results and corresponding face information to the server;
the farmer wage delinquent evaluation module is matched with corresponding farmer worker identity information according to the attendance checking result and the corresponding face information, calculates wages to be settled according to the contract information, and compares the wages with remittance amount of remittance data in the payment information to obtain a judgment result of whether the money amount paid to the farmer by a construction unit is insufficient or not.
10. The assessment evaluation system of claim 1, further comprising the following modules in electrical communication with the processor:
the hidden project information input module uploads hidden project construction information of each house through a second client, wherein the hidden project construction information comprises construction picture information of hidden projects;
the hidden project evaluation module is used for inquiring the related hidden project construction information from the hidden project construction information entry module according to the house number information so as to evaluate the hidden project quality of the corresponding construction unit;
and the multidimensional evaluation management module marks the corresponding construction unit according to the evaluation result of the hidden project evaluation module, and the marking result is used as one of the reference indexes for the subsequent construction unit to mark.
