5. The method according to claim 4, wherein when the controller detects that the registered identification card is completed, the controller starts a corresponding function for the target device, specifically comprising:
when the controller detects that the card reader identifies an entity IC card or NFC intelligent equipment, judging whether the identified entity IC card or NFC intelligent equipment has an identity identification card which is registered;
if the identified entity IC card or NFC intelligent device has the registered identity identification card, the user currently holding the entity IC card or the NFC intelligent device belongs to the registered user, and the controller starts the corresponding function of the target device.
6. The identity-based functionality control method of claim 1, wherein the controller comprises a charging controller; and when the controller is a charging controller, the target device is correspondingly a device to be charged.
7. The identity-based functionality control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the controller is one or more.
8. An identification-based function control system, comprising:
the system comprises a registration binding module, a controller and a communication module, wherein the registration binding module is used for receiving registration operation of a user by the controller and adding at least one identity recognition card of the user, and the identity recognition card is an entity IC card or NFC intelligent equipment;
and the function starting module is used for starting the corresponding function of the target equipment by the controller when the controller detects the registered identification card.

A controller, characterized in that the controller comprises: a memory, a processor and an identification based functionality control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the identification based functionality control program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the identification based functionality control method according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores an identification-based function control program, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the identification-based function control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
