Description

A cursory device for defeated salt pipeline
Technical Field
The invention relates to a salt conveying pipeline, in particular to a floating device for the salt conveying pipeline.
Background
At present, when the salt field in China collects and conveys crystallized salt from a salt pond, the buoy of a pipeline is generally provided with a foam board, and the appearance of the foam board is mainly two types: square and circular. The two shapes have larger sizes and are inconvenient to install and transport.
Accordingly, those skilled in the art have endeavored to develop an improved flotation device for salt transporting pipelines.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an improved flotation device for salt transporting pipelines.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a float device for a salt transporting pipe, comprising a float made of a foamed polyurethane material, including a thin portion in the middle in the width direction and thick portions at both sides; the lower end face of the thick portion is coplanar with the thin portion, the upper end face of the thick portion is higher than the thin portion, the thick portions on the two sides are symmetrically provided with tie holes, and a copper plate serving as a core layer of the floating device is sealed inside the floating foamed polyurethane material.
Furthermore, a strap groove is arranged at the opening of the strap hole on the upper end face of the thick portion.
Further, the novel binding belt further comprises a binding belt penetrating through the binding belt hole and a buckle used for locking the binding belt.
Further, the pipe bundle also comprises a bundling sleeve arranged on the pipe.
Further, the strapping sleeve is a semicircular collar formed at intervals on one flat band welded outside the pipe.
Further, 3 tie holes are arranged on each side of the buoy.
Further, the distance between the strapping sleeves is 1 meter.
Furthermore, the buoy is manufactured by adopting a polyurethane foaming process and is cast and molded by a mold.
The buoy can be integrally formed by casting through a die by adopting a polyurethane foaming process, and has the advantages of low cost, convenience in manufacture, soft texture, small volume, light weight, easiness in operation and convenience in transportation. The cross section of the buoy is in a shape of alternating thin and thick, so that the buoy can be prevented from overturning when encircling the hose for use.
The conception, the specific structure and the technical effects of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, the features and the effects of the present invention.

Detailed Description
The technical contents of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be more clearly and easily understood by referring to the drawings attached to the specification. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms of embodiments and the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the float of the float device for a salt transporting pipe according to the present invention is made of a foamed polyurethane material, and includes a thin portion 1 in the middle in the width direction and thick portions 2 at both sides. Wherein, the lower end face of thick portion 2 is coplanar with thin portion 1, and the upper end face is higher than thin portion 1, and is provided with prick hole 3 on the thick portion 2 of both sides symmetrically. Further, a strap slot 4 is provided at the opening of the strap hole 3 at the upper end face of the thick portion 2.
In a further embodiment, as shown in figures 3 and 4, a copper plate 9 is enclosed within the foamed polyurethane material as a core layer of the flotation device when the flotation device of the invention is cast from the foamed polyurethane material.
As shown in figures 5-6, when the float device is used, the float is rolled on the pipeline 5 by passing the binding belt 6 through the binding belt hole 4 and is locked by the buckle 7. At this point, a portion of the strap 6 is positioned in the strap slot 4 so that the strap 6 does not slide laterally relative to the float.
In a further embodiment, the pipe 5 is provided with a binding sleeve 8, and the band 6, when rolling the float, passes through the binding sleeve 8 to secure the float to the pipe 5, so that the float does not slide in the direction of the pipe.
In another embodiment, shown in figure 7, instead of rolling the float up, it lies flat on the bottom of the pipe and the tie 6 passes through the tie hole 4 and the lashing sleeve 8 to secure the float to the pipe 5.
As shown in fig. 8, a flat band is welded to the outside of the hose of the duct 5. The ribbon is internally provided with a limiting woven reinforcing layer and externally provided with a high polymer material layer. The strapping 8 is a semicircular loop formed at intervals on the band.
For the foaming polyurethane floating device comprising the copper plate core layer 9, when the floating body is rolled up and fixed outside the pipeline 5, because the copper plate core layer 9 has the shaping property, the restoring force of the foaming polyurethane material can be overcome, so that the foaming polyurethane floating device can be kept in a ring shape and surround the outside of the pipeline 5, the number of required bands 6 can be reduced, and even the bands 6 are not used at all.
The buoy can be integrally formed by casting through a die by adopting a polyurethane foaming process, and has the advantages of low cost, convenience in manufacture, soft texture, small volume, light weight and easiness in operation. The cross section of the buoy is in a shape of alternating thin and thick, so that the buoy can be prevented from overturning when encircling the hose for use.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
