installing a veneer, transporting the veneer to a wall body through a flat transport vehicle, arranging a plurality of grooves on the upper long edge and the lower long edge of the veneer, filling structural adhesive in the structure, binding the veneer through a nylon tape, vertically transporting the veneer through a manual electric hoist, sleeving the grooves of the veneer on a pendant, sequentially performing preliminary evaluation, accurate leveling and infrared vertical leveling on adjacent veneer panels, and leveling and fixing through a clean plane;
and checking the quality of the surface of the page after the veneer is installed, and protecting, decorating and spraying paint on the surface of the veneer, which deviates from the keel bracket, after the veneer is qualified, so that the construction of the veneer wall is completed.
It can be understood that, in the method for constructing the decorative panel wall provided in this embodiment, the wall connecting pieces, the keel supports, the hanging pieces and the decorative panels in corresponding numbers only need to be selected according to the area of the wall, so that the construction convenience of the decorative panel wall is effectively improved.
In some embodiments, the method for constructing the decorative panel wall comprises:
auditing and deepening a construction drawing, compiling a construction scheme and a construction technology, intersecting construction preparation and site exploration, performing project-based construction operation on a veneer, acquiring a structural photo of the veneer facing wall, sequentially installing a plurality of embedded parts and a plurality of embedded fixing parts on a wall body in a matrix manner, and installing a plurality of corner connectors on the embedded parts; installing a plurality of longitudinal keels on the corner connectors, then vertically installing a plurality of transverse keels on the longitudinal keels, and finishing and checking keel brackets; screwing the strip-shaped hole of the pendant on the transverse keel; the decorative panel is transported to a wall body through a flat transport vehicle, a plurality of grooves are formed in the upper long edge and the lower long edge of the decorative panel, structural glue is filled in the structure, the decorative panel is bound through nylon belts (the width of each nylon belt is 50mm and the thickness of each nylon belt is 8mm), the decorative panel (the width of the decorative panel exceeds 1 meter or the weight of the decorative panel exceeds 25kg) is vertically transported through a manual electric hoist, the grooves of the decorative panel are sleeved on a pendant, wood cushion blocks are placed in gaps between adjacent decorative panel pieces for preliminary evaluation, the nylon belts are detached at the preliminary stage, the wood cushion blocks are detached, fine adjusting gaskets are installed, the fine leveling is performed, the decorative panel is precisely vertically leveled through an infrared instrument, and the decorative panel is leveled and fixed through a precise plane instrument; then waiting for 24 hours to solidify the structural adhesive; and checking the quality of the surface of the page after the veneer is installed, and protecting, decorating and spraying paint on the surface of the veneer, which deviates from the keel bracket, after the veneer is qualified, so that the construction of the veneer wall is completed.

Claims (10)

1. A decorative siding wall for decorating a wall, comprising:
the wall connecting pieces are used for connecting a wall;
the keel bracket is arranged on the wall connecting piece;
the hanging pieces are uniformly arranged on the keel bracket at intervals;
and the plurality of decorative panels are arranged on the plurality of hanging pieces.
2. A panel wall as defined in claim 1, wherein the hanger comprises:
the pendant body;
the strip-shaped hole is formed in one end, connected with the keel bracket, of the pendant body and is in threaded connection with the keel bracket;
the panel connecting part is arranged at one end of the pendant body connected with the veneer.
3. A decorative panel wall as in claim 2, wherein the panel attachment portion comprises:
a first latch;
the second latch and the first latch are arranged along the width direction of the pendant body, and a bending opening is formed between the first latch and the second latch;
the first clamping teeth are bent along the upper end of the pendant body in the height direction, the second clamping teeth are bent along the lower end of the pendant body in the height direction, and the first clamping teeth and the second clamping teeth are used for connecting two adjacent decorative panels.

the first latch is vertically connected with the pendant body;
the joint of the second latch and the pendant body is arc-shaped.
5. A panel wall as defined in claim 3, wherein the veneer comprises:
the panel body comprises an upper long edge and a lower long edge which are oppositely arranged;
the plurality of grooves are formed in the thickness direction of the panel body and are arranged on the upper long edge and the lower long edge at intervals;
the first latch is arranged in the grooves of the upper long edges of the two adjacent veneers, and the first latch is arranged in the grooves of the lower long edges of the two adjacent veneers.

and checking the quality of the surface of the page after the veneer is installed, and protecting, decorating and spraying paint on the surface of the veneer, which deviates from the keel bracket, after the veneer is qualified, so that the construction of the veneer wall is completed.
