Background
The putty is a decorative material for leveling the surface of a wall body, is thick paste paint and is an essential product before painting. The putty is applied on the primer or directly applied on the object to remove the defects of high and low unevenness on the surface of the object to be coated. When the wall is constructed, because the wall is uneven, the primer is generally required to be brushed twice, after the flatness and the strength are enough, putty, namely a putty layer, is scraped twice, the first putty layer is dried, is polished by abrasive paper to be smooth, a second putty layer is scraped after necessary repair is carried out, and finally, formal wall paint is brushed on the surface of the second putty layer. This process is relatively cumbersome.
Patent application CN107974124A discloses an exterior wall putty powder and a preparation method thereof, wherein the exterior wall putty powder comprises: 180-250 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 60-100 parts of white cement, 2-8 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 8-12 parts of nano alumina, 8-12 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 10-15 parts of polymethyl methacrylate, 5-8 parts of tungsten zirconate and 5-8 parts of EVA plastic raw material. The exterior wall putty powder has good anti-cracking effect, weather resistance, water resistance and other properties, belongs to conventional acrylate putty, and is not environment-friendly, wherein the exterior wall putty powder contains acrylic acid or acrylic ester, is generally an oily material, and relates to various organic additives to form stable fluid.
Patent application CN105619549A discloses a process for the repair of a substrate, comprising the following operations: (1) and (3) large repairing: mixing marble glue and a curing agent mixture, and coating the mixture on the surface of a substrate plate; (2) fine repairing: mixing putty powder, water and white latex, standing to obtain mixed putty, and smearing on the surface of a substrate plate for 2 times; (3) sanding: drying the putty on the surface of the substrate board subjected to the fine repair in the step (3) for 12-48 h, and then polishing once, so that the putty fills and levels holes and gaps, burrs, depressions and the like caused by explosion cracking on the substrate board, then coating a layer of putty A, wherein the thickness of the coated putty A is 0.3mm, and polishing once again after the putty A is dried; (4) and (3) drying: and drying the substrate obtained after sanding until the water content of the wood board is less than or equal to 10%. The substrate produced by the method has flat and smooth surface, but the construction process is too complicated and the flow is long.

The flexible rock mud colloid and the flexible rock mud powder prepared in the embodiment 1 are adopted to prepare the artistic coating, and the specific process is as follows:
adding 10 kg of flexible rock mud colloid into the container, slowly adding 23 kg of flexible rock mud powder in the stirring process, stirring for 5 minutes to obtain uniformly pasty flexible rock mud, and standing for 5 minutes to construct. The flexible rock mud powder for the art coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 325 mesh calcium carbonate: titanium dioxide: ash calcium powder: pigment: 90-95: 5: 5-0: proper amount, pre-mixing uniformly. The flexible rock mud can be used as leveling putty and can also be used as batch-scraping type artistic paint middle coating and top coating.
When the putty is used as basic leveling putty of an art coating (more than two times), sand marks are not obvious when a 280-mesh machine is used for polishing; color paste or pigment is added for color matching, the color is uniform and fine, the color has excellent color rendering property, and the paint can be used as primary coat, middle coat and top coat of batch-scraping type artistic paint; the surface coating needs to be subjected to finishing treatment after being mechanically polished and leveled, so that the water resistance, alkali resistance and stain resistance of the coating are improved. The surface coating is made by the artistic coating construction processes of polishing, batch coating, spraying, napping, rolling coating and the like, thus obtaining different artistic coating effects. The specific test results are shown in Table 5.

The product prepared in example 6 can also be used as a jointing embedding paste for interior wall Ett boards, gypsum boards and wood boards.
The panel for interior wall decoration joint filling has two major types at present with inlaying the cream: the gypsum-based embedding paste and the three-component epoxy resin embedding paste belong to rigid materials, and are easy to crack and fall off when the stress of thermal expansion and cold contraction exceeds the stress change of a plate, which often occurs, the embedding paste for repairing the joints of indoor plates currently has JC/T2075- 'caulking gypsum', and the three-component epoxy resin embedding paste has no industrial standard or national standard. The embedding paste for repairing the seam based on the flexible rock mud is a flexible material, the product quality meets the standards, and the embedding paste can be completely used as the embedding paste for repairing the seam of an interior wall Ett plate, a gypsum board and a wood board.
