Abstract
The invention provides a hemming fabric opening device for a cloth paving machine, which comprises a driving motor arranged between two opening mechanisms, wherein the rotating speed of the driving motor is adjustable and is in transmission connection with the opening mechanisms through a transmission belt and a reversing mechanism in sequence; the opening mechanism comprises a first belt wheel, a second belt wheel and a rough surface belt arranged between the first belt wheel and the second belt wheel, and the rough surface belt moves outwards under the driving of the driving motor; the frame plate is provided with an adjusting support, the adjusting support is internally provided with an upper positioning groove and a lower positioning groove, the upper positioning groove and the lower positioning groove are communicated with each other, and the end part of the cloth guide rod is arranged in the upper positioning groove or the lower positioning groove. The invention has the advantages that the rough surface belts on two sides move towards the outer side of the machine respectively by reversing through the gear set and taking the single motor as the only power source, thereby realizing the function of opening the turned-edge fabric and selecting whether to let the cloth pass through the opening device or not by controlling the lifting of the cloth guide rod.

Background
The turn-up surface fabric opening device of the existing cloth paving machine comprises opening mechanisms which are arranged on two sides in a bilateral symmetry mode, each opening mechanism is driven by a motor, the speed of the motor cannot be adjusted, and real-time adjustment cannot be carried out according to the actual condition of cloth. In addition, because the rough surface area of the opening mechanism is a plane rather than an inclined plane, the cloth without edge curling also needs to pass through the edge unfolding device, so that the tension of the cloth can be increased, the cloth is damaged, and the cloth spreading effect is influenced.

In view of the above-mentioned defects, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a hemming fabric opening device that is driven by a single motor and can select whether to let the fabric pass through according to the requirement.

Preferably, the reversing mechanism comprises a first gear and a second gear which are meshed with each other, a motor driven wheel is fixedly connected to the first gear, a motor driving wheel is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the driving motor, and the transmission belt is arranged between the motor driven wheel and the motor driving wheel; the second gear is fixedly connected to the first belt wheel.
Preferably, a connecting flat tube is arranged between the two frame plates, and the driving motor is fixedly connected to the connecting flat tube through a mounting plate.
Preferably, the end of the matte tape close to the frame plate is higher than the end of the matte tape far from the frame plate.
Preferably, a support rod is further arranged between the two opening mechanisms, and the top surface of the support rod is as high as the top surface of the rough surface belt.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a hemming material opening apparatus for a cloth spreader, which includes two frame plates 6 and two opening mechanisms 5, the two opening mechanisms 5 being disposed between the two frame plates 6 in bilateral symmetry, each opening mechanism 5 including a first pulley 51 at an inner side, a second pulley 52 at an outer side, and a rough belt 53 disposed therebetween (where "inner side" refers to a side away from the frame plates 6 and "outer side" refers to a side close to the frame plates 6), the first pulley 51 and the second pulley 52 being used to bear and tension the rough belt 53, so that a cloth is placed thereon without collapsing, and power can be transmitted. The rough surface belt 53 continuously rotates outwards during working, and helps the cloth to open the rolled side edge.
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the hemming fabric opening device comprises a driving motor 1 arranged at the symmetrical center of two opening mechanisms 5, wherein the rotating speed of the driving motor 1 is adjustable, and the driving motor 1 is in transmission connection with the opening mechanisms 5 through a transmission belt 3 and a reversing mechanism 4 in sequence to drive a rough surface belt 53 to move outwards. Specifically, be equipped with a connection flat pipe 10 between two frame boards 6, driving motor 1 passes through mounting panel 2 fixed connection on connecting flat pipe 10. Meanwhile, the rotating speed of the driving motor 1 can be adjusted according to different cloth hemming degrees, and due to the fact that the friction force of the rough surface belt 53 is strong, the hemming can be opened to the maximum extent. The rough surface belt 53 may be horizontally disposed, and it is preferable that its end portion far from the driving motor 1 is disposed higher than its end portion near the driving motor 1, so that the rough surface belt 53 can better contact the curled portion of the cloth.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a cloth guide bar 8 is further disposed between the two frame plates 6, an adjusting bracket 7 is disposed on the frame plates 6, an upper positioning groove 71 and a lower positioning groove 72 are formed in the adjusting bracket 7, the upper positioning groove 71 and the lower positioning groove 72 are communicated with each other, and an end portion of the cloth guide bar 8 is disposed in the upper positioning groove 71 or the lower positioning groove 72. When both ends of the cloth guide rod 8 are arranged in the upper positioning groove 71 of the adjusting bracket 7, the top surface of the cloth guide rod 8 is higher than the top surface of the rough surface belt 53, the cloth can be jacked up by the cloth guide rod 8 at the moment and does not pass through the opening mechanism 5, and the opening mechanism 5 can not force the cloth without curling to be opened. When the both ends of cloth guide rod 8 all set up in adjusting the lower constant head tank 72 of support 7, the top surface of cloth guide rod 8 is not higher than the top surface of mat surface area 53, can be the same with the top surface height of mat surface area 53, also can be slightly less than the top surface height of mat surface area 53, when the turn-up of cloth side is opened to opening mechanism 5, cloth guide rod 8 can play the supporting role to the cloth that is located between two opening mechanism 5, avoids the cloth to sink. In the specific implementation, a supporting rod 9 is further arranged between the two opening mechanisms 5, the top surface of the supporting rod 9 is as high as the top surface of the rough surface belt 53, and the supporting rod can continuously provide support for the cloth between the two opening mechanisms 5 to prevent the cloth from collapsing.
In summary, the present invention is advantageous in that,
1. the single motor is adopted to drive the two opening mechanisms, the device is low in cost, the motor speed can be adjusted according to different fabric curling degrees, and the flexibility is higher;
2. the rough surface belt has strong friction, and the outer side end is higher than the inner side end, so that the rough surface belt can better contact the fabric and open the fabric turned edge to the maximum extent;
3. the height of the cloth guide rod is adjusted by arranging the adjusting bracket with the upper positioning groove and the lower positioning groove, so that the problem that part of cloth is not curled but must pass through an opening mechanism is solved.
