Referring to fig. 2 and 12, the transverse sealing mechanism 9 includes a supporting plate 55 mounted on the frame 1, bearing seats 58 are mounted at two ends of an upper side of the supporting plate 55, a linear guide rod 57 penetrates through the bearing seats 58, one end of the linear guide rod 57 is fixedly connected with a driving seat 56, the other end of the linear guide rod 57 is fixedly connected with a first transverse sealing roller seat 59, a first transverse sealing roller 61 is mounted on the first transverse sealing roller seat 59 through a fourth cylinder 60, a second transverse sealing roller seat 63 is arranged at one side of the first transverse sealing roller seat 59, the second transverse sealing roller seat 63 is sleeved on the linear guide rod 57, a second transverse sealing roller 64 corresponding to the first transverse sealing roller 61 is arranged at one side of the second transverse sealing roller seat 63, a pushing frame 62 is fixedly mounted at the other side of the second transverse sealing roller seat, a transmission lead screw 65 penetrates through the pushing frame 62, and a rear end of the transmission lead screw 65 passes through the driving seat 56 and is connected with a driving motor; through the rotation of transmission lead screw 65 for the pushing frame 62 back-and-forth movement, fourth cylinder 60 drives first horizontal sealing roller 61 back-and-forth movement simultaneously, makes second horizontal sealing roller 64 and first horizontal sealing roller 61 cooperate and carries out the horizontal sealing of bottom to bag body 11.
The packaging structure of the embodiment is a vertical structure, and the occupied space is relatively small.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the packaging film on the packaging film roll 13 is conveyed through the film conveying mechanism 2, the packaging film is coded in the process, the packaging film is conveyed to the lapel former 5 to be lapled, the packaging film is automatically rolled into a cylindrical shape and wraps the lower part of the vacuumizing pipe 28, then the side surface of the cylindrical packaging film is longitudinally sealed through the longitudinal sealing mechanism 7, after the completion, the cylindrical packaging film falls down along the pipe wall of the vacuumizing pipe 28, the transverse sealing mechanism 9 firstly seals the bottom of the cylindrical packaging film to form a bag body 11, the bag body 11 further falls onto a tray, then a material conveyor performs blanking, the vacuumizing pipe 28 performs vacuumizing simultaneously in the blanking process, the inside of the bag body 11 is pre-exhausted, after the blanking is completed, the bag body 11 is clamped by the bag clamping mechanism 8, and the auxiliary exhausting pipe groove 47 is evacuated to form the auxiliary exhausting pipe 32, the position of centre gripping makes bag body 11 form encapsulated situation, and supplementary bleed pipeline 32 lasts the evacuation, and horizontal seal mechanism 9 can transversely seal in supplementary bleed pipeline 32 position once, forms first packing product, because first packing product has been accomplished, and horizontal seal has been accomplished to the bottom of second bag body 11, and bag body 11 continues to fall along the pipe wall of evacuation material pipe 28 and carries out the next product packaging.

Claims (10)

1. A vertical film sealing and packaging machine, which comprises a frame (1) and a film conveying mechanism (2) arranged on one side of the frame (1), a lapel former arranged at the other side of the frame (1) and a vacuum-pumping material pipe (28) arranged in the lapel former (5) in a penetrating way, the film conveying mechanism (2) is used for conveying the packaging film to a lapel former to form a bag body (11), it is characterized in that the lapel former (5) comprises a lapel seat (500) arranged on the frame (1), the collar turning seat (500) is provided with a collar turning device (27), the vacuumizing material pipe (28) is arranged in the collar turning device (27) in a penetrating way, the upper end of the vacuumizing material pipe (28) is connected with a stock bin (3), the lower end of the vacuumizing material pipe (28) extends into the bag body (11) for blanking and vacuumizing, an upper bag clamping mechanism (8) used for clamping the bag body (11) and preventing the bag body (11) from leaking air is arranged below the vacuumizing material pipe (28).

The vertical film sealing and packaging machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the vacuum tube (28) comprises an outer tube (30) penetrating the collar turning device (27) and a filter screen tube (31) inserted into the outer tube (30), and a material conveyor connected with the bin (3) is arranged in the filter screen tube (31) in a penetrating manner.

The vertical film sealing and packaging machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that an auxiliary air suction pipeline (32) penetrates between the collar turner (27) and the outer tube (30), the upper end of the auxiliary air suction pipeline (32) is communicated with the vacuum port (26), and the lower end of the auxiliary air suction pipeline (32) extends downwards relative to the outer tube (30).

The vertical film sealing and packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the film conveying mechanism (2) comprises a film conveying frame (12), a packaging film roll (13) is arranged at the lower end of the film conveying frame (12), a pressing wheel frame (14) arranged on the film conveying frame (12) is arranged above the packaging film roll (13), a driving pressing wheel (15) used for pressing the packaging film roll (13) is arranged on the pressing wheel frame (14), a film passing swinging mechanism used for adjusting the conveying tension of the packaging film roll is arranged above the pressing wheel frame (14), a coding machine (18) used for coding the packaging film roll is arranged at the upper part of the film conveying frame (12), a first packaging film roll pressing wheel (19) is arranged at the upper end of the coding machine (18), a color code sensor (20) is arranged behind the coding machine (18), a second packaging film roll pressing wheel (21) is arranged at the upper end of the color code sensor (20), a first rotary encoder (22) which is contacted with the packaging roll film is arranged at the rear part of the color mark sensor (20), a guide frame (23) which corresponds to the lapel former is arranged below the first rotary encoder (22), and a guide wheel (24) which is used for conveying the packaging roll film to the lapel former is arranged on the guide frame (23).

The vertical film sealing and packaging machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the film passing swing mechanism comprises a roller frame (16), a rotating shaft is connected to the upper end of the roller frame (16), the two ends of the rotating shaft are mounted on the film conveying frame (12) through bearings, a second rotary encoder (25) is further connected to one end of the rotating shaft, and at least two guide rollers (17) are arranged on the roller frame (16).

The vertical film sealing and packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a longitudinal sealing mechanism (7) mounted on the frame (1) is arranged on the front side below the collar turning device (27), the longitudinal sealing mechanism (7) comprises two longitudinal sealing connecting seats (33), an adjusting rod (34) is fixedly mounted at the upper ends of the two longitudinal sealing connecting seats (33), a cross frame (35) is mounted at the front end of the adjusting rod (34) in a clamping manner, a first air cylinder (36) is mounted on the cross frame (35), the air cylinder shaft of the first air cylinder (36) corresponds to the vacuum pumping material pipe (28), and a longitudinal sealing roller (37) is mounted on the air cylinder shaft.

The vertical film sealing and packaging machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a film passing mechanism (6) is arranged on the rear side below the collar turning device (27), the film passing mechanism (6) comprises a servo motor (38) installed on the machine frame (1), two steering gears (39) are connected in series with an output shaft of the servo motor (38), output ends of the two steering gears (39) are respectively connected with a gear box (42) through a universal coupling (43), the two gear boxes are respectively arranged on two sides below the collar turning device (27), the two gear boxes are slidably installed on a sliding rail (40) through a sliding block (41), the sliding rail (40) is installed on the machine frame (1), output ends of the two gear boxes are both connected with two belt pulleys (44), and the two belt pulleys (44) are connected through a film pulling belt (45).

The vertical film sealing and packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a transverse sealing mechanism (9) is arranged below the upper bag clamping mechanism (8), the upper bag clamping mechanism (8) comprises a bag clamping frame (46) mounted on the frame (1), guide rods (48) are arranged at two ends in the bag clamping frame (46), a sliding frame (49) and a first clamping hand (50) are respectively sleeved on the guide rods (48), two ends of the sliding frame (49) and the first clamping hand (50) are connected through a connecting rod (51), a second clamping hand (52) sleeved on the guide rods (48) is arranged between the sliding frame (49) and the first clamping hand (50), the first clamping hand (50) and the second clamping hand (52) are respectively provided with corresponding auxiliary air suction pipe grooves (47), a second air cylinder (53) and a third air cylinder (54) are arranged at the rear end of the bag clamping frame (46), the cylinder shaft of the second cylinder (53) is connected with the sliding frame (49), and the cylinder shaft of the third cylinder (54) is connected with the second clamping hand (52).
