s5, overturning of the overturning supporting plate mechanism: the whole overturning supporting plate mechanism 12 is overturned in the abdominal cavity at the lower part of the H-shaped steel I1 through an overturning hinge mechanism.

the roller guide fixing mechanism (30) comprises two section steels which are in a parallel state and are provided with intervals, namely an H-shaped steel I (1) and an H-shaped steel II (2), and 2 connecting baffles (3) are fixedly connected to the two section steels in a manner of being perpendicular to the two section steels and respectively close to the two ends of the two section steels; the connecting baffle (3) is of an upper-lower structure and comprises an upper baffle (31) and a lower connecting plate (32), the upper baffle (31) protrudes out of the surface of an upper wing plate of the two section steels, a guide beam accommodating groove (33) is reserved in the middle of the upper baffle (31), the lower connecting plate (32) is matched with the shape of an abdominal cavity formed between the two section steels, and an H-shaped steel wing plate accommodating groove (34) is reserved between the upper baffle (31) and the lower connecting plate (32);
a guide beam (101) of the roller guide (10) is inserted into the guide beam accommodating groove (33); after the opening of the opening cushion block (40) avoids the bolt between the pressure plate (106) and the guide fixing frame (102), the opening cushion block (40) is inserted between the pressure plate (106) and the guide fixing frame (102), and a gap (100) is formed between the pressure plate (106) and the guide cross beam (101); the hydraulic jack (20) is tightly pressed on the pressure plate (106) through a mandril (201) of the hydraulic jack.

The heavy H-shaped steel roller guide and guard beam dismounting platform device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a turnover supporting plate mechanism (12), wherein the turnover supporting plate mechanism (12) comprises a jack base plate (122), a jack baffle plate (121) vertically arranged on the upper surface of one end perpendicular to the width direction of the jack base plate (122), and 2 turnover plate hinges (124) symmetrically arranged on the lower surface of the other end perpendicular to the width direction of the jack base plate (122) and at the two ends in the length direction; hinge holes are reserved on the hinge (124) of the turnover plate.

The heavy H-shaped steel roll guide and guard beam dismounting platform device as claimed in claim 2, wherein two wing plate grooves (11) are reserved on the upper left wing plate of the H-shaped steel I (1), and the specifications of the wing plate grooves (11) are arranged in cooperation with a jack base plate (122); turning support chain plates (7) are respectively and vertically fixed on the webs of the H-shaped steel I (1) at 2 right angles of each wing plate groove (11), and rotating shaft holes (71) are reserved on the turning support chain plates (7); the rotating shaft hole (71) is matched with a hinge hole reserved on the turnover plate hinge (124); the rotating shaft hole (71), the hinge hole and the rotating shaft passing through the rotating shaft hole (71) and the hinge hole form a turning hinge mechanism of the turning support plate mechanism (12); the specification of the wing plate groove (11) is matched with that of the jack bottom plate (122).

The heavy H-shaped steel roll guide and guard beam dismounting platform device according to claim 2, characterized in that a support rib plate (6) is connected between the outer side surface of the upper baffle plate (31) and wing plates of two shaped steel; and a jack rib plate (123) is fixedly connected between the jack baffle plate (121) and the jack base plate (122).

The heavy H-section steel roll guide beam disassembly platform assembly of claim 3, wherein the roll over shoe mechanism (12) further comprises a locating pin (125); positioning holes are reserved on the jack bottom plate (122) and the H-shaped steel I (1) and communicated with wing plate holes reserved on the right wing plate on the upper portion of the H-shaped steel I (1), and the positioning pin (125) penetrates through the positioning holes and the wing plate holes.

s1, fixing of the roller guide: the roller guide and guard (10) is lifted to the upper side of the roller guide and guard fixing mechanism (30) through a travelling crane, the travelling crane descends after a guide and guard cross beam (101) is aligned with a guide and guard cross beam accommodating groove (33), and the whole roller guide and guard (10) is placed into the guide and guard cross beam accommodating groove (33) through the guide and guard cross beam (101) and then fixed on the roller guide and guard fixing mechanism (30);
s2, inserting an opening cushion block: loosening bolts for fixing the pressing plate (106) and the guide cross beam (101) on the guide fixing frame (102), and inserting the opening cushion block (40) between the pressing plate (106) and the guide fixing frame (102) after the opening of the opening cushion block (40) avoids the bolts between the pressing plate (106) and the guide fixing frame (102), so that a gap (100) is formed between the pressing plate (106) and the guide cross beam (101);
s3, tightening of the hydraulic jack: the hydraulic jack (20) is arranged on a wing plate of the H-shaped steel I (1), and the hydraulic jack (20) is tightly propped against the pressure plate (106) through a mandril (201) of the hydraulic jack
S4, starting the hydraulic jack: and starting the hydraulic jack (20), and slowly pushing the guide fixing frame (102) to the right by the ejector rod (201) and deviating from the guide cross beam (101) to finish the relative separation of the guide fixing frame and the guide cross beam.
