本发明涉及体育用品领域,具体涉及一种减少损伤的运动鞋底,包括鞋大底、鞋中底弹性本体、填腹弹性本体;鞋中底弹性本体设置在鞋大底的顶面上,填腹弹性本体设置在鞋中底弹性本体上;鞋大底的顶面上设有凹坑。当鞋底受到冲击时,鞋中底弹性本体压迫鞋大底,部分鞋中底弹性本体进入凹坑,本发明一方面利用鞋大底、鞋中底弹性本体、填腹弹性本体的弹性缓冲冲击;另一方面应用凹坑中的气体缓冲冲击。所以本发明更优地吸收运动过程中的有害冲击,减少运动过程中的运动损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及体育用品领域,具体涉及一种减少损伤的运动鞋底。
背景技术
在步行或慢跑的过程中,脚后跟往往首先落地,承受了最大的压力。脚后跟受到冲击时容易造成各种运动损伤。虽然现有各种运动鞋中,采用多层弹性的设置减少了对脚后跟的力学冲击,但是效果差,对冲击的缓冲效果不够好。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明提供了一种减少损伤的运动鞋底,包括鞋大底、鞋中底弹性本体、填腹弹性本体;鞋中底弹性本体设置在鞋大底的顶面上,填腹弹性本体设置在鞋中底弹性本体上;鞋大底的顶面上设有凹坑。
更进一步地,鞋大底的底面设有防滑纹。
更进一步地,防滑纹的材料为橡胶。
更进一步地,鞋大底的材料为EVA材料。
更进一步地,鞋中底弹性本体的材料为EVA材料。
更进一步地,填腹弹性本体的材料为EVA材料。
更进一步地,鞋大底的硬度大于鞋中底弹性本体的硬度。
更进一步地,填腹弹性本体的硬度大于鞋中底弹性本体的硬度。
更进一步地,凹坑的形状为圆形或方形。
更进一步地,凹坑的顶部宽、底部窄。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供了一种减少损伤的运动鞋底,包括鞋大底、鞋中底弹性本体、填腹弹性本体;鞋中底弹性本体设置在鞋大底的顶面上,填腹弹性本体设置在鞋中底弹性本体上;鞋大底的顶面上设有凹坑。当鞋底受到冲击时,鞋中底弹性本体压迫鞋大底,部分鞋中底弹性本体进入凹坑,本发明一方面利用鞋大底、鞋中底弹性本体、填腹弹性本体的弹性缓冲冲击;另一方面应用凹坑中的气体缓冲冲击。所以本发明更优地吸收运动过程中的有害冲击,减少运动过程中的运动损伤。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下参照附图并举实施例,对本申请作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种减少损伤的运动鞋底,包括鞋大底1、鞋中底弹性本体2、填腹弹性本体3。图1是本发明运动鞋底的结构示意图。鞋中底弹性本体2设置在鞋大底1的顶面上,填腹弹性本体3设置在鞋中底弹性本体2上。填腹弹性本体3为轻质弹性材料。鞋大底1的顶面上设有凹坑4。凹坑4的形状为圆形或方形。优选地,凹坑4的形状为圆形。鞋大底1的底面设有防滑纹。防滑纹的形状为两种以上,以便于防止不同方向的滑动。防滑纹的材料为耐磨橡胶或橡胶玻璃纤维。鞋大底1、鞋中底弹性本体2、填腹弹性本体3的材料均为EVA材料。
当鞋底受到冲击时,鞋中底弹性本体2压迫鞋大底1,部分鞋中底弹性本体2材料进入凹坑4,本发明一方面利用鞋大底1、鞋中底弹性本体2、填腹弹性本体3本身的弹性缓冲冲击;另一方面应用凹坑4中的气体缓冲冲击。所以本发明更优地吸收运动过程中的有害冲击,减少运动过程中的运动损伤。
EVA是乙烯和醋酸共聚而成的,中文化学名称为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。与聚乙烯相比,EVA由于在分子链中引入醋酸乙烯单体,从而降低了高结晶度,提高了韧性、抗冲击性、填料相容性、化学耐腐蚀性和热密封性。在本发明中引入EVA材料有助于大幅度提升鞋底的抗冲击能力。
鞋大底1的硬度大于鞋中底弹性本体2的硬度,填腹弹性本体3的硬度大于鞋中底弹性本体2的硬度。它们三个的硬度从高到低依次为:鞋大底1、填腹弹性本体3、鞋中底弹性本体2。鞋大底1的硬度在48度附近,填腹弹性本体3的硬度在38度附近,鞋中底弹性本体2的硬度在32度附近。这样一来,不仅能够对冲击具有较好的缓冲能力,而且脚不易感受到鞋底的瘫软。
另外,本发明不仅采用凹坑4中的空气进行缓冲冲击,凹坑4还减少了鞋底的质量,使得鞋底更轻便。
另外,当鞋中底弹性本体2受到压力时,鞋中底弹性本体2部分地进入凹坑4,也就是说,鞋中底弹性本体2的材料进入到凹坑4内,从而导致鞋中底弹性本体2与鞋大底1更紧密的结合,鞋中底弹性本体2不易相对于鞋大底1产生滑动。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,如图2所示,鞋中底弹性本体2的底面设有突出部,突出部位于凹坑4上方。突出部的尺寸大于或等于凹坑4顶部的尺寸。这样一来,当受到冲击或压力时,鞋中底弹性本体2更多地进入到凹坑4内,对凹坑4内的气体造成更好的封堵,一方面提升了鞋底的缓冲冲击能力,另一方面鞋中底弹性本体2相对于鞋大底1更不易产生移动。
实施例3
在实施例2的基础上,凹坑4的顶部宽、底部窄。具体地,凹坑4的形状为圆柱形,凹坑4顶部的尺寸大,凹坑4底部的尺寸小。这样一来,在鞋中底弹性本体2受到压力时,鞋中底弹性本体2更容易进入凹坑,并且对凹坑4内气体压力改变更多,从而实现更优的缓冲冲击效果。
实施例4
在实施例3的基础上,在脚后跟的中部,凹坑4密;在脚后跟的边缘,凹坑4疏。这样一来,当受到冲击时,脚后跟的中部形变更多,更多的鞋中底弹性本体2材料进入凹坑4,鞋底结构更稳定,对脚来说,也更平稳。
实施例5
在实施例4的基础上,相邻凹坑4之间设有通孔,相邻凹坑4的尺寸或深度不同。通孔贯穿相邻的凹坑4。也就是说,通孔连通相邻的凹坑4。当鞋底受到冲击时,由于相邻凹坑4内的气压不同,从而在相邻凹坑4之间的通孔中形成气流,该气流延缓了凹坑4内气体到达平衡状态的时间,也就是增加了鞋底承受冲击的时间,从而减小了冲击力,提高了鞋底的安全性,当运动员突然受到冲击时,不易受到运动损伤。
更进一步地,通孔倾斜设置,这样一来,受到冲击时,通孔两端、相邻凹坑4中更容易形成压强差,更容易在通孔中形成气流,延缓了凹坑4中的气压达到平衡的时间,更多地减小了冲击力,提高了鞋底的安全性。

Claims (9)
1.一种减少损伤的运动鞋底,其特征在于,包括鞋大底、鞋中底弹性本体、填腹弹性本体;所述鞋中底弹性本体设置在所述鞋大底的顶面上,所述填腹弹性本体设置在所述鞋中底弹性本体上;所述鞋大底的顶面上设有凹坑;所述鞋中底弹性本体的底面设有突出部,所述突出部位于所述凹坑的上方;所述鞋大底的硬度大于所述鞋中底弹性本体的硬度;相邻所述凹坑的尺寸不同,相邻所述凹坑之间设有倾斜的通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的减少损伤的运动鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋大底的底面设有防滑纹。
3.如权利要求2所述的减少损伤的运动鞋底,其特征在于:所述防滑纹的材料为橡胶。
4.如权利要求1所述的减少损伤的运动鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋大底的材料为EVA材料。
5.如权利要求1所述的减少损伤的运动鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋中底弹性本体的材料为EVA材料。
6.如权利要求1所述的减少损伤的运动鞋底,其特征在于:所述填腹弹性本体的材料为EVA材料。
7.如权利要求1所述的减少损伤的运动鞋底,其特征在于:所述填腹弹性本体的硬度大于所述鞋中底弹性本体的硬度。
8.如权利要求7所述的减少损伤的运动鞋底,其特征在于:所述凹坑的形状为圆形或方形。
9.如权利要求7所述的减少损伤的运动鞋底,其特征在于:所述凹坑的顶部宽、底部窄。
