When the needle head is not inserted into the meat block or the needle head does not reach the depth of an expected value, the rotating block 14 seals the needle head; when the needle is inserted into the meat and reaches a certain depth, the rotary block 14 rotates for a certain angle under the extrusion of the meat, and the needle is communicated with liquid. In this way, a large amount of brine can be saved, leaving only the inside of the meat mass; the diffusion and the seepage of the saline water from inside to outside are realized in the true sense, and the brackish water outside and the bland water inside are avoided.
In the invention, the fine liquid outlet on the needle head main body 13 can discharge liquid, so that the blocking risk is reduced; the saline is evenly distributed along the path of needle insertion.
The invention realizes the combination of the two procedures of injection and tumbling, reduces the enterprise cost and reduces the production difficulty.
