技术领域
本发明涉及液化气贮存构造以及包含该液化气贮存构造的液化气搬运船。
背景技术
以往,公知有贮存LNG、液化氢等液化气的罐。例如,在专利文献1中公开了贮存液化氢的球形的罐搭载于船体的液化氢搬运船。
在该液化氢搬运船中,利用从船体的地板面立起的筒状的裙部对罐进行支承。另外,罐的外侧面被绝缘层全面覆盖。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
但是,在专利文献1所公开的液化氢搬运船中,存在从地板面通过裙部的向罐内的热侵入较大这样的问题。
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供能够减少从地板面向罐内的热侵入的液化气贮存构造以及包含该液化气贮存构造的液化气搬运船。
用于解决课题的手段
为了解决上述课题,本发明的一个方面的液化气贮存构造的特征在于,该液化气贮存构造具有:双层壳罐,其包含贮存液化气的球形的内槽和收纳所述内槽的外槽;第1支承部件,其从地板面立起而对所述外槽进行支承;以及第2支承部件,其在与所述第1支承部件不同的位置从所述外槽的内侧面立起而对所述内槽进行支承。
另外,本发明的液化气搬运船的特征在于,该液化气搬运船具有:船体;双层壳罐,其包含贮存液化气的球形的内槽和收纳所述内槽的外槽;第1支承部件,其从所述船体的地板面立起而对所述外槽进行支承;以及第2支承部件,其在与所述第1支承部件不同的位置从所述外槽的内侧面立起而对所述内槽进行支承。
根据上述的结构,从地板面至内槽的热侵入路径为第1支承部件、外槽中的第1支承部件与第2支承部件之间的部分以及第2支承部件。因此,能够确保沿着外槽的第1支承部件与第2支承部件的分离距离量和热侵入路径的长度。由此,能够减少从地板面向双层壳罐内的热侵入。
例如,也可以为,所述外槽为球形,所述第2支承部件是与所述内槽接合的筒状的裙部,所述第1支承部件是与所述外槽接合的筒状的裙部。
也可以为,所述第2支承部件包含与所述内槽相同的材质的上部、与所述外槽相同的材质的下部以及导热率比所述内槽和所述外槽低的材质的中间部。根据该结构,能够容易地将第2支承部件与内槽和外槽接合,并且能够利用第2支承部件的中间部阻碍通过第2支承部件的热传导。
例如,也可以为,所述内槽和所述第2支承部件的上部的材质与所述外槽和所述第2支承部件的下部的材质相同。
也可以为,在上下方向上,所述第2支承部件的所述上部和所述下部的各自的长度比所述中间部的长度短。根据该结构,与上部、中间部以及下部的长度相同的情况相比,能够进一步减少向双层壳罐内的热侵入。
也可以为,所述地板面是船体的地板面,所述第1支承部件包含与所述外槽相同的材质的上部、与所述船体相同的材质的下部以及导热率比所述外槽和所述船体低的材质的中间部。根据该结构,能够容易地将第1支承部件与外槽和船体接合,并且能够利用第1支承部件的中间部阻碍通过第1支承部件的热传导。
也可以为,在所述内槽与所述外槽之间的空间中填充有所述液化气气化而成的蒸发气体。在内槽与外槽之间的空间中填充有气体的情况下,存在根据贮存于内槽的液化气的温度,气体在内槽与外槽之间液化或者固化的可能性,但如果该气体是蒸发气体,则能够防止内槽与外槽之间的气体的液化或者固化。
例如,也可以为,上述液化气贮存构造还具有隔热件,该隔热件填塞于所述内槽与所述外槽之间的空间,覆盖所述内槽的外侧面和所述外槽的内侧面。
也可以为,上述液化气贮存构造还具有覆盖所述外槽的外侧面的隔热件。根据该结构,与外槽的外侧面未被隔热件覆盖的情况相比,能够减小从内槽至外槽的距离,换言之能够减小外槽的直径。
另外,本发明的另一方面的液化气贮存构造的特征在于,该液化气贮存构造具有:双层壳罐,其包含贮存液化气的球形的内槽和收纳所述内槽的外槽;以及支承部件,其从所述外槽的内侧面立起而对所述内槽进行支承,所述支承部件包含与所述内槽相同的材质的上部、与所述外槽相同的材质的下部以及导热率比所述内槽和所述外槽低的材质的中间部。
根据上述结构,能够容易地将支承部件与内槽和外槽接合。而且,能够利用支承部件的中间部阻碍通过支承部件的热传导,因此能够减少向双层壳罐内的热侵入。
例如,也可以为,所述内槽和所述支承部件的上部的材质与所述外槽和所述支承部件的下部的材质相同。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够减少从地板面向双层壳罐内的热侵入。

具体实施方式
图1示出包含本发明的一个实施方式的液化气贮存构造的液化气搬运船1。该液化气搬运船1包含船体11、搭载于船体11的双层壳罐2以及与船体11一起在双层壳罐2的周围形成保持空间13的罐罩12。
在本实施方式中,在保持空间13中填充有氮气。但是,也可以在保持空间13中填充干燥空气,还可以填充推进用发动机的废气。
双层壳罐2包含贮存液化气的内槽3和收纳内槽3的外槽4。例如,液化气是LNG、液化氮、液化氢、液化氦等。
内槽3为球形。内槽3不需要一定为球对称,也可以是近似于球对称的形状。例如,内槽3也可以是与球对称相比从内槽3的中心向上45度的角度方向和/或向下45度的角度方向鼓起的形状。或者,内槽3也可以是在上半球体与下半球体之间夹着较短的筒状体的形状。
在本实施方式中,外槽4也为球形。外槽4的中心与内槽3的中心一致。与内槽3相同,外槽4也不需要一定为球对称,也可以是近似于球对称的形状。例如,与内槽3相同,外槽4也可以是与球对称相比从外槽4的中心向上45度的角度方向和/或向下45度的角度方向鼓起的形状。或者,外槽4也可以是在上半球体与下半球体之间夹着较短的筒状体的形状。
在本实施方式中,外槽4的材质与内槽3的材质相同。但是,外槽4的材质与内槽3的材质也可以不同。
在内槽3与外槽4之间的空间中填塞有第1隔热件7。第1隔热件7全面地覆盖外槽4的内侧面和内槽3的外侧面。此外,外槽4的外侧面被第2隔热件8全面地覆盖。
第1隔热件7例如可以是由聚氨酯(PU)、酚醛树脂(PF)等树脂构成的发泡体,也可以是珠光体、玻璃中空体等粒状体,还可以是玻璃棉等无机纤维。
第2隔热件8例如是由聚氨酯、酚醛树脂等树脂构成的发泡体。如上所述,由于在保持空间13中填充有氮气,因此在第2隔热件8是发泡体的情况下,氮气从保持空间13侵入到第2隔热件8内,第2隔热件8内的空隙被氮气填充。另外,也可以从气体产生装置(未图示)向第2隔热件8提供氮气。另外,在保持空间13中填充有干燥空气的情况下,也可以在第2隔热件8内的空隙中填充有干燥空气。
在本实施方式中,在内槽3与外槽4之间的空间中填充有内槽3内的液化气气化而成的蒸发气体。但是,也可以在内槽3与外槽4之间的空间中填充有在内槽3内的液化气的温度下不液化的其他气体。或者,内槽3与外槽4之间的空间也可以为真空。
作为向内槽3与外槽4之间的空间填充蒸发气体的方法,能够采用各种方法。例如,也可以在内槽3的上部设置连通孔。或者,虽然省略了图示,但也可以在将蒸发气体从内槽3向其他设备引导的移送管上设置分支管,并使该分支管的前端在内槽3与外槽4之间开口。
在船体11的地板面11a与外槽4之间配置有第1支承部件6,在外槽4与内槽3之间配置有第2支承部件5。第1支承部件6从地板面11a立起而对外槽4进行支承,第2支承部件5在与第1支承部件6不同的位置从外槽4的内侧面立起而对内槽3进行支承。
在本实施方式中,第1支承部件6和第2支承部件5均为以铅垂方向为轴向的筒状的裙部。第1支承部件6的上端与外槽4的赤道部(位于距外槽4的铅垂中心线最远的最大直径部分)接合。同样地,第2支承部件5的上端与内槽3的赤道部(位于距内槽3的铅垂中心线最远的最大直径部分)接合。
如图2所示,第1支承部件6包含上部61、中间部62以及下部63。在图例中,在上下方向上,上部61、中间部62以及下部63的长度相同,但它们的长度能够适当变更。
上部61由与外槽4相同的材质(例如铝)构成,下部63由与船体11相同的材质(例如碳钢)构成。中间部62由导热率比外槽4和船体11低的材质(例如不锈钢)构成。虽然省略了图示,但在上部61与中间部62之间以及中间部62与下部63之间设置有相异材料接头。但是,中间部62可以由与船体11相同的材质构成,也可以由与外槽4相同的材质构成。
同样地,第2支承部件5包含上部51、中间部52以及下部53。在图例中,在上下方向上,上部51和下部53各自的长度比中间部52的长度短,但它们的长度能够适当变更。
上部51由与内槽3相同的材质(例如铝)构成,下部53由与外槽4相同的材质(如上所述,例如铝)构成。中间部52由导热率比内槽3和外槽4低的材质(例如不锈钢)构成。虽然省略了图示,但在上部51与中间部52之间以及中间部52与下部53之间设置有相异材料接头。但是,第2支承部件5的上部51、中间部52以及下部53也可以一体化,第2支承部件5也可以从上部51至下部53由导热性较低的材质(例如不锈钢)构成。
如以上说明的那样,在本实施方式的液化气贮存构造中,从地板面11a至内槽3的热侵入路径为第1支承部件6、外槽4中的第1支承部件6与第2支承部件5之间的部分以及第2支承部件5。因此,能够确保沿着外槽4的第1支承部件6与第2支承部件5的分离距离量以及热侵入路径的长度。由此,能够减少从地板面11a向双层壳罐2内的热侵入。
另外,在本实施方式中,由于第2支承部件5的上部51和下部53分别由与内槽3和外槽4相同的材质构成,因此能够容易地将第2支承部件5与内槽3和外槽4接合。而且,由于第2支承部件5的中间部52的导热率比上部51和下部53的导热率低,因此能够利用该中间部52阻碍通过第2支承部件5的热传导。
而且,在本实施方式中,由于第2支承部件5的上部51和下部53各自的长度比中间部52的长度短,因此与上部51、中间部52以及下部53的长度相同的情况相比,能够进一步减少向双层壳罐2内的热侵入。
此外,在本实施方式中,第1支承部件6的上部61和下部63分别由与外槽4和船体11相同的材质构成,因此能够容易地将第1支承部件6与外槽4和船体11接合。而且,由于第1支承部件6的中间部62的导热率比上部61和下部63的导热率低,因此能够利用该中间部62阻碍通过第1支承部件6的热传导。
另外,在本实施方式中,在内槽3与外槽4之间的空间中填充有蒸发气体。在内槽3与外槽4之间的空间中填充有气体的情况下,存在根据贮存于内槽3的液化气的温度,气体在内槽3与外槽4之间液化或者固化的可能性,但如本实施方式那样,如果该气体是蒸发气体,则能够防止内槽3与外槽4之间的气体的液化或者固化。
(变形例)
本发明并不限定于上述的实施方式,能够在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内进行各种变形。
例如,本发明的液化气贮存构造不需要一定包含在液化气搬运船1中,也可以包含在陆地设备中。即,第1支承部件6立起的地板面也可以是地面。
另外,在内槽3与外槽4之间的空间中不需要一定填塞有第1隔热件7。例如,在内槽3与外槽4之间的空间为真空的情况下,也可以仅内槽3的外侧面被交替层叠有辐射屏蔽膜和间隔件的层叠真空隔热件覆盖。
此外,外槽4的外侧面不需要一定被第2隔热件8覆盖,也可以如图3所示那样露出。但是,在该情况下,需要增大从内槽3至外槽4的距离来确保隔热性能。与此相对,如果像上述实施方式那样外槽4的外侧面被第2隔热件8覆盖,则与外槽4的外侧面未被第2隔热件8覆盖的情况相比,能够减小从内槽3至外槽4的距离,换言之能够减小外槽4的直径。
另外,外槽4不需要一定为球形,例如也可以为图4所示的形状。
另外,第1支承部件6和第2支承部件5不需要一定是筒状的裙部。例如,第1支承部件6和第2支承部件5也可以分别由多个支柱构成。在该情况下,也可以为,第1支承部件6和第2支承部件5位于同一圆周上,构成第1支承部件6的支柱和构成第2支承部件5的支柱沿周向交替配置。

Claims (12)
1.一种液化气贮存构造,其具有:
双层壳罐,其包含贮存液化气的球形的内槽和收纳所述内槽的外槽;
第1支承部件,其从地板面立起而对所述外槽进行支承;以及
第2支承部件,其在与所述第1支承部件不同的位置从所述外槽的内侧面立起而对所述内槽进行支承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液化气贮存构造,其中,
所述外槽为球形,
所述第2支承部件是与所述内槽接合的筒状的裙部,
所述第1支承部件是与所述外槽接合的筒状的裙部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液化气贮存构造,其中,
所述第2支承部件包含与所述内槽相同的材质的上部、与所述外槽相同的材质的下部以及导热率比所述内槽和所述外槽低的材质的中间部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液化气贮存构造,其中,
所述内槽和所述第2支承部件的上部的材质与所述外槽和所述第2支承部件的下部的材质相同。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的液化气贮存构造,其中,
在上下方向上,所述第2支承部件的所述上部和所述下部的各自的长度比所述中间部的长度短。
6.根据权利要求1至5中的任意一项所述的液化气贮存构造,其中,
所述地板面是船体的地板面,
所述第1支承部件包含与所述外槽相同的材质的上部、与所述船体相同的材质的下部以及导热率比所述外槽和所述船体低的材质的中间部。
7.根据权利要求1至6中的任意一项所述的液化气贮存构造,其中,
在所述内槽与所述外槽之间的空间中填充有所述液化气气化而成的蒸发气体。
8.根据权利要求1至7中的任意一项所述的液化气贮存构造,其中,
该液化气贮存构造还具有隔热件,该隔热件填塞于所述内槽与所述外槽之间的空间,覆盖所述内槽的外侧面和所述外槽的内侧面。
9.根据权利要求1至8中的任意一项所述的液化气贮存构造,其中,
该液化气贮存构造还具有覆盖所述外槽的外侧面的隔热件。
10.一种液化气搬运船,其具有:
船体;
双层壳罐,其包含贮存液化气的球形的内槽和收纳所述内槽的外槽;
第1支承部件,其从所述船体的地板面立起而对所述外槽进行支承;以及
第2支承部件,其在与所述第1支承部件不同的位置从所述外槽的内侧面立起而对所述内槽进行支承。
11.一种液化气贮存构造,其具有:
双层壳罐,其包含贮存液化气的球形的内槽和收纳所述内槽的外槽;以及
支承部件,其从所述外槽的内侧面立起而对所述内槽进行支承,
所述支承部件包含与所述内槽相同的材质的上部、与所述外槽相同的材质的下部以及导热率比所述内槽和所述外槽低的材质的中间部。
12.根据权利要求11所述的液化气贮存构造,其中,
所述内槽和所述支承部件的上部的材质与所述外槽和所述支承部件的下部的材质相同。
