Abstract
The invention discloses a fire-fighting digital file acquisition system, relates to the technical field of digital files, and solves the technical problem of fire-fighting digital file acquisition; the weighing module is used for weighing and auditing the paper file; the weighing and auditing method comprises the following steps: weighing the weight of each sheet of paper of the paper file to generate a weighing form; scanning and weighing the paper file to generate a scanning form; comparing the weight of the same sheet of paper in the weighing form with that of the same sheet of paper in the scanning form, and when all the sheets of the paper file are qualified, passing weighing verification; transmitting the scanned image to an information identification module; the information identification module is used for generating an electronic version file and collecting electronic version file input information; then, the input information, the electronic version file and the scanned image are sent to an auditing module; the auditing module is used for forming an electronic version modification file and sending the electronic version modification file to the modification module; and the modification module is used for modifying the electronic version modification file and generating a digital file. Background
Because of the specificity of fire-fighting work, paper files generated on the fire-fighting work site are easy to be contaminated by pollutants such as water, soil and the like, if the files are directly recorded in a mode of scanning, the files can be contaminated during calling and checking, the phenomenon of unclear scanning images can occur, and at the moment, the original is also possibly polluted due to overlong time, so that the original is unclear. The standard database of the ink powder and the standard database of the ink powder are established by a big data method, and the database is established by acquiring the weights of the ink powder or the ink with different color depths in unit area of various models.
The method includes the steps that the weighing form is identical to the scanning form in sequence, the weight of the same page of paper in the weighing form is compared with that of the same page of paper in the scanning form, the absolute value C of the difference between the weighing weight and the scanning weight value of the same page of paper is obtained, when the C is larger than or equal to a set threshold value, paper offset is judged, paper is unqualified, and when the C is smaller than the set threshold value, the paper passes through qualification; it should be noted that, only when the weighing audit of each page of paper is passed, the weighing audit of the paper file is passed; and after the weighing verification is finished, sending back the file which does not pass the weighing verification, sending a scanning image of the paper file which passes the weighing verification to an information identification module, rejecting the paper file which does not pass the weighing verification, marking unqualified paper, and re-carrying out the weighing verification after the corresponding paper in the paper file is required to be replenished until the weighing verification is qualified.
And the information identification module is used for carrying out character identification, form identification and image identification on the scanned image and obtaining character information, form information and picture information in the file. And converting the text information, the picture information and the table information into a uniform format, generating an electronic version file, and collecting the file name, the file time, the file number and the attachment in the electronic version file to generate input information. And then, the input information, the electronic version file and the scanning image are sent to an auditing module for auditing.

And the auditing module is used for auditing the electronic version file, generating an electronic version modification file, and then sending the electronic version modification file to the modification module for corresponding modification.
The modification module is used for modifying the electronic version modification file and generating a digital file, the modification module can be an intelligent terminal of a file auditor, and after the electronic version file modification is finished, the digital file is generated and sent to the storage module; and packaging the digital file, the electronic version modification file, the paper file and the scanned picture to generate an archive file.
And the storage module is used for storing the archive files.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: according to the invention, the paper file is actually weighed and scanned and weighed, the weight of the ink powder and the ink on the surface of the paper file is calculated, the scanning weight is obtained by combining the weight of standard paper, the scanning weight is compared with the actual weight, and when the absolute value of the weight difference is larger than a set threshold value, the surface or paper stains are judged to be too much, and the file storage standard is not met.
