All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a hanging type air conditioner, which includes a cabinet 1, a first cross flow fan 21, a second cross flow fan 22, and a tray 3.
The casing 1 is provided with an air outlet 11, and the first cross flow fan 21 and the second cross flow fan 22 are installed in the casing 1 and are respectively opposite to the left half part and the right half part of the air outlet 11. Tray 3 is installed outside casing 1 and is located the below of air outlet 11, and tray 3 is used for placing the article of waiting to refrigerate. And in the state that the hanging type air conditioner works in a cold storage mode, the first cross flow fan and the second cross flow fan blow out wind with different temperatures.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the casing 1 is long, and when the hanging air conditioner is installed on a wall surface, the casing 1 is horizontally arranged along the length direction, and the back surface thereof is tightly attached to the wall. An air inlet 16 is arranged above the machine shell 1, an air outlet 11 is arranged below the machine shell, and the length directions of the air inlet 16 and the air outlet 11 are also horizontally arranged. The air inlet 16 is provided with grids, the air outlet 11 is provided with a baffle plate 12, and the baffle plate 12 is opened when the hanging type air conditioner operates.
As shown in fig. 2, an air duct casing 15 is installed inside the casing 1, and the air duct casing 15 is in the form of a long arc plate, and is horizontally disposed in the longitudinal direction thereof. As shown in fig. 3, the first and second cross flow fans 21 and 22 are installed on the left and right sides of the duct case 15, respectively, in a horizontal direction. Alternatively, the first crossflow fan 21 and the second crossflow fan 22 are coaxially disposed.
The left half part of the air inlet 16, the left half part of the air duct shell 15, the first through-flow fan 21 and the left half part of the air outlet 11 form a first air duct together; the right half of the air inlet 16, the right half of the air duct shell 15, the second cross-flow fan 22 and the right half of the air outlet 11 form a second air duct together, the first air duct and the second air duct extend along the horizontal direction and are arranged along the horizontal direction, the air flow directions are all arc surfaces flowing through the air duct shell 15 from the air inlet 16, heat exchange is carried out with an evaporator of the hanging air conditioner in the process, and then the air is blown out from the air outlet 11.
It can be understood that when the rotation speeds of the first cross flow fan 21 and the second cross flow fan 22 are different, the air intake speeds of the left half portion and the right half portion of the air inlet 16 are different, and the time for the air in the first air duct and the second air duct to exchange heat with the evaporator is different, the temperatures of the air blown out from the left half portion and the right half portion of the air outlet 11 are different.
It is understood that the first cross flow fan 21 may be installed at the right side of the air duct casing 15, and the second cross flow fan 22 may be installed at the left side of the air duct casing 15, which is not limited by the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the hanging type air conditioner further includes a tray 3, and the tray 3 is installed at the lower side of the outside of the cabinet 1 with its panel facing the outlet 11. The tray 3 can be used for placing the objects to be refrigerated, such as food needing to be stored at low temperature, or electronic products needing to dissipate heat quickly.
When the hanging type air conditioner works in the cold storage mode, one of the first and second cross flow fans 21 and 22 can blow out cooling air for adjusting the room temperature, and the other blows out low-temperature air for refrigerating articles to the tray 3, wherein the temperature of the low-temperature air is lower than that of the cooling air.
For example, in one embodiment, the first through-flow fan 21 has a low rotation speed, the air output of the first air duct is low, and the heat exchange between the air and the evaporator is more thorough, so that the first air duct blows out low-temperature air at 10 ℃; the second cross flow fan 22 has a high rotation speed, and the second air duct blows cooling air at 26 ℃. Therefore, the goods on the tray 3 can realize common refrigeration requirements under the low-temperature environment of about 10 ℃, the indoor temperature approaches 26 ℃, and the cold storage tray is suitable for the user to feel.
It should be noted that, because a temperature range suitable for a human body needs to be considered, the current air conditioner usually limits the minimum outlet air temperature, for example, the minimum outlet air temperature is 16 ℃. The hanging air conditioner provided by the invention can blow out low-temperature air far lower than the temperature required by adjusting the room temperature by arranging the first cross flow fan 21 and the second cross flow fan 22, so that the hanging air conditioner can be matched with the tray 3 to realize the refrigeration function, and the refrigeration effect of the evaporator is fully utilized. Because the low-temperature air is extremely low in temperature, the required air inlet amount is small, and the indoor temperature cannot be too low by controlling the temperature range of the refrigerating air.
On the basis of the above-described embodiments, specifically, in one embodiment, in a state where the wall-hung air conditioner is operated in the cold storage mode, one of the first cross flow fan 21 and the second cross flow fan 22 blows air at 5 ℃ to 10 ℃, and the other blows air at 16 ℃ to 30 ℃. Namely, the low-temperature air can be adjusted within the range of 5-10 ℃, the refrigerating air can be adjusted within the range of 16-30 ℃, and the specific temperature of the low-temperature air and the refrigerating air can be adjusted within a controllable range by a user according to specific requirements.
In another embodiment, the low temperature wind is adjusted in the range of 2 ℃ to 4 ℃.
Optionally, a noise reduction device is further installed in the hanging type air conditioner, and the noise reduction device plays a role in reducing noise when the temperature of low-temperature air is low and the working noise of the hanging type air conditioner is large.
On the basis of the above embodiments, optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the tray 3 is installed on the casing 1 in a liftable manner.
For example, in one embodiment, the tray 3 includes a connecting rod 31 and a tray body 32, a rack section 311 is disposed at a first end of the connecting rod 31, the rack section 311 is in transmission connection with the gear device 14 in the housing 1, a second end of the connecting rod 31 is exposed out of the housing 1, and the second end of the connecting rod 31 is fixedly connected with the tray body 32.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the tray body 32 is a rectangular plate, and the length thereof matches with the air outlet 11. The second ends of the connecting rods 31 are fixedly connected to the two ends of the tray body 32, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2, the first end of the connecting rod 31 is inserted into the housing 1, and the rack segment 311 thereon is in transmission connection with the gear device 14 in the housing 1. By the control gear device 14 rotating, the rack segment 311 moves up and down within the housing 1, so that the tray body 32 approaches or moves away from the air outlet 11 with the movement of the connecting rod 31.
For another example, in another embodiment, the first end of the connecting rod 31 is provided with a ball screw section, the first end of the connecting rod 31 is inserted into the casing 1, the ball screw section thereon is in screw transmission connection with a screw nut in the casing 1, and the ball screw section is moved up and down in the casing 1 by controlling the screw nut to rotate, so that the tray body 32 is close to or far from the air outlet 11 along with the movement of the connecting rod 31.
For another example, in another embodiment, the connecting rod 31 is fixedly installed outside the casing 1, the connecting rod 31 is a telescopic rod, and the tray 3 is installed outside the casing 1 in a manner of being lifted and lowered by the telescopic of the connecting rod 31.
Through setting up installing in casing 1 of tray 3 liftable, the user can be according to the specific volume of waiting to refrigerate article and demand temperature control tray 3's height, adjusts the distance of waiting to refrigerate article to air outlet 11 on the tray 3, makes cold-stored function more nimble.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the tray 3 is optionally a foldable tray. For example, the tray 3 is a corrugated plate, and the width of the tray 3 is changed by manually stretching by a user; or the tray 3 comprises a first tray body and a second tray body, the second tray body is hinged to the first tray body and covers the first tray body, and a user can unfold the second tray body to the same horizontal plane of the first tray body by turning the second tray body, so that the width of the tray 3 is changed. Thereby, the storage area of the tray body 32 is flexibly changed.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the tray 3 is optionally provided with the vent holes 321.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of waist-shaped hole-shaped vent holes 321 arranged in an array are formed in the tray body 32, so as to facilitate the circulation of low-temperature air. It is understood that the vent holes 321 may have various shapes such as a circle, a square, etc., and the arrangement and density of the vent holes 321 may have other forms, which is not limited in the present invention.
Based on the above embodiments, optionally, in some embodiments of the invention, the hanging air conditioner further includes a partition board, the partition board is installed at the air outlet 11, so that the air outlet 11 forms a first air outlet and a second air outlet, the first cross flow fan 21 is opposite to the first air outlet, and the second cross flow fan 22 is opposite to the second air outlet.
Specifically, the partition plate is installed in the middle of the air outlet 11, and the air outlet 11 is longitudinally partitioned into a first air outlet and a second air outlet. The partition plate can also extend to a position between the first cross flow fan 21 and the second cross flow fan 22, so that the first air duct and the second air duct are further partitioned, the mixing of low-temperature air and refrigerating air is reduced, and the refrigerating effect is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, in an embodiment, the length of the tray 3 is the same as that of the first air outlet, and the tray 3 is installed below the first air outlet.
It can be understood that since the first cross flow fan 21 is used for blowing the low temperature air and the second cross flow fan 22 is used for blowing the cold air, two air streams with different temperatures are simultaneously blown onto the tray body 32, which may cause the temperature of the tray body 32 to be uneven, and only a portion of the tray body 32 opposite to the first air outlet actually receiving the low temperature air. Therefore, the tray body 32 is made to be opposite to the first air outlet only by reducing the length thereof, so that the volume of the whole hanging type air conditioner can be reduced.
It is understood that in another embodiment, the second cross flow fan 22 is used for blowing low temperature wind, the first cross flow fan 21 is used for blowing cold wind, and the tray body 32 has the same length as the second air outlet and is installed below the second air outlet. The invention is not limited in this regard.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the air outlet 11 is further provided with a swing blade 13, and the swing blade 13 opposite to the first air outlet and the swing blade 13 opposite to the second air outlet are controlled to incline in different directions, so that the low-temperature air and the refrigeration air are blown out to the left and the right separately, and further mixing of air flows is avoided.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, the hanging type air conditioner provided by the invention further includes a first temperature sensor, the first temperature sensor is installed on the tray 3, and the first temperature sensor is in communication connection with the controller of the hanging type air conditioner.
It will be appreciated that the first temperature sensor is used to detect the ambient temperature on the tray 3, i.e. the refrigerated ambient temperature. The controller of the hanging air conditioner adjusts the rotating speed of the first cross flow fan 21 or the second cross flow fan 22 according to the refrigeration environment temperature detected by the first temperature sensor until the refrigeration environment temperature is stabilized at a set value.
Optionally, the first temperature sensor is an infrared temperature sensor, and the infrared temperature sensor is used for detecting the surface temperature of the article placed on the tray 3.
Since the infrared temperature sensor can directly detect the surface temperature of the article, the detection of the ambient temperature is more accurate than that of a general temperature sensor.
Optionally, still install humidity transducer on the tray 3, humidity transducer and hanging air conditioner's controller communication connection, humidity transducer is used for detecting cold storage environment humidity.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, the hanging type air conditioner provided by the present invention further includes a second temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor is installed at the air inlet 16, and the second temperature sensor is in communication connection with the controller of the hanging type air conditioner.
It can be understood that the second temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the inlet air of the hanging type air conditioner, and the temperature of the inlet air is equivalent to the indoor temperature at the moment. When the inlet air temperature is stabilized at the preset value, the hanging type air conditioner can run stably, and when the inlet air temperature deviates from the preset value, the rotating speed of the first cross flow fan 21 or the second cross flow fan 22 is correspondingly adjusted, so that on one hand, the outlet air temperature of low-temperature air is kept unchanged, and the refrigeration environment is stable; on the other hand, the outlet air temperature of the refrigerating air is correspondingly increased or decreased, so that the indoor temperature reaches a preset value.
The hanging air conditioner and the control method thereof according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to a specific embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the first cross flow fan 21 is installed in the left half of the air duct casing 15, the second cross flow fan 22 is installed in the right half of the air duct casing 15, and the first cross flow fan 21 and the second cross flow fan 22 are coaxially arranged. The air outlet 11 is provided with a partition plate extending between the first cross flow fan 21 and the second cross flow fan 22 to divide the first air duct and the second air duct and to divide the air outlet 11 into a first air outlet on the left side and a second air outlet on the right side. Tray 3 liftable install outside casing 1, and tray body 32 length is the same with first air outlet length, and tray body 32 is located first air outlet below. An infrared temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are installed on the tray 3, and a second temperature sensor is installed on the air inlet 16.
Taking the example that the tray 3 is placed with food to be refrigerated for a short period, the preset refrigeration temperature is 10 ℃, the refrigeration humidity is 60%, and the preset target room temperature is 26 ℃, when the hanging air conditioner works in the refrigeration mode:
first, the surface temperature of the food on the tray body 32 is detected by the infrared temperature sensor, and the rotation speed of the first convection fan 21 and the height of the tray body 32 are adjusted according to the surface temperature of the food. Meanwhile, the humidity sensor detects the ambient humidity around the tray body 32, and when the ambient humidity is not consistent with the preset humidity, the corresponding control hanging type air conditioner starts the humidifying or dehumidifying function.
After the surface temperature of the food detected by the infrared temperature sensor is maintained at 10 ℃ and the humidity of the refrigeration environment detected by the humidity sensor is maintained at 60%, the outlet air temperature of the first through-flow fan 21 is maintained unchanged.
Meanwhile, the rotation speed of the second cross flow fan 22 is adjusted according to the preset target room temperature and the intake air temperature detected by the second temperature sensor. When the air inlet temperature is lower than the preset target room temperature, increasing the rotating speed of the second cross flow fan 22 to improve the air outlet temperature of the second cross flow fan 22; when the inlet air temperature is higher than the preset target room temperature, the rotating speed of the second cross flow fan 22 is kept unchanged or the rotating speed of the second cross flow fan 22 is reduced, so as to keep or reduce the outlet air temperature of the second cross flow fan 22.
The rotation speed of the second cross flow fan 22 is controlled to finally maintain the inlet air temperature at the preset target room temperature, so that the hanging type air conditioner stably operates.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
