The invention is provided with the pull rod device; the structure form of the traditional pull rod device and the adjusting connection mode between components are changed, and the original connection mode of the long-stroke connecting stud and the short-stroke adjusting stud with the thread pair of the cylindrical adjusting nut is changed into two completely same threads with a round pin hole at one end; the bridging long plate 1 with the through connection groove 11 at the other end is connected with the two splicing prisms 3, the adjusting gasket 25 and the locking bolt 221 through the combination assembly of the two thickened single frame plates 21; structurally, tensile strength is increased, and in principle, no matter the pull rod device bears tensile stress or compressive stress, the locking bolt 221 only bears the compressive stress action and the self-locking performance of threads is utilized to greatly enhance the fatigue resistance of the pull rod.
The pull rod device is simple in structure, the ratio of the length to the diameter of the pull rod device is more than 70 times, the pull rod device can bear the action of heavy-load and high-frequency pulling and pressure-cross stress in a high-temperature environment, the occurrence of a breakage fault of the pull rod of the heat accumulating type slab heating furnace tapping machine is avoided, the pull rod device is installed at one time without maintenance, and the actual service life is more than 5 years; the production cost is reduced, and the cost for maintaining and replacing equipment is reduced; the weight of a single slab of the heat accumulating type slab heating furnace is improved, and the actual capacity of the whole hot rolling production line is far beyond the design value.
A pull rod device comprises two identical bridging long plates 1 and a square frame plate 2-1, wherein the square frame plate 2-1 comprises two single frame plates 21, two splicing prisms 3, an adjusting gasket 25, an adjusting block 24 and a locking bolt 221; the pull rod device is formed by mutually combining the components.
In the assembled pull rod device, dry oil lubricating grease is fully coated in the second penetrating groove 211 of the single frame plate 21, the dustproof cover plate 23 is fixed on the outer section of the second penetrating groove 211 through bolts, and the thickness of the dustproof cover plate 23 is 2-5 mm.
The bridging long plate 1 is provided with a round pin hole at one end and a through connecting groove 11 at the other end, and the ratio of the length of the plate to the side length of the section is more than 70 times.
One end of the single frame plate 21 is provided with a first penetration groove 31, the other end of the single frame plate is provided with a second penetration groove 211, the long side of the second penetration groove 211 is the sum of the adjusting stroke of the pull rod and the width of the splicing prism 3, and the short side of the second penetration groove 211 is as wide as the splicing prism 3; a locking threaded hole 223 is formed in the center of the side end face of the second penetration groove 211, and the nominal diameter of the threaded hole 223 is larger than M48 mm; a boss flange 212 for limiting the position of the adjusting shim 25 or the adjusting block is arranged in the second penetration groove 211; the height and the thickness of the boss flange 212 disclosed by the invention are both 2-5 mm, and the outer side of the square frame plate 2-1 is provided with a bolt hole for connecting and fixing the dustproof cover plate 23.
In addition, a boss flange can be arranged in the first penetration groove according to requirements.
In addition, two boss retaining sides 212 in each second penetration groove are preferably arranged, and the two boss retaining plates 212 are distributed at intervals, so that the boss retaining plates 212 can support the insertion prism, and meanwhile, the boss retaining plates 212 play a good limiting role, and the position stability of the adjusting block and the adjusting base plate can be better ensured.
Of course, in order to reduce interference, in actual arrangement, the raised baffle 212 is generally arranged on the side of the second cross connecting groove close to the bridging long plate, that is, close to the side of the fitting gap.
In addition, the arrangement of the raised baffle 212 can well facilitate the assembly of the adjusting gasket and the adjusting block; the use effect is excellent; meanwhile, the structural strength of the single frame plate can be increased.
The long edge of the splicing prism 3 is a fillet, and the radius of the fillet is between one fifth and one fourth of the width of the square; short edge is 450And chamfering, wherein the side length of the chamfering is between 4 and 6 millimeters.
The nominal diameter of the threaded hole 223 of the locking bolt 221 is greater than M48 mm, one end is a square boss for rotating the locking bolt 221, and the side length of the boss is greater than 30 mm; the other end is a cylindrical or spherical boss for compressing the adjusting block 24.

Claims (10)

1. A pull rod device for a tapping machine is characterized by comprising bridging long plates, and adjacent bridging long plates are connected through a square frame mechanism.

6. The pull rod device for the tapping machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second penetration groove is a strip-shaped groove.

The pull rod device for the tapping machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the second connecting portion further comprises a locking mechanism provided at an end of the square frame plate, the locking mechanism extending through the square frame plate into the second penetration groove and abutting against the insertion prism in the second penetration groove; the locking mechanism comprises a locking bolt and a threaded hole arranged at the end part of the square frame plate, and the second cross connecting groove is communicated with the outer side of the square frame plate through the threaded hole; the locking bolt penetrates through the threaded hole to be connected with the inserting prism in the second penetrating and connecting groove.
8. The drawbar arrangement for tapping machines according to claim 7, wherein the locking mechanism further includes an adjustment block and an adjustment washer disposed in the second pass-through slot.
9. The drawbar arrangement for tapping machines according to claim 1, wherein the square frame plate includes two spaced, parallel, unitary frame plates; an assembly gap is formed between the two single frame plates; the bridging long plate is inserted in the assembly gap.
10. A method of assembling a drawbar arrangement according to any of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
step 1: selecting two bridging long plates and a square frame mechanism with proper sizes;
step 2: a bridging long plate is inserted into one end of the square frame plate and a prism is used to pass through
The first penetration groove is connected with the bridging long plate;
and step 3: after the step 2 is finished, welding the bridging long plate and the two single frame plates in the square frame plate in the step 1 by a welding process;
