Description

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of surface mounting technical equipment, in particular to a label feeder and labeling equipment.
Background
The Label Feeder is also called a Feeder, a Label Feeder, etc., is mainly applied to peripheral automation equipment in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), and can strip various labels from release paper to accurate positions of a material receiving plate. More and more electronic products in the market, such as notebook computers, IPADs, mobile phones, etc., need to be attached with various labels and conductive cotton in the production process. The label is of various types and sizes, low manual labeling efficiency and high working strength, and the manual labeling needs more labor and increases the factory cost. At present, the surface mounting operation tends to be full-automatic, and the label feeder can strip the label from the release paper (backing material), and then the label is sucked by a chip mounter and is attached to the product. Compared with manual pasting, the paste is more efficient and more accurate.
The current methods for tensioning the material belt of the feeder are mainly divided into the following two methods: 1. the feed unreels the position and sets up damping mechanism, and the driving shaft strains the material area. 2. The damping is not established to the position of unreeling, through around rolling up the mode, increases the briquetting in the broach position or keep away from the broach position, sets up the clearance in the middle of briquetting and the material area, and the taut material area of driving shaft. The first method is applicable to thin material processing, but when the thickness of the backing material for stripping off the label is large, the backing material is easy to be driven to shift when the roll material is tensioned, and poor stripping is caused. The second mode is relatively stable, but the gap between the pressing block and the material belt is not easy to quantify, the gap is larger, the pressing block cannot be tensioned, the gap is smaller, the backing material can be pressed, the debugging is realized by operators, and the standard is absent.
