The stroller of claim 1, wherein the fixing base (1) comprises an upper fixing base (11) and a lower fixing base (12) which are arranged in a crossed manner, and the upper fixing base (11) and the lower fixing base (12) are pivoted to be capable of rotating relatively to form an unfolding state or a folding state; the seat supporting rod (2), the wheel bracket (3) and the push rod (4) are inserted into the upper fixing seat (11) and/or the lower fixing seat (12).
3. Child buggy according to claim 2, characterised in that it further comprises a retaining mechanism enabling the upper fixing base (11) and the lower fixing base (12) to be retained in the unfolded state.
4. Child buggy according to claim 1, characterised in that the seat support bar (2) and/or the wheel carrier (3) and/or the push rod (4) are formed by at least two sections of tube, which are movably inserted, and that the elastic element is also connected between the sections of tube forming the seat support bar (2) and/or the wheel carrier (3) and/or the push rod (4).
5. Child stroller according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that:
the seat supporting rod (2), the wheel bracket (3) and the push rod (4) are all hollow structures;
a first inserting part (14), a second inserting part (15) and a third inserting part (16) which are respectively used for inserting the seat supporting rod (2), the wheel bracket (3) and the push rod (4) are formed on the fixed seat (1);
the elastic element comprises a plurality of elastic ropes (7), and each elastic rope (7) is fixed and penetrated in the seat supporting rod (2), the wheel bracket (3) and the push rod (4) respectively and is connected with the first insertion part (14), the second insertion part (15) and the third insertion part (16) respectively.
6. The stroller of claim 5, wherein: the seat supporting rod (2), the wheel support (3) and the push rod (4) are in clearance fit with the first inserting part (14), the second inserting part (15) and the third inserting part (16) respectively.
7. Child stroller according to claim 5, characterized in that the cross-section of the receptacles of the first (14), second (15) and third (16) plug-in part for the seat support bar (2), wheel carrier (3) and push rod (4), respectively, is not circular.

The stroller according to claim 5, wherein the first, second and third insertion parts (14, 15, 16) are respectively provided with a first concave or convex limiting unit on the inner wall of the insertion hole for inserting the seat support bar (2), the wheel bracket (3) and the push rod (4), and the second limiting unit capable of being inserted and embedded with the first limiting unit is provided on the outer wall of the seat support bar (2), the wheel bracket (3) and the push rod (4).
9. The stroller of claim 1, wherein:
the seat support rod (2) and the push rod (4) are respectively provided with a mounting part, and each mounting part can be matched with a mounting saddle (5); or
A plurality of the seat support rods (2) are provided with a mounting part, and the mounting parts can be matched with a mounting saddle (5).
10. Stroller according to claim 9, characterized in that the seat (5) is made of a foldable material.
