The rotary actuator 444 drives the dispensing assembly 60 to rotate with the rotation axis R parallel to the translation direction of the rotary actuator 444, so as to dispense the product on the tray 10, for example, when the translation actuator 442 drives the rotary actuator 444 to translate along the Z-axis direction, the rotary actuator 444 drives the dispensing assembly 60 to rotate with the rotation axis R parallel to the Z-axis direction, that is, at this time, the rotary actuator 444 drives the dispensing assembly 60 to rotate on the X-Y plane, so as to dispense the product to be dispensed on the tray 10.
The tray position adjusting mechanism 42 adjusts the position of the tray 10, and the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 adjusts the position of the dispensing assembly 60, so that the dispensing assembly 60 can perform surface dispensing on the product on the tray 10, which is beneficial to adapting to multiple types of products to be dispensed (some products may not be on one plane, and the traditional plane dispensing equipment cannot well meet diversified dispensing requirements), and the application range of the dispensing device 100 is expanded.
As for the position adjusting assembly 40, since it includes the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 and the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44, and the two structures are independent from each other, during the actual movement process, the two structures do not necessarily move synchronously, which is specifically described below:
after the tray 10 is placed on the tray position adjusting mechanism 42, the dispensing device 100 is started, the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 drives the tray to move to a position corresponding to the positioning detection assembly 80 for positioning and photographing to obtain the position information of the product to be dispensed on the tray 10, and at this time, the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 may not move; after the to-be-positioned detection assembly 80 finishes positioning and photographing to-be-dispensed products on the tray 10, the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 controls the tray 10 to move to a position corresponding to the dispensing assembly 60, and at this time, the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 does not move; then, after the tray 10 moves to the corresponding position, the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 drives the dispensing assembly 60 to move to the dispensing position to dispense the product to be dispensed on the tray 10, and the dispensing movement continues until the dispensing is finished, and at this time, the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 does not move; after the dispensing is finished, the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 drives the dispensing assembly 60 to return to the initial position, and the tray position adjusting mechanism 142 may not move; the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 drives the tray 10 to move to the position corresponding to the positioning detection component 80 to detect and photograph the product after the glue dispensing on the tray 10, and at this time, the glue dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 can not move; after the detection is completed, the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 drives the tray 10 to move to the initial position, and the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 may not move.
In some embodiments, the above-mentioned process of controlling the tray 10 to move to the position corresponding to the dispensing element 60 by the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 and driving the dispensing element 60 to move to the dispensing position by the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 can also be performed synchronously, so as to shorten the turnaround time and improve the production efficiency. Similarly, in other embodiments, after the dispensing is finished, the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 drives the dispensing assembly 60 to return to the initial position, and the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 drives the tray 10 to move to the position corresponding to the positioning detection assembly 80, so as to shorten the turnaround time and improve the production efficiency.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned moving relationship between the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 and the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 is only an exemplary illustration for facilitating understanding of the technical solution of the present invention, and should not be understood as a limitation to the technical solution of the present invention, and any moving manner capable of achieving the purposes of positioning, dispensing, and detecting (if the illumination assembly 90 is provided, positioning, dispensing, illumination curing, and detecting) is possible and should be considered to fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The support assembly 20 includes a support platform 22 and a support frame 24, the support frame 24 is disposed on the support platform 22, the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 is disposed on the support platform 22, and the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44 is disposed on the support frame 24.

Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, since the positioning and the detection of the product in the tray 10 are performed in different steps, the positioning function and the detection function of the positioning and detecting assembly 80 can be realized by one image capturing component, that is, the image capturing component can perform positioning photographing to position the product to be dispensed on the tray 10, and can perform detection photographing at different times to detect the appearance of the dispensed product on the tray 10.
For example, the positioning detection assembly 80 may include a mounting bracket 85 and a first image capturing element 82, the mounting bracket 85 is disposed on the supporting frame 24, and the first image capturing element 82 is mounted on the mounting bracket 85, that is, the first image capturing element 82 is disposed on the supporting frame 24. Before the dispensing assembly 60 dispenses the product to be dispensed in the tray 10, the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 controls the tray 10 to move to a position corresponding to the first image capturing element 82, and the first image capturing element 82 photographs the tray 10 to obtain the position information of the product to be dispensed in the tray 10.
In some embodiments, the first image capturing element 82 may include a first lens 822 and a first light source 824, which are not favorable for the sharpness of the image captured directly by the first lens 822 due to the poor illumination condition of the inner space of the dispensing apparatus 100. Therefore, in the actual design, the first light source 824 may be disposed at a position corresponding to the object side surface of the first lens 822 to supplement light for the product on the tray 10, and the first light source 824 may be an annular light source, that is, a light through hole is disposed at the middle part of the first light source 824, and the light through hole is beneficial for the first lens 822 to obtain a clear image of the product on the tray 10 through the light through hole. Of course, it is understood that in some other embodiments, the first light source 824 may have other shapes or be disposed at other positions, and the present invention is only exemplary of a possible embodiment, and should not be construed as limiting the technical solution of the present invention.
In some preferred embodiments, a slide rail 83 may be further installed on the installation bracket 85, and then the first image capturing element 82 is installed on the slide rail 83, so that the first image capturing element 82 can slide along the extending direction of the slide rail 83 through the slide rail 83, and thus the position of the first image capturing element 82 can be adjusted, which is convenient for better capturing images.
The first image acquisition part 82 of the positioning detection assembly 80 is used for photographing and positioning the products to be subjected to glue dispensing before glue dispensing, so that the products to be subjected to glue dispensing can be accurately positioned, the glue amount and position of the glue dispensing can be accurately controlled, and the glue dispensing precision and quality can be improved.
After the dispensing assembly 60 dispenses the product to be dispensed in the tray 10, the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 controls the tray 10 to move to the position corresponding to the first image capturing element 82 again, and the first image capturing element 82 photographs the tray 10 to obtain the appearance information of the dispensed product in the tray 10 for detection.
The first image obtaining component 82 of the positioning detection component 80 takes a picture of the dispensed product to obtain the appearance information of the dispensed product, so as to detect the dispensing condition and judge whether the dispensing condition is bad. Through real-time detection, the phenomenon that mass defects are caused due to continuous glue dispensing of products after the defects occur can be avoided, and therefore the yield of the products is improved.
In some other embodiments, the first image capturing element 82 may also be disposed on the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44. Specifically, the first image capturing element 82 and the dispensing assembly 60 are disposed at an interval, and the first image capturing element 82 and the dispensing assembly 60 are both disposed at the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44, so that the tray 10 can be moved to the position corresponding to the dispensing assembly 60 after being positioned and photographed by the positioning detection assembly 80, and the moving path of the tray 10 moved to the position corresponding to the positioning detection assembly 80 after being dispensed can be shortened, on one hand, the wear degree of the position moving assembly 40 due to long-distance movement can be reduced, on the other hand, the middle turnaround time can be shortened, and the dispensing efficiency can be improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in other embodiments, the positioning detection assembly 80 may also be different image capturing members for positioning and detecting, for example, the positioning detection assembly 80 may include a mounting bracket 85, a first image capturing member 82, and a first image capturing member 84, the mounting bracket 85 is disposed on the supporting frame 24, the first image capturing member 82 and the second image capturing member 84 are mounted on the mounting bracket 85, that is, the first image capturing member 82 and the second image capturing member 84 are disposed on the supporting frame 24.
Before the dispensing assembly 60 dispenses the product to be dispensed in the tray 10, the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 controls the tray 10 to move to a position corresponding to the first image capturing element 82, and the first image capturing element 82 photographs the tray 10 to obtain the position information of the product to be dispensed in the tray 10. After the dispensing assembly 60 dispenses the product to be dispensed in the tray 10, the tray position adjusting mechanism 42 controls the tray 10 to move to a position corresponding to the second image capturing element 84, and the second image capturing element 84 photographs the tray 10 to obtain the appearance information of the dispensed product in the tray 10 for detection.
In some embodiments, the first image capturing element 82 may include a first lens 822 and a first light source 824, and the second image capturing element 84 may include a second lens 842 and a second light source 844. The illumination condition of the inner space of the dispensing apparatus 100 is poor, which is not favorable for the definition of the images directly captured by the first lens 822 and the second lens 842. Therefore, in the actual design, the first light source 824 and the second light source 844 may be disposed at corresponding positions on object side surfaces of the first lens 822 and the second lens 842 to supplement light for the product on the tray 10, and the first light source 824 and the second light source 844 may be annular light sources, that is, a light through hole is disposed at a middle portion thereof, which is beneficial for the first lens 822 or the second lens 842 to obtain a clear image of the product on the tray 10 through the light through hole. Of course, it is understood that in some other embodiments, the first light source 824 and the second light source 844 may be in other shapes or disposed at other positions, and the present invention is only exemplary of a possible embodiment, and should not be construed as limiting the technical solution of the present invention.
In some preferred embodiments, two slide rails 83 may be further installed on the installation bracket 85, and then the first image capturing element 82 and the second image capturing element 84 are respectively installed on the two slide rails 83, and through the slide rails 83, the first image capturing element 82 and the second image capturing element 84 can respectively slide along the extending direction of the slide rails 83, so that the positions of the first image capturing element 82 and the second image capturing element 84 can be adjusted, and images can be better captured by the first image capturing element 82 and the second image capturing element 84.
The positioning detection assembly 80 may also be a positioning detection assembly and a detection assembly, which respectively use different image capturing members, such as a first image capturing member 82 to realize positioning and a second image capturing member 84 to realize AOI detection, thereby facilitating setting of a control program of the dispensing apparatus 100 and reducing software cost.
In some other embodiments, the first image capturing element 82 and the second image capturing element 84 may also be disposed on the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44. Specifically, the first image capturing element 82, the second image capturing element 84 and the dispensing element 60 are arranged at intervals, and the first image capturing element 82, the second image capturing element 84 and the dispensing element 60 are all arranged on the dispensing position adjusting mechanism 44, so that the tray 10 can be moved to the position corresponding to the dispensing element 60 by the positioning detection element 80 before dispensing, and the moving path to the position corresponding to the positioning detection element 80 after dispensing is shortened, thereby reducing the wear degree of the position adjusting element 40 due to long-distance movement, shortening the turnaround time of the intermediate process, and improving the dispensing efficiency.
It is understood that the first lens 822 and the second lens 842 can be a CCD (Charge-coupled Device) lens module, that is, a lens module whose photosensitive chips are CCDs; or a CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) lens module, that is, a lens module with a CMOS photosensitive chip. Of course, one of the first lens 822 and the second lens 842 may be a CCD lens module, and the other may be a CMOS lens module, which is not limited in the invention.
Referring to fig. 6-8, in some embodiments, the dispensing assembly 60 includes a needle angle fine-tuning structure 62, a needle height fine-tuning structure 64, and a dispensing needle 66, wherein the needle angle fine-tuning structure 62 is used for adjusting an angle of the dispensing needle 66, and the needle height fine-tuning structure 64 is used for adjusting a height of the dispensing needle 66, so as to perform dispensing on a product to be dispensed on the tray 10.
The needle angle fine adjustment structure 62 and the needle height fine adjustment structure 64 can respectively adjust the angle and the height of the dispensing needle 66 to adapt to different types of products to be dispensed, thereby expanding the application range of the dispensing device 100.
Specifically, before the dispensing device 100 is started, the angle and the height of the needle 66 can be adjusted by an operator according to a product to be dispensed correspondingly through the needle angle fine adjustment structure 62 and the needle height fine adjustment structure 64, the dispensing can be performed in trial production after the adjustment is completed so as to perform calibration, and the batch production is performed after the position of the dispensing needle 66 is determined to be appropriate, so that the application range of the dispensing device 100 is expanded, and the dispensing yield can be improved.
The present invention is not limited to the specific types and structures of the needle angle fine adjustment structure 62 and the needle height fine adjustment structure 64, and fig. 6-8 are only examples provided by the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the technical solution of the present invention.
With continued reference to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the translation driver 442 includes a first motor 4422 and a translation mechanism 4424, the rotation driver 444 is disposed on the translation mechanism 4424, and the first motor 4422 can drive the translation mechanism 4424 to drive the rotation driver 444 to perform a translation motion along an extending direction of the translation mechanism.
The rotating driver 444 may include a second motor 4442, a rotating mechanism 4444 and a transmission piece 4446, the dispensing assembly 60 is disposed on the rotating mechanism 4444, and the second motor 4442 may drive the rotating mechanism 4444 to rotate and drive the dispensing assembly 60 to rotate through the transmission piece 4446, so as to better dispense the product to be dispensed on the tray 10.
The transmission of the second motor 4442 to rotate the rotation mechanism 4444 may be a belt transmission (as shown in fig. 7), in which case the transmission 4446 may be a transmission track. In some embodiments, the rotation mechanism 4444 is driven by the second motor 4442 in a gear transmission manner, and the transmission piece 4446 may be a gear, but in some embodiments, the transmission piece 4446 may not be provided, and the rotation mechanism 4444 is directly driven by the second electrode 4442 to rotate. In other embodiments, the transmission mode of the second motor 4442 for driving the rotation mechanism 4444 to rotate may also be a worm and gear transmission mode, a chain transmission mode, etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, a three-axis adjusting mechanism 50 may be further disposed between the rotating mechanism 4444 and the dispensing assembly 60, and the three-axis adjusting mechanism 50 is used for adjusting the position of the dispensing assembly 60 relative to the rotating mechanism 4444. Before the dispensing device 100 works, an operator can manually adjust the three-axis adjusting mechanism 50 according to the structural characteristics of the product to be dispensed to adjust the positions of the product to be dispensed relative to the rotating mechanism 4444 to adapt to the product to be dispensed, which is beneficial to expanding the application range of the dispensing device 100.
It is understood that the X-axis, the Y-axis, and the Z-axis are perpendicular to each other.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the dispensing apparatus 100 further includes an illumination device 90, the illumination device 90 is disposed on the supporting device 20 and near the dispensing device 60, and the illumination device 90 is used for performing an illumination process on the dispensed product on the tray 10 to cure the glue rapidly.
The irradiation of the illumination assembly 90 can quickly cure the glue of the product after the glue dispensing, so that the problem that the glue dispensing effect is influenced by the deformation of the glue during the movement of the product after the glue dispensing, even the bad effect is caused is avoided, the glue dispensing efficiency of the glue dispensing device 100 is improved, and the yield of the product after the glue dispensing is improved.
The illumination assembly 90 may be an Ultraviolet (UV) lamp, which has a short UV wavelength and high energy, and is beneficial to rapidly curing glue of a product after dispensing. Of course, the light assembly 90 may be other types of light sources as long as they can accelerate the curing of the glue, and the present invention is not limited to the specific type thereof.
It can be understood that the product dispensed by the dispensing device 100 may be a lens, or a product requiring dispensing, such as a camera module. The lens generally includes a lens barrel and a lens, and the dispensing device 100 can dispense a glue on a joint between the lens barrel and the lens to fix a position of the lens. The camera module includes a lens and a module housing, and the dispensing device 100 can dispense a glue at a seam between the lens and the module housing to fix a position of the lens. In some other embodiments, the product dispensed by the dispensing device 100 may be other products requiring dispensing, and is not limited to the above-mentioned products.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the dispensing device 100 may further include a housing 1, a foot pad 2, and a roller 3.
The housing 1 encloses a receiving cavity, and the supporting component 20, the position adjusting component 40, the dispensing component 60, and the positioning detecting component 80 are received in the receiving cavity. Through the protection of the housing 1, it can be avoided that impurities such as dust directly fall on the working area (i.e. the areas where the supporting component 20, the position adjusting component 40, the dispensing component 60, the positioning detection component 80, etc. are located), and if the impurities such as dust are accumulated in the working area, the position adjusting component 40 cannot normally operate, and the positioning detection component 80 cannot normally operate, etc.

The rollers 3 are at least disposed at four corners of the housing 1 near the ground, and may be disposed near the foot pads 2, and may roll when the dispensing device 100 needs to be moved so as to be moved. The roller 3 may be a directional wheel or a universal wheel, and the invention is not limited to the specific structure of the roller 3.
It is understood that in some embodiments, at least one of the foot pad 2 and the roller 3 may be retractable, for example, the foot pad 2 may be retractable and the roller 3 may be fixed; or the foot pad 2 is fixed, and the roller 3 can stretch; or the foot pad 2 and the roller 3 can be telescopic. The telescopic mode can be realized by matching the screw rod and the nut, and also can be realized by other modes. Thus, the roller 3 can contact the ground when the dispensing device 100 needs to move, and the foot pad 2 leaves the ground; after the movement is finished, the foot pad 2 is contacted with the ground to provide support, and the roller 3 is separated from the ground. The moving and fixing of the dispensing device 100 can be more flexible and convenient to control.
In some embodiments, the dispensing apparatus 100 may further include a display 4, and the display 4 may be disposed on the housing 1 and configured to display some working parameters of the dispensing apparatus 100, such as the photographing information and the positioning information of the positioning detection component 80 for the product to be dispensed on the tray 10 and the photographing information and the detection result for the dispensed product, and of course, may also be used to display some other information, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2, the dispensing apparatus 100 may further include a console 30 and a dispensing controller 70, wherein the console 30 may be disposed on the supporting platform 22 for controlling the starting and stopping of the dispensing apparatus 100. The console 30 may be provided with a plurality of operation buttons for respectively controlling the dispensing apparatus 100 to execute different commands. Specifically, the operation buttons may include a power button, a start button, a pause button, an emergency stop button, and the like, which are not all specifically enumerated herein.
The dispensing controller 70 may be disposed on the supporting frame 24, and connected to the dispensing assembly 60 through a wire (not shown) for controlling parameters such as the dispensing speed of the dispensing assembly 60, before the dispensing device 100 starts to work, an operator adjusts the dispensing controller 70 to make the dispensing amount of the dispensing assembly 60 within a proper threshold range, if the dispensing speed is too fast, the dispensing is too much during dispensing, which may cause problems such as glue overflow, and the like, which may cause defects and waste glue; if the glue discharging speed is too slow, the glue amount of the glue is easy to be too small, and meanwhile, the glue is easy to solidify and block the glue dispensing needle head 66 due to the long-time slow glue discharging.
In some embodiments, the dispensing device 100 may further include a safety grating 5, the safety grating 5 is disposed at the feeding port of the dispensing device 100, and is configured to scan whether an object passes through a position directly opposite to the safety grating 5, and when the mounting grating 5 scans and detects that an object, such as a human hand, enters the discharging port, the dispensing device 100 may be automatically controlled to stop suddenly, so as to avoid a problem that a human is mistakenly injured by the dispensing device 100 in operation or the dispensing device 100 in operation is blocked due to the object performing a working area, thereby causing device damage and the like.
In addition, referring to fig. 2, the dispensing device 100 may be a single-station dispensing device or a multi-station dispensing device, such as the dispensing device 100 shown in fig. 2 is a double-station dispensing device, which is beneficial for an operator to operate two groups of dispensing stations in parallel to dispense glue respectively during production, thereby avoiding long-time waiting of the operator and improving production efficiency. It should be understood that the multi-station and single-station refers to that several sets of position adjusting components 40, dispensing components 60 and positioning detecting components 80 are disposed in the dispensing device 100, if one set, the dispensing device 100 is single-station, and if two or more sets, the dispensing device 100 is multi-station. The number of the stations of the dispensing apparatus 100 is not specifically limited, and the two stations shown in the embodiments should not be considered as limitations to the technical solution of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 9, the present invention further provides a dispensing method for dispensing a product to be dispensed by using the dispensing apparatus described above, including the following steps:
s11, placing the tray on which the products to be dispensed are placed on the position adjusting component;
s12, controlling the position adjusting assembly to move to enable the tray to move below the positioning detection assembly, and photographing and positioning the products to be glued in the tray by the positioning detection assembly;
s13, controlling the position adjusting component to move to enable the tray to move below the dispensing component, and controlling the dispensing component to dispense glue on the surface of the product on the tray;
and S14, controlling the position adjusting component to move to enable the tray to move below the positioning detection component, and detecting the dispensed products in the tray by the positioning detection component.
